Jan 1980 Week 3Lazer vs Exotic Rick Buzzsaw vs Mad Arab Star Boy vs The Shark(steel cage match) Jobber Joe vs Jet Set Strutter(#1 contender match) Results Exotic Rick and Lazer have an easy 10 minute bout with the match ending with The Thinker coming out to try giving Rick the upper hand by distracting the ref. Rick pulls out brass knuckles and hits Lazer right in the jaw. Lazer is sent walking back and knocking into the ref. Both of them are done. Rick takes this time to start flexing. But Lazer quickly is able to get to his feet and comes from behind and rolls Rick into a pin. Rick luckily is able to roll Lazer over and start pinning him but he can’t hold him there for long. The Thinker wakes up the ref in time for a 2 count but before he could reach 3, Lazer rolls Rick over but instead of pinning him. He locks in the Lazerlock and gets Rick to submit.
In a rematch from the 4th of July Special we had the two leaders face each other. Buzzsaw obviously starts dominating the match and hits a impressive Gorilla Press to the very heavy Mad Arab. But before he could set up the Combat Slash, The Slave Drivers come running to the aid of Mad Arab. Mad Arab is still laying on the floor while the Thuggees begin to surround Buzzsaw. They climb up the apron when American Heroes jump out from the crowd and fight off the Slave Drivers. But Mad Arab is already up but has a pen in his hand. Buzzsaw is too busy watching the chaos outside and turns around to a pen right to his forehead. His American face paint is now mostly red from the blood gushing out of him. The ref calls the match and disqualifies Arab.
Finally the two get a match together after the shocking turn from the Shark at the World Tournament finals. To prevent any interference, it was set inside a Steel Shark Cage Match. And boy did these two once friends show off their new found hate for each other. With it being a massive slug fest that seemingly went on forever with both men getting violent and brutal. But the match ended when both men attempted to escaped. They brawled on top of the edge, trading blows back and forth. Until finally The Shark hit The Great White Strike then locked in an Outlaw Choke. Star Boy was fading like he did at the tournament finals. He only saw one way out of this and it was his only option. He looked at both the ring and the padding on the floor outside of the cage. He had to choose which one would finish off The Shark. He had to make it fast, he was fading. The crowd was on the edge of their seats. Then he leaped off the edge. Landing on the hard padding on the floor. The Shark landed back first while Star Boy landed on top of him. Both men were wheeled out on a stretcher. As they were taken up the ramp, Dark Invader appeared from smoke and pushed everyone away from Star Boy’s stretcher. He then choke slammed Star Boy off the ramp and then preceded to steal The Shark’s stretcher and disappear in the smoke.
To crown the #1 contender, Jobber Joe had to go through Jet. And boy it wasn’t easy. Joe was torn limb by limb with Jet locking in every type of technical hold he can to break down Joe. Although Joe was close to beating Jet after hitting 10 uppercuts in a row, Jet still was able to lock in the Six-Figure Leglock and make Joe snap!

Battle Royale @ The BallroomSlave Drivers vs American Heroes Valley Girl vs Princess Starbright Arizona Chance vs Jet Set Strutter Battle Royale: Winner gets title shot at Champ Clash Before the match starts Mad Arab with the Slave Drivers attack the American Heroes before they could enter the ring. But once they get inside and the bell rings, the tables turn and the American Heroes pick up the win.
In the first ever female match of R’n’R Fantasy Fed, Princess Starbright and Valley Girl went one on one in a one-sided match. Valley Girl picked up the win after using her purse to knock out Starbright who had just accidentally Falcon Punch the ref(btw yes someone did suggest that Starbright use the Falcon Punch which I love).
In a match that torn the fans apart. The champion Arizona and the world class wrestler who won all his matches in his matches except by submission which significantly lowered his score thus preventing him from facing Arizona. The match was a tough contest but both men just physically couldn’t upper the other one. But Dude Brohan came out, still upset about his lost, and caused a double count-out. Leaving Arizona still the World Champion and Jet furious. But the message was clear, Dude wants a rematch.
In the main event Battle Royale, we saw a repeat of the 4th of July Special with two competitors eliminating each other at the same time. But this time it was Terry Van Winkle and Dicky Thunderbird. Only the future will tell what will happen...

Feb 1980 Week 1Dark Invader and The Shark vs The Insectoids Arizona Chance vs Exotic Rick He-Beast the Barbarian vs Pierre the Enormous Mr. Tycoon vs Rad Racer Results The bout starts normal with The Shark and Mark locking up but the heel duo take control and seemingly punish The Buggs. Dark Invader obviously takes pleasure in dishing out pain. But it’s too brutal. The crowd can’t watch anymore. But Star Boy and Neon Express come running down the ring with chairs in their hands and attack Invader and The Shark causing a dq. But it was worth it to save their friends.
Arizona Chance vs Exotic Rick was cut short after The Thinker came down to the ring and tried to call off the match but the ref rang the bell. Then out of nowhere, Dude Brohan came out and distracted Chance who turned right into an Exotic Awakening and an easy 1...2...3!
He-Beast and Pierre’s bout was just a strength competition with both men pulling off big power moves and bone breaking slams. The Thinker also came out and interfered with this match but this time took He-Beast’s sword where he gets all his power from. This weakened the Barbarian. He went to press slam Pierre but could barely lift him. Pierre falls right on him, injuring He-Beast’s ribs. He then chokes him out in the corner till the ref counts 10 thus ending in a dq.
In an unfair matchup. Before the two locked up, Mr. Tycoon destroyed Rad Racer’s bike and then offered Racer money to buy a new one. Racer took the deal and the match ended just like that. But Buzzsaw wasn’t happy about this and came running down and destroyed Mr. Tycoon. He finished the bully with a Combat Splash and raised Rad Racer up on his shoulders!

Feb 1980 Week 2Nightbreed vs Van Winkles and Dicky Thunderbird Dark Invader vs Chet Skye Jet Set Strutter vs Damon Van Winkle Dude Brohan vs Arizona Chance(non title match) Results Dicky Thunderbird and the Van Winkles teamed up to face Nightbreed who got the upper hand multiple times after the odd teaming had a few miscommunication problems between the recent Battle Royale winners but in the end the good guys prevailed.
After The Shark was injured from last week’s attack, Dark Invader wanted a one on one match with one of the members of Neon Express and he got Chet Skye. Who surprisingly picked up a win after an interference from Star Boy, which helped Chet hit a Torpedo Dropkick for the win.
In a kind of a warm up match for Jet’s match at Valentine’s Day Massacre, he went one on one with Damon Van Winkle who gave a strong showing but fell flat after getting low blowed when the ref wasn’t looking. He then was physically broken down with submission move after submission move was applied and finally Damon had enough and tapped.
In another warm up match for the main event of Valentine’s Day Massacre, we saw Dude Brohan verses Arizona Chance. In a type of rematch from the finals of the tournament where we saw a repeat of their last bout together. Except this time it ended via dq after Dude pulled out a steel chair and gave Arizona Chance a bleeding forehead and a concussion from the chair shot. The match was called off and Arizona was sent to the ER right away.

Feb 1980 Week 3Dicky Thunderbird vs Damon Van Winkle Big Money vs Rad Racer and He-Beast the Barbarian The Shark vs Jessie Wild Dude Brohan vs Jet Set Strutter Results In a match where we saw Dicky Thunderbird taking on one of the Van Winkle brothers before facing Terry for a #1 contender match at Valentine’s Day Massacre. We saw Dicky being able to get Damon’s technique out of the picture by hitting high flying moves, ultimately giving him the win. Could he repeat this method for Valentine’s Day Massacre?
After these four all ran into each other, Mr. Tycoon had the idea to have a tag match and with Pierre still wielding He-Beast’s sword. They easily beat Rad Racer and He-Beast. But Rad Racer wants a one on one with Yuppie YP at Valentine’s Day Massacre while Big Money will face the Van Winkles.
The Shark comes down to the ring without Dark Invader and faces Jessie Wild one on one. Although Jessie had Star Boy and Chet by his side, The Shark was able to use his wrestling skills to break down the high flyer and get the win. He then grabbed the mic and told everyone, especially Star Boy, that at the P4V we will no longer be seeing The Shark. But a more brutally physical and devilish green villain to the superhero character of Star Boy.
I’m another warm up match for competitors of the main event, we say Dude Brohan vs Jet Set Strutter with Arizona Chance watching from the back. Dude was too distracted by Arizona which costed him the match.

Valentine’s Day Massacre @ Puro DomeThe Piranha vs Star Boy Lyndi Harker vs Succubus Big Money vs [Modified] Van Winkles Dicky Thunderbird vs Terry Van Winkle(#1 Contender Match) Rad Racer vs Yuppie VP Sibling Strength vs Sorcery Dude Brohan vs Arizona Chance vs Jet Set Strutter(World title match) Result In a classic Superhero vs Super Villain match, The Piranha and Star Boy had a true slug fest. Dark Invader attempted to interfere but was stopped by Neon Express which gave Star Boy the opportunity to hit The Piranha with a Flying Cross Chop and the win.
In a shocking upset, Succubus beat Lyndi Harker. Succubus celebrated with Shop of Horrors’ member Keith Blood who met at O’Hooligan’s pub after.
Big Money, who still have He-Beast sword, defeated Damon and Devin Van Winkle in a back and forth match. He-Beast did come out to grab his sword and go, which distracted the enormous Pierre for Damon and Devin to work in some tag moves to try and knock down the giant but fell short. Big Money picks up the big win.
This #1 Contender match was nothing but an even bout with both competitors having a great amount of respect for each other. Dicky used his knowledge from beating Damon and used the same tactics on Terry. But Terry saw this coming and used his strength to outsmart Dicky. But the Thunderbird was the one who picked up the win and the #1 contender spot.
Rad Racer got his match and was not only beaten, but Yuppie took his new bike after winning. Causing Racer to leave the ring in a sad little ball.
The first ever mix tag team match of R’n’R Fantasy Fed, we saw Sibling Strength go against Sorcery. With He-Beast having his sword back and Aurora having hers, they out powered Countess’s staff. Even with Skullgore and Countess having the help of Uncle Eros, they still suffered a crushing defeat.
Finally it was time for the main event. Dude getting his rematch for the title, Jet and Arizona settle their tie from their epic encounter at Battle Royale, and Jet and Dude meeting for the first time. Jet Set out to put on another classic, Dude was out for the title at any cost, and Arizona’s eyes were on keeping his title with honor. Dude singled out Arizona and used a chair to try to get Jet out of the picture but it was him who would suffer the pinfall that ended the match. After he realized he did not need to pin Arizona, he set to pin Jet who used a number of holds to hold down Dude from hulking out. Jet locked in an Six-Figure Leglock on Dude but the sidelined Arizona returned with a chair shot to Jet and hit Dude with a Last Crusade for the pin. The fans are calling this the “Jet screwed Dude”. Dude was unhappy with the ending and is setting his site on ending Jet.

March 1980 Week 1Ruffles vs Tennis Pro(Qualifier for March Madness) He-Beast the Barbarian vs Yuppie YP(Qualifier for March Madness) Dicky Thunderbird vs Jet Set Strutter The Adventures vs The Shop of Horrors Results Ruffules and He-Beast the Barbarian move onto the first round of March Madness
In what was supposed to be a classic technical match between the #1 contender and former #1 contender was interrupted by the vengeance fueled Dude who smack talked to Jet as the match went on. Although Jet got the win, the intentions were clear. The crowd chanted “Jet Screwed Dude”.
In a first for the two teams, Arizona Chance and Red Pirate Rogers went against Keith Blood and Slashmaster. This match was a full on brawl and it was clear that even though Shop of Horrors lost, Slashmaster had made his statement that he wants a title shot. With him sidelining Arizona half way through the match, although he would return and pin Keith, Slash proved he would be a challenge.

March 1980 Week 2 Gepetto Rocco vs Flawless One(Qualifier for March Madness) Fireball vs Great Ginzu(Qualifier for March Madness) Dude Brohan vs Terry Van Winkle Slashmaster vs Red Pirate Rogers Results Flawless One and Fireball move onto Round 1 of March Madness.
Another match between a former #1 contender and what could’ve been the #1 contender and opponent for Arizona at Champ Clash instead of Dicky Thunderbird. And Jet would do the same as Dude and come down to the ring and smack talk Dude. Dude also winning his match, agreed with the crowd who were chanting “Jet Screwed Dude”. The match ends and Jet grabs a mic. He issues a challenge to Dude that they would meet inside a steel cage so no one could interfere. Dude accepts the challenge but before Jet could go back to the locker rooms, Dude hit him with a chair shot straight to the back of the head.
In a match that Arizona couldn’t take place in, his buddy Red Pirate Rogers took his place and suffered in the hands of Slashmaster. To send a message to Arizona that he was serious, Slashmaster broke Red Pirate Rogers back which automatically ended the match with Slashmaster winning and him sending a message to Arizona.

How the hell does Arizona beat Ace of Spades, let alone win the whole thing?? Have you given him steroids?! I shouldnt have given Arizona the chance to get extra points. Good thing there’s going to be a tag tournament and he won’t be in it. So, to be clear, I didn’t need the extra points. But I digress from the real point— it is completely out of character for me to allow myself to get pushed to the moon like this. I’m sure there is a massive payoff coming when I finally drop the belt.

I’m sure there is a massive payoff coming when I finally drop the belt. The moment when Arizona drops the belt is going to be major since right now it seems like it’s never going to happen. He beat his whole block, beat Dude, tied with Jet, then escaped a triple threat with both Dude and Jet with the title still around his waist.

March 1980 Week 3Juan Tijuana vs Goblinknight(Qualifier for March Madness) Drool vs Big Thuggee(Qualifier for March Madness) Michael T. Wolf vs Cesar Sleaze(Qualifier for March Madness) Slashmaster and Jet Set Strutter vs Dude Brohan and Arizona Chance Results Juan Tijuana, Drool, Michael T. Wolf move onto Round 1 of March Madness and the last spot being a mystery except it is told to be a hooligan.
In a tag match between the top 4 men at the time, we had Slash and Strut vs Dude and Chance. Sadly this match would end in a tie after Dude was too blind with hate for Jet that he tagged himself in causing a disagreement between the two. He then proceeded to attack Chance which gave Slashmaster and Jet the perfect time to attack their rivals. With the ref counting them both out, the brawl continued with Slashmaster and Arizona keeping it in the ring while Dude and Jet wrestled through the crowd and backstage.
