APRIL 1980 WEEK 3 ABCW1) Princess Starbright/Madame Tiki/Sgt. Shipley vs. Auntie Voodoo/Elfette/Valley Girl – The match quickly breaks down into chaos as all six women are in the ring and fighting. Shipley gets Valley Girl to tap. WINNER: Starbright/Tiki/Shipley 2) Dungeon Crawler vs. GoblinKnight – Dungeon Crawler gets another win versus his long-time foe. WINNER: Dungeon Crawler 3) The BladeBlasters are shown working out. Buzzsaw is lifting an insane amount of weight. 4) Moon Man/Roboelectro vs. The Slave Drivers (Big Thugee/Lil Thugee) – Moon Man and Roboelectro get the win, but lose their momentum due to Moon Man getting injured. WINNER: Moon Man/Roboelectro 5) Memphis Prince is interviewed. He talks about his next title match and giving it to someone who really has turned around and become a force for good. Dr. B comes into view and the two men shake hands. 6) TV TITLE: Slashmaster w/Succubus © vs. Damon Van Winkle – Slashmaster retains and beats his second Van Winkle brother. Succubus gets on the mic and says “Only one to go. Rest easy while you can Devin” WINNER: Slashmaster RNR
1) Average Guy vs. El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel – Footage of the Conglomerate attacking Ninja Star –who was scheduled to be Average Guy’s partner- before the show is shown. Average Guy puts up a decent fight, but is no match for 2/4 of the Conglomerate. WINNER: El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel 2) Teeny Norman vs. Cutthroat Carter – Teeny Norman uses his speed to get the win over Cutthroat in an upset. WINNER: Teeny Norman 3) Warhawk is interviewed. He talks about how important the Cruiser Title is to him. 4) The Morning Soldiers (Mighty Leo/He-Beast) are searching for members of the Conglomerate. They go through the crowd and backstage, but can’t find them. Cameras show a limo speeding away from the arena. 5) Muscle Men (Magnus Muscle/Pat Cabbage) vs. Gladiators (Brute/Massacre) – Both teams display impressive feats of strength, but the Gladiators dirty tactics give them the edge. WINNER: Gladiators 6) Aurora vs. Countess – It’s a solid match between the two with a number of near falls. Aurora gets the win. WINNER: Aurora WOW
1) Dude Brohan/Enormous Pierre/Haka Tonga vs. Valedictorian/Mr. Tycoon/Chief Buffalo – A six man elimination match is set with a pre-show altercation that includes Haka Tonga and Chief Buffalo. Enormous Pierre is the last man standing. He has his hands on Brohan’s belt after the match, only reluctantly giving it back. WINNER: Brohan/Pierre/Tonga 2) Soul Daddy vs. Papa Chopper – Chopper looks good and gets the win. WINNER: Papa Chopper 3) Hammerhead is interviewed. Or at least they try to interview him. He just sings the Russian National Anthem throughout. 4) B-Boys (Boombox/Zap) vs. Executors (Mercenary/Spazz) – The two teams fight to a standstill, which frustrates the Executors. Both Mercenary and Spazz grab chairs to attack. Boombox gets the chair from Spazz and there is simultaneous shots leading to a double DQ. WINNER: No one 5) Lyndi Harker is interviewed 6) INTERNATIONAL TITLE: Dickey Thunderbird © vs. Exotic Rick – A great match between two high level technicians. The end of the match sees Thunderbird go for a flying body press from the top rope and miss and Rick hitting the Exotic Awakening for the win. Rick brings 5 women into the ring and dances for all of them. WINNER: Exotic Rick NEW CHAMP WEEK 3 RATINGS WOW 14.14

APRIL, 1980 WEEK 4 PAY 4 VIEW ABCW
1) TV TITLE: Slashmaster © vs. Devin Van Winkle – Slashmaster decimates the eldest Van Winkle brother, finishing his domination of the trio. Succubus gets on the mic after the match and states that Slashmaster will soon be looking for someone new to destroy. WINNER: Slashmaster
2) Ace Arcadium is interviewed. He expresses his disdain for how Slashmaster and Succubus treated the Van Winkles and that he may have to do something about it.
3) TAG TITLE: Neon Express (Chet Skye/Jesse Wild) © vs. Metalheads (Cesar Sleaze/Dizzy Lixx) – The culmination of a long feud between these two teams is 20 feet above the ring on a scaffold. The crowd is in awe as both teams battle and nearly fall off multiple times. At the end of the match, Skye and Sleaze are hanging on to the bottom of the platform, trying to kick each other off. Sleaze loses grip with one of his hands and is panicking trying to get it back and slips, He hits the center of the ring and the champs retain. Skye tries to pull himself back up and falls as well. Both men are hurt. WINNER: Neon Express
4) CRUISER TITLE: Starboy © vs. Keith Blood w/Succubus – The night continues to be successful for Succubus’ charges as Blood gets the win over Starboy. WINNER: Keith Blood NEW CHAMP
5) LADIES TITLE: Princess Starbright © vs. Auntie Voodoo – Starbright put up a hell of a fight, but Voodoo overpowered her and hit her with 3 power bombs and then gets the pin. Starbright is hurt. WINNER: Auntie Voodoo NEW CHAMP
6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Memphis Prince © vs. Dr. B – A very evenly matched, hard fought fight between the two men. Memphis takes advantage of a rare mistake by Dr. B and hits the piledriver for the win. After the match, Memphis is still in the ring and Dr. B has left. Dark Invader comes in from the crowd and attacks the champ, injuring him. Dr. B comes running down the aisle to make the save. The crowd goes crazy when Dr. B carries Memphis from the ring. WINNER: Memphis Prince

1) UNITED STATES TITLE: Ninja Star © vs. Great Ginzu – A pre-p4v stipulation barred any outside interference by anyone. This works to Great Ginzu’s disadvantage as Ninja Star holds onto the title. WINNER: Ninja Star
2) Aurora is interviewed. She expresses her desire to hold the women’s title.
3) TAG TITLE: Morning Soldiers (Mighty Leo/He-Beast) © vs. El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel – The Conglomerate goes 0-2 as the champs retain. They seem mildly frustrated but not overly concerned. WINNER: Morning Soldiers
4) Magnus Muscle vs. Annihilator – Annihilator gets the win and helps Muscle to his feet after the match. Annihilator appears to have turned face. WINNER: Annihilator
5) CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE: Warhawk © vs. Johnny Kobra vs. Slugger Johnson – Cutthroat Carter and Ruffian accompany Johnson to the ring and Dangerzone comes out with Warhawk. There is almost as much action on the outside as there is inside. The ref makes Home Team and Dangerzone go back to the back. Warhawk is about to get the win when Ruffian and Carter are shown backstage attacking Dangerzone. Warhawk gets pumped up and KO’s Johnson *and* Kobra and gets the win. WINNER: Warhawk
6) Cutthroat Carter and Ruffian are still assaulting Dangerzone backstage. They look up and run off just as Warhawk arrives. Dangerzone is injured
7) WOMENS TITLE: Gorgon Tokoro © vs. Countess – Tokoro dominates and the crowd isn’t sure who to root for. After Tokoro wins, Aurora appears at the entrance and the two stare each other down. WINNER: Gorgon Tokoro
8) Fireball vs. Bobby Blitzworth – Fireball gets a quick win in a match interrupted by Warhawk fighting with Ruffian. WINNER: Fireball
9) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jet Set Strutter © vs. Average Guy – The crowd seems to be anticipating a title change since none of Strutter’s group can “assist.” Average Guy hits an Average Elbow on Strutter and goes for the pin. 1-2-then the ref doubles over in pain, grabbing his knee. Average Guy gets up to check on him. Strutter rolls up Guy from behind and the ref recovers and 123 counts the pin. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter

1) INTERNATIONAL TITLE: Exotic Rick vs. Haka Tonga – Exotic Rick grabs the mic before the match and says Dicky Thunderbird isn’t worthy of a rematch and challenges someone from the back to come out and try to take his title. Haka Tonga responds and nearly does just that. Rick escapes with a win. WINNER: Exotic Rick
2) Mr. Tycoon is interviewed. He expresses his interest in procuring a match for the heavyweight title and he knows just how to do it.
3) TAG TITLE: Anti-Americans (Hammerhead/Mad Arab) © vs. Executors (Mercenary/Spazz) – The Anti-Americans get the crowd to chant USA over and over even though Mercenary is from Canada. They get the pin and after the match are met with a chorus of boos when they start singing their respective national anthems. WINNER: Anti-Americans
4) Soul Daddy vs. Reptile Ranger – Soul Daddy plays up to the crowd while Reptile Ranger scares a significant portion of them. The two fight to a double count-out. WINNER: Double Count-Out
5) LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Pelvis Pressly © vs. Mike Bugg vs. Bug Buster – The crowd is solidly behind Bug Buster. Enough that he rallies and actually gets the win. WINNER: Bug Buster NEW CHAMP
6) Enormous Pierre is backstage, getting ready for his title match. He is attacked from behind by Chief Buffalo and Yuppie VP and is injured. His spot in the heavyweight title match is vacant now.
7) WOMEN’S TITLE: Lyndi Harker © vs. Spunky Sparks – Clean fought match and the champion retains. WINNER: Lyndi Harker
8) Dicky Thunderbird vs. O’Hooligan – O’Hooligan’s mocking of Thunderbird backstage leads to the match. Thunderbird appears distracted and the loudmouth takes advantage and gets the win. WINNER: O’Hooligan
9) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Dude Brohan © vs. Valedictorian – The runner up from the March Madness tournament comes out as Brohan’s challenger. Mr. Tycoon makes an appearance later in the match, just as Brohan is starting to Dude Up. Tycoon distracts Brohan and Valedictorian hits him from behind and then with a savage elbow to get the win. WINNER: Valedictorian NEW CHAMP

MAY 1980 WEEK 1 ABCW
1) Succubus, Keith Blood and Zombie Punk are in a dark room. Succubus talks about striking fear into all that cross her brood. The promo ends with Blood and Punk attacking the camera. 2) Dungeon Crawler vs. GoblinKnight – GoblinKnight gets the win. WINNER: GoblinKnight 3) Ace Arcadium vs. Colbalt Commander – Ace gets an impressive win. After the match, he’s attacked by Keith Blood and Zombie Punk. WINNER: Ace Arcadium 4) Roboelectro vs. Iron Mask – Iron Mask looks impressive in the win. WINNER: Iron Mask 5) Jesse Wild vs. Buzzsaw – Buzzsaw overpowers Wild, but doesn’t even try to pin him. He just inflicts more and more punishment. He appears to grow bored with it and finally pins him. WINNER: Buzzsaw 6) CRUISER TITLE: Star Boy © vs. Skullgore – Skullgore recovers from losing the heavyweight title and once again has a belt around his waist. WINNER: Skullgore NEW CHAMP RNR
1) Jobber Joe vs. Tennis Pro – In the ultimate opener match, Jobber Joe gets the pin. He celebrates like he just won the heavyweight title. WINNER: Jobber Joe 2) Average Guy vs. Great Ginzu – Average Guy has the advantage until El Presidente interferes and helps Ginzu get the win. WINNER: Great Ginzu 3) He-Beast vs. Vladimir the Cruel – Much like the previous match, He-Beast has the advantage during the match until Vladimir’s tag partner El Presidente interferes. WINNER: Vladimir the Cruel 4) Mighty Leo vs. Jet Set Strutter – The other 3 members of the Conglomerate make their way to the ring. It begins to look like it’ll be a clean sweep for the heels. Then, Average Guy and He-Beast rush to the ringside area to even the odds a bit. Leo and Strutter put on a clinic that ends in a time limit draw. WINNER: Time Limit Draw 5) CRUISER TITLE: Warhawk © vs. Michael T. Wolf – Great back and forth with Warhawk using his power moves and Wolf flying all over the ring. Wolf gets the pin after an amazing kick from the middle ropes. WINNER: Michael T. Wolf NEW CHAMP 6) WOMEN’S TITLE: Gorgon Tokoro © vs. Aurora – The follow-up from last week’s stare down. Gorgon gets the win in a closely fought match. WINNER: Gorgon Tokoro WOW
1) Mr. Tycoon, Yuppie VP and Chief Buffalo are backstage laughing about the outcome of the Pay 4 View. Mr. Tycoon brags about how everything is going according to plan. Valedictorian enters with the heavyweight title belt and there are handshakes all around. 2) Mike Bugg vs. Brit Buckingham – Mike Bugg gets the upset win and Brit has a very un-British temper tantrum. WINNER: Mike Bugg 3) Doberman Denny vs. Hammerhead – Neither man has their tag partners with them and Hammerhead looks impressive in the win. WINNER: Hammerhead 4) Doberman Duke vs. Pelvis Pressly – The crowd is a bit surprised that Duke is in a singles match. He looks good though, getting an easy win over Pressly. WINNER: Doberman Duke 5) Haka Tonga vs. Reptile Ranger – Ranger seems to be in a good mood, which throws Tonga off more that the bag of snakes at ringside. Ranger hits the down under DDT, which usually ends things for his opponents. Tonga pops back up and headbutts Ranger and then hits the Supah Tonga Leap to get the win. WINNER: Haka Tonga 6) INTERNATIONAL TITLE: Exotic Rick © vs. Dicky Thunderbird – The former champ nearly wins his title back, but in the end Exotic Rick prevails. After the match, Rick leaves the ring to grab another lady from the crowd to kiss. He approaches an attractive woman in the front row. He holds his hand out to her. She says no. He grabs a mic and asks why she wouldn’t want to be with someone like him. She says she’s married. He asks if it’s some slob plumber or loser accountant. She says no, it’s actually a wrestler that wrestled tonight, which the crowd pops to. He laughs and says Mike Bugg isn’t a real wrestler or man, why don’t I show you what a real man looks like. He grabs her and tries to kiss her. She slaps him. He grabs her and threatens to punch her. Reptile Ranger comes sprinting out of the back and tackles Exotic Rick and proceeds to beat the hell out of him. He grabs the mic and says “If you ever touch my wife again I’ll put you in the hospital.” The crowd goes crazy as Ranger and his wife hug. MAY 1980 WEEK 2 ABCW1) Dr. B vs. Keith Blood/Zombie Punk – Dr. B hits the Clubber on both men and gets the win. Succubus berates her charges after the match. WINNER: Dr. B 2) The Schmuck vs. Tommy Tough – The Schmuck walks in with a swagger, confident in his ability to beat the local competitor Tough. The crowd eats it up when Tough hits a fisherman’s suplex and gets the win. WINNER: Tommy Tough 3) The Slave Drivers attack Devin Van Winkle, injuring him. 4) Dungeon Crawler/Roboelectro vs. Bladeblasters (Buzzsaw/Lazer) – A clip of Buzzsaw dominating Jesse Wild is shown before the match. The Bladeblasters dominate Crawler and Roboelectro and get the win. WINNER: Bladeblasters 5) Jesse Wild is interviewed. He talks about how the Bladeblasters may be bigger and stronger, but no one has more heart than the Neon Express. 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Memphis Prince vs. Cobalt Commander – Dark Invader, Red Pirate Rogers and Iron Mask all come down to the ring and surround it. Memphis tries to ignore them, but they are making it very difficult. Invader distracts the ref and Rogers hits Memphis from behind. Dr. B comes running out and takes out Rogers and Mask. Dark Invader backs away and Dr. B follows. Memphis is able to recover and hits Cobalt with a pile driver to get the win. WINNER: Memphis Prince RNR
1) Average Guy/Ninja Star vs. Jet Set Strutter/Great Ginzu – A hard fought tag match opens the show. All four competitors hold nothing back and continue to further their rivalries. Great Ginzu sprays mist into Ninja Star’s face, allowing Strutter to lock in the six figure leg lock. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter/Great Ginzu 2) Fireball vs. Ruffian – Fireball is victorious over one of the Home Team members. None of Ruffian’s stable mates are at ringside. WINNER: Fireball 3) Gorgon Tokoro is interviewed. She says she hopes one day to have an opponent that even comes close to her ability. 4) Warhawk vs. Slugger Johnson – Yet another member of the Home Team takes a loss as the Cruiser Champion Warhawk looks impressive. WINNER: Warhawk 5) The Gladiators attack and injure Magnus Muscle. Pat Cabbage comes to the rescue, but he’s just a little too late. 6) TAG TITLE: Morning Soldiers (Mighty Leo/He-Beast) © vs. El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel – The Conglomerate members nearly win the titles a number of times, but the champs hold on. WINNER: Morning Soldiers WOW1) Juan Tijuana vs. Mercenary vs. Hammerhead – Both Mercenary and Hammerhead take turns dominating the match. Mercenary gets the win, pinning Tijuana. WINNER: Mercenary 2) Soul Daddy vs. Brit Buckingham – Soul Daddy plays up to the crowd, winning them over. He gets the win in the match as well. WINNER: Soul Daddy 3) Dude Brohan cuts a promo about how he will be getting his revenge on both Valedictorian and Mr. Tycoon 4) The Dobermans (Denny/Duke) vs. The Mullet Cousins (Zeke/Cletus) – The Dobermans have no trouble getting past the rednecks. WINNER: Dobermans 5) Exotic Rick is interviewed. He says he didn’t even want to kiss that woman because any woman that would be with Reptile Ranger obviously has mental issues. 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Valedictorian © vs. Gepetto Rocco – Valedictorian comes to the ring and grabs the mic. He says he feels bad about how things went down and he wants to give the former champ another shot. Rocco’s music hits and Valedictorian just smiles and laughs. He says he didn’t mean Brohan, rather Rocco, who was champion in the 70’s. Rocco puts up a surprisingly good fight, but in the end falls. WINNER: Valedictorian.

MAY 1980 WEEK 3 ABCW
1) Terry Van Winkle/Damon Van Winkle vs. Slavedrivers (Big Thugee/Lil Thugee) – The Van Winkles come out looking for revenge after the Thugees attack of Devin last week. They get the win and are able to inflict some payback. WINNER: Terry/Damon Van Winkle 2) The Schmuck vs. Earl Jackson – The Schmuck is more focused this week and is able to get the win over the local talent. WINNER: The Schmuck 3) The Bladeblasters are interviewed. They promise to leave the next Pay 4 View as tag team champs. 4) Ace Arcadium cuts a promo on the will to beat Slashmaster for the TV title. 5) The Scoundrels (Chance Solar/Hairy) vs. Cobalt Commander/Iron Mask – The Scoundrels have a bit of a rough go of it, but eventually pull out the win. WINNER: The Scoundrels 6) Sgt. Shipley vs. Elfette – Two of the most talented female wrestlers on the roster show off their skills. Sgt. Shipley gets not only the win, but a couple of pre-match glances from Chance Solar. WINNER: Sgt. Shipley RNR
1) Fireball/Warhawk/Dangerzone vs. The Home Team (Bobby Blitzworth/Cutthroat Carter/Ruffian) – The Home Team once again find themselves on the losing end. WINNER: Fireball/Warhawk/Dangerzone 2) Max Attack vs, Slugger Johnson – Max Attack gets the win. Slugger Johnson and the rest of Home Team start to argue. WINNER: Max Attack 3) Great Ginzu cuts a promo about how he will soon be the United States champion and how he may rename it to the Far East champion. He ends the promo by putting up the 4 fingers of the Conglomerate 4) Pat Cabbage/Drool vs. Gladiators (Brute/Massacre) – Cabbage finds a last minute replacement for the injured Magnus Muscle to take on the dangerous Gladiators. Brute and Massacre prove to be too much and get the win. WINNER: Gladiators 5) Average Guy is interviewed. He starts by talking about the opportunities he’s had against Jet Set Strutter. While he’s in the middle of that, the Home Team interrupts. The men nearly come to blows. 6) UNITED STATES TITLE: Ninja Star © vs. Annihilator – A solid back and forth match, with Annihilator on the verge of winning. Great Ginzu makes his way to the ring. Everyone expects him to attack Ninja Star, but instead he attacks Annihilator behind the refs back. Annihilator is down outside the ring and can’t get back in by the 10 count. After, Ninja Star comes to Annihilator’s rescue. WINNER: Ninja Star WOW
1) Boombox vs. Papa Chopper – The two men fight to a double count out. The crowd goes mild. WINNER: Double Count Out 2) Chameleon Kid and Juan Tijuana are in the crowd, tossing their merchandise to the fans. 3) The Executors (Mercenary/Spazz) vs. The Insectoids (Mike/Mark Bugg) – The Buggs put up a good fight for a few minutes, but eventually fall. WINNER: The Executors 4) Valedictorian is interviewed. He says, almost with a straight face, that he will be a fighting champion and treat all contenders fairly. 5) INTERNATIONAL TITLE: Exotic Rick © vs. Bug Buster – Reptile Ranger comes to the ring with Bug Buster. Exotic Rick destroys his former rival, looking at Ranger the whole time while dominating his opponent. WINNER: Exotic Rick 6) WOMEN’S TITLE: Lyndi Harker © vs. Almighty Dolla – Dolla uses every dirty trick in her playbook to try to get the title. She nearly is successful, but comes up just short. WINNER: Lyndi Harker

MAY 1980 WEEK 4 PAY 4 VIEW ABCW1) Dr. B is interviewed. He talks about getting another shot at the heavyweight title. 2) The Scoundrels (Chance Solar/Hairy) vs. The Slave Drivers (Big Thugee/Lil Thugee) – Last minute addition to the card that arose from the Thugees attacking Hairy backstage. He recovers and the Scoundrels get the win. WINNER: Scoundrels 3) TV TITLE: Slashmaster © vs. Ace Arcadium – Ace nearly gets the upset, but Slashmaster retains. WINNER: Slashmaster 4) The Schmuck is backstage, trying to convince anyone that he deserves a title shot. He comes face to face with Auntie Voodoo and Skullgore and lets out a little yelp before running off. 5) TAG TITLES: Neon Express (Chet Skye/Jesse Wild) © vs. Bladeblasters (Buzzsaw/Lazer) – The champs put up a good fight, but they are no match for the challengers. WINNER: Bladeblasters NEW CHAMPS 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Memphis Prince © vs. Dark Invader – Memphis retains in a hard fought match. After, Red Pirate Rogers, Cobalt Commander and Iron Mask hit the ring and attack Prince. Dr. B rushes down to the rescue. The two men shake hands after the ring is cleared. WINNER: Memphis Prince RNR1) WOMEN’S TITLE: Gorgon Tokoro © vs. Aurora – The two women end up in a double DQ. Tokoro inflicts more punishment after the match. WINNER: Double DQ 2) Mynx is interviewed. She calls Tokoro a coward and challenges her to a match. 3) Fireball/Dangerzone/Warhawk vs. The Home Team (Bobby Blitzworth/Slugger Johnson/Cutthroat Carter) – Fireball and the American Heroes get the win again over the Home Team. WINNER: Fireball/Dangerzone/Warhawk 4) UNITED STATES TITLE: Ninja Star © vs. Great Ginzu – The Conglomerate comes down with Ginzu and provides the necessary distractions and timely interference and Ginzu gets the win. WINNER: Great Ginzu NEW CHAMP 5) Teeny Norman hosts an episode of Teeny’s Playhouse. His guests are Countess and Chaka Cross. He is very intimidated by the two women and they take advantage, preventing him from asking any questions. 6) TAG TITLES: Morning Soldiers (Mighty Leo/He-Beast) © vs. El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel – Great Ginzu and Jet Set comes down, wearing their title belts. WINNER: Drool 8) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jet Set Strutter © vs. Average Guy – The camera cuts to the back during the match and shows that the Conglomerate has trapped The Morning Soldiers and Ninja Star in the dressing room. They then make their way to the ringside. Average Guy is unable to overcome their mere presence and Jet Set retains his title. After the match, each member hits their finisher on Average Guy before standing in the middle of the ring, holding up all 4 belts. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter WOW
1) WOMEN’S TITLE: Lyndi Harker vs. Almighty Dolla – Dolla continues to try to lie cheat and steal her way to a championship, but falls short. WINNER: Lyndi Harker 2) Enormous Pierre is interviewed. The big man is very angry about losing his shot at the heavyweight title. 3) Dude Brohan/Bug Buster/Gepetto Rocco vs. Chief Buffalo/O’Hooligan/Pelvis Pressly – Bug Buster hits a Brohan-esque leg drop on Pressly to get the win and the approval of the crowd. WINNER: Brohan/Buster/Rocco 4) INTERNATIONAL TITLE: Exotic Rick © vs. Reptile Ranger – Ranger doesn’t appear to care about actually winning the match as he just brutalizes Rick. He won’t let up and eventually the referee is forced to ring the bell. WINNER: Exotic Rick by DQ 5) The Mullet cousins attack Doberman Denny in the backstage area, injuring him. 6) TAG TITLE: Anti-Americans (Hammerhead/Mad Arab) © vs. The Executors (Mercenary/Spazz) – Despite normally not being loved by the fans, the challengers are getting quite a few cheers in this match. It doesn’t matter though, as the Anti-Americans continue to roll. WINNER: Anti-Americans 7) Chameleon Kid vs. Yuppie VP – A very spirited match but the crowd was a little dead for it. Yuppie gets the win. WINNER: Yuppie VP 8) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Valedictorian © vs. Dicky Thunderbird – Two of the top wrestlers in the world plus one of the most prestigious belts on the line equals a match that would have garnered 5 stars if it weren’t for the ending. Mr. Tycoon comes down to the ring and doesn’t say a word to either competitor. He whispers something into the timekeeper’s and ringside announcer’s ears and then walks off. The bell rings, much to both competitors confusion. The ringside announcer then states, “The winner, and still heavyweight champion, Valedictorian!” Thunderbird is understandably upset. JUNE 1980 WEEK 1 ABCW
1) Dark Invader, Cobalt Commander and Iron Mask are interviewed. They promise to wreak havoc on any who oppose them 2) The Schmuck vs. Vinny Bambino – The Schmuck once again shows the level of his talent by fighting Bambino to a double count out. WINNER: Double Count-Out 3) Terry Van Winkle vs. Big Thugee – Thugee overpowers the middle Van Winkle brother for the win. WINNER: Big Thugee 4) Star Boy vs. Piranha – Two men that have fought so much, they know each other’s moves before their own ends with Piranha getting the win. WINNER: Piranha 5) Dr. B vs. Red Pirate Rogers – Rogers, with the help of Dark Invader, pulls off a major upset against Dr. B. WINNER: Dr. B 6) TV TITLE: Slashmaster © vs. Zen – Poor innocent Zen, never really had a chance. Slashmaster toys with him for a while before putting him away. Ace Arcadium makes the post-match save to prevent more punishment. WINNER: Slashmaster RNR
1) Bobby Blitzworth and Cutthroat Carter attack an unsuspecting Average Guy 2) Crash vs. Officer Chip – Crash gets the win. WINNER: Crash 3) Ninja Star vs. El Presidente – Ninja Star gets a big win over one half of the tag champions. Neither Vladimir the Cruel or Jet Set are in the area tonight. WINNER: Ninja Star 4) Magnus Muscle vs. Ruffian – For the first time in what felt like months, a member of the Home Team gets a win. WINNER: Ruffian 5) Fireball vs. Great Ginzu – Great Ginzu gets the win, but it is quite the struggle. WINNER: Great Ginzu 6) CRUISER TITLE: Michael T. Wolf © vs. Johnny Kobra – The two exchange several near falls throughout the match. Wolf goes for a body press from the top and misses. Kobra capitalizes and gets the pin. WINNER: Johnny Kobra NEW CHAMP WOW
1) Dude Brohan is interviewed. He expresses his dislike for Mr. Tycoon, Valedictorian and all the other “posers” under Tycoon’s employ. 2) Mandonna vs. Yuppie VP – Tycoon’s #2 man gets a win in the opener. WINNER: Yuppie VP 3) Reptile Ranger vs. O’Hooligan – Ranger is a bit worse for the wear after the Pay 4 View. O’Hooligan takes advantage and gets the win. Exotic Rick attacks Ranger after the match. WINNER: O’Hooligan 4) Chameleon Kid vs. Spazz – Kid appears to the have the advantage, as Spazz is generally a tag team specialist and gets winded early. But, a botch by Kid opens the door for Spazz and he gets the win. WINNER: Spazz 5) Spunky Sparks vs. Queen of Mean – The underdog from the streets nearly gets the win, but the wily queen is able to defeat her. WINNER: Queen of Mean 6) Pierre the Enormous vs. Chief Buffalo vs. Exotic Rick – Pierre comes out on the attack, dominating both his opponents. Toward the end of the match, Reptile Ranger comes running out and Exotic Rick takes off through the crowd to escape, leaving just the two competitors. Papa Chopper and Yuppie VP come out. Yuppie distracts the ref and Chopper hits Pierre with a steel chair. This makes Pierre very angry. He grabs Chopper and pulls him into the ring and to the corner. Pierre has his back to Buffalo, who gets a full head of steam and hits the buffalo charge on the unprepared Pierre and the unfortunate Chopper. Pierre falls and Buffalo pins him. JUNE 1980 WEEK 2 ABCW
1) Ace Arcadium/Chance Solar/Hairy vs. Zombie Punk/Keith Blood/Skullgore – Ace starts the show with a challenge to Slashmaster, who instead sends out his minions. The Scoundrels come down to even the odds and an elimination match is set. Ace ends up being the final survivor. WINNER: Ace Arcadium/Chance Solar/Hairy 2) Terry Van Winkle vs. Lil Thugee – Van Winkle gets a bit of revenge, beating the smaller of the two Thugees. WINNER: Terry Van Winkle 3) Dark Invader is interviewed. He makes a series of threats aimed at Dr. B and Memphis Prince. 4) Zen vs. Piranha – A solid match that ended with a double countout. WINNER: Double Countout 5) Madame Tiki is backstage talking about her desire to become champion. She is attacked by Aunti Voodoo and Elfette and injured. 6) TAG TITLE: BladeBlasters (Buzzsaw/Lazer) © vs. Starboy/Roboelectro – The challengers are thrown together at the last minute and get a quick near fall that shocks/angers the champs. They don’t underestimate them for the rest of the match and retain. WINNER: BladeBlasters RNR
1) Fireball vs. El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel – Fireball gets suckered into a handicap match against the tag champions. He holds his own for a little while, but they eventually overpower him. WINNER: El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel 2) Herman the Nerd vs. Tennis Pro – Herman the Nerd is loved by the fans. Not for his skills in the ring. But, on this night, he outwrestles Tennis Pro and gets the win. WINNER: Herman the Nerd 3) Countess attacks Aurora as she comes into the arena. 4) Muscle Men (Magnus Muscle/Pat Cabbage) vs. Home Team (Bobby Blitzworth/Ruffian) – The Home Team faction continue their hot streak, beating the Muscle Men. WINNER: Blitzworth/Ruffian 5) Great Ginzu is interviewed. He says no one will take his US title, especially not Ninja Star. 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jet Set Strutter © vs. Ninja Star – Jet Set holds onto the title…. Barely. Great Ginzu sprays Ninja Star after the match with a green mist. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter WOW
1) Enormous Pierre vs. Papa Chopper/Yuppie VP – Pierre gets his chance to make Chopper and Yuppie pay for interfering earlier in the month. He absolutely dominates them. Chopper eventually just grabs the ref and punches him, getting the DQ and he and Yuppie high-tail it out of the ring. WINNER: Enormous Pierre DQ 2) Spunky Sparks is talking to a local reporter. She is answering a question about her toughest opponent when both Queen of Mean and Almighty Dolla attack her. 3) The Executors (Mercenary/Spazz) vs. The Mullet Cousins (Zeke/Cletus) – Mercenary and Spazz make quick work of the cousins. WINNER: Executors 4) Chameleon Kid vs. Pelvis Pressly – Kid is able to avoid an attempted guitar shot from Pressly and get the win. Pressly has a bit of a temper tantrum after the match. WINNER: Chameleon Kid 5) Valedictorian is interviewed. He says that this month’s pay 4 view will determine who his number one contender will be by way of a tournament. But, it won’t be a one on one tournament, it’ll be a tag team one and the winning team will then fight each other to see who gets the title shot. 6) Dude Brohan vs. Chief Buffalo – Just as Brohan starts to make his comeback, Mr. Tycoon, Papa Chopper and Yuppie VP come out to distract/interfere. Enormous Pierre comes out and runs the invaders off. Brohan gets the win. After, Pierre gets in the ring and the two men have a staredown. Pierre gets the mic and asks Brohan to be his partner at the pay 4 view. Brohan thinks for a moment, then shakes the giant’s hand. WINNER: Dude Brohan. WEEK 2 RATINGS RNR 13.23 WOW 10.20 ABCW 9.73

JUNE 1980 WEEK 3 ABCW
1) Dr. B vs. Iron Mask/Red Pirate Rogers – Iron Mask and Red Pirate Rogers attack Dr. B during the show’s open, which then turns into a handicap match. Dr. B is impressive in his handling of the two men, but he ultimately falls. WINNER: Iron Mask/Red Pirate Rogers 2) The Schmuck vs. Tommy Tough – The Schmuck continues his tour of mediocrity with an inspired win over Tommy Tough. WINNER: The Schmuck 3) Memphis Prince is interviewed. He talks about how much of a challenge Dark Invader will be and how he appreciates Dr. B’s change of heart. 4) Dark Invader and Cobalt Commander are in a darkened room. Invader asks the camera if the people think he is ready for Memphis Prince. Cobalt Commander whips him with a strap and he yells “I’m Ready!” This repeats a number of times before the video cuts out. 5) Terry Van Winkle/Devin Van Winkle vs. Slave Drivers (Big Thugee/Lil Thugee) – Devin returns from injury and the Van Winkles are victorious. WINNER: Van Winkles 6) Sgt. Shipley vs. Elfette – In what appears to be the beginning of a feud, Elfette bests Sgt. Shipley. WINNER: Elfette RNR1) Fireball vs. Troglo – Troglo comes out in a tattered suit and tie. He and Fireball have a good back and forth match, until Great Ginzu comes in from the crowd and helps Troglo get the win. Troglo puts up the 4 fingers with one hand and a thumbs up with the other. Ginzu just glares at him and leaves. WINNER: Troglo 2) Brute and Massacre are in the middle of the ring. There is an arm wrestling table there as well. Massacre says there is not one person that can match Brute’s strength and he dares anyone to try. Drool comes out to a good pop. They set up and struggle back and forth. Drool gets the advantage and then Massacre hits him from behind. The Gladiators hit their finisher on Drool and leave him down in the ring. 3) Cutthroat Carter vs. Local Competitor – Carter tears into the local competitor, making quick work. Carter looks angry. WINNER: Cutthroat Carter 4) Morning Soldiers (Mighty Leo/He-Beast) vs. Stunt Men (Crash/Rad Racer) – El Presidente and Vladimir the Cruel are at ringside and say that in order for the former champs to get another shot, they’ll need to beat the Stunt Men. They are well on their way to doing just that, but the champs take a chair to He-Beast and Crash, causing a double DQ. WINNER: Double DQ 5) El Presidente and Vlad are interviewed after the match. They say since neither team showed themselves to be up to the level they require for title shots, they will pick someone they deem worthy. 6) UNITED STATES TITLE: Great Ginzu © vs. Ninja Star – The long time heated rivals are having an intense battle. Ninja Star sets up for his finisher. Troglo runs down and distracts Ninja. Ginzu sets up to spray the green mist. Ninja ducks just in time and it hits Troglo. Ninja hits his finisher and pins Ginzu. WINNER: Ninja Star NEW CHAMP WOW
1) Reptile Ranger vs. Haka Tonga vs. O’Hooligan – Reptile Ranger gets a solid win. WINNER: Reptile Ranger 2) Hammerhead and Mother Russia are interviewed. They extoll the virtues of the USSR while saying USA is not number 1. 3) The Dobermans (Denny/Duke) vs. Wall Street (Mr. Tycoon/Yuppie VP) – The Dobermans get the win. Tycoon berates Yuppie after the match. WINNER: Dobermans 4) Juan Tijuana vs. Mad Arab – Mad Arab comes to the ring without Hammerhead. He is much more violent than usual, injuring Tijuana on his way to the victory. WINNER: Mad Arab 5) Almighty Dolla is interviewed. She says that while Lyndi Harker is nowhere near the woman she is, she’s more than happy to fight her and take her belt. 6) LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Bug Buster © vs. Chameleon Kid – Bug Buster wrestles probably his best match of his career against the energetic Chameleon Kid. He falls just short and we have a new champ. WINNER: Chameleon Kid NEW CHAMP WEEK 3 RATINGS RNR 7.98 ABCW 7.34 WOW 5.03

JUNE 1980 WEEK 4 PAY 4 VIEW ABCW
1) Ace Arcadium vs. Slashmaster – Zombie Punk, Keith Blood, GoblinKnight and Skullgore come out and stand on one side of the ring. Zen, Moon Man, Roboelectro and Dungeon Crawler come out on the other side and the lumberjack match begins. The action breaks down late as the 8 men outside start to brawl. In the chaos, Ace is able to hit Slashmaster with the 8-bit breaker and gets the pin. WINNER: Ace Arcadium 2) Dizzy Lixx is talking to a staff member backstage. He says he might try to make a go of singles for a while. He is then hit from behind by a steel chair. Cesar Sleaze is standing over him and says “Good luck with that singles career, loser.” 3) TAG TEAM TITLE: BladeBlasters (Buzzsaw/Lazer) © vs. Jesse Wild/Starboy – With Chet Skye still out injured, Jesse Wild enlists the aid of Starboy against the tag champs. Buzzsaw and Lazer dominate and retain. WINNER: BladeBlasters 4) Devin and Terry Van Winkle are interviewed. They say they aren’t done with the Slave Drivers yet. 5) Princess Starbright vs. Auntie Voodoo – Action goes to the outside at the end of the match and Auntie Voodoo is able to get back into the ring just before the 10 count, but she appears to be hurt. WINNER: Auntie Voodoo by countout 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Memphis Prince vs. Dark Invader – Dark Invader dominates the majority of the match, but Memphis Prince is able to come back and get the win. He is able to get out of the ring before Dark Invader’s men can attack. WINNER: Memphis Prince RNR1) Average Guy vs. Bobby Blitzworth – Average Guy gets the win in the opener, but it was a close match. WINNER: Average Guy 2) Troglo attacks and injures Ninja Star, both as a retribution for him moving out of the way of Great Ginzu’s mist and as a showcase that he belongs in the Conglomerate. 3) TAG TITLE: El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel © vs. Nerd Alert (Herman the Nerd/Waldo the Dweeb) – The champs make good on their promise to choose a “worthy” opponent as the Nerds come out. They toy with the challengers for a while before putting them away. After the match, they continue to assault them until the Morning Soldiers run them off. WINNER: El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel 4) Johnny Kobra is interviewed. He rambles for a little while about the Cruiserweight title. 5) WOMEN’S TITLE: Gorgon Tokoro © vs. Mynx – Mynx gives Tokoro her toughest challenge to date, but falls short still. WINNER: Gorgon Tokoro 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jet Set Strutter vs. Fireball – The two men have a surprisingly clean and solid match with no outside involvement. Jet Set locks in the 6 figure leg lock to get the win. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter WOW
1) Dude Brohan/Enormous Pierre vs. The Executors (Mercenary/Spazz) – The first match of the tag team tournament sees Brohan and Pierre beat the Executors. Well, technically, Dude Brohan beats them as he starts the match and never tags in. WINNER: Brohan/Pierre 2) Reptile Ranger/O’Hooligan vs. Chameleon Kid/Doberman Denny – A couple of mix and match teams have a good match in the next quarterfinal match. Ranger/O’Hooligan get the win. WINNER: Reptile Ranger/O’Hooligan 3) Juan Tijuana/Mad Arab vs. Chief Buffalo/Exotic Rick – Another random pairing match sees one half of the tag champions team with Juan Tijuana. Buffalo and Rick get the win and Mad Arab attacks Tijuana after the match. WINNER: Chief Buffalo/Exotic Rick 4) Gepetto Rocco/Haka Tonga vs. Hammerhead/Mr. Tycoon – Mr. Tycoon is seen paying Hammerhead to be his partner before the pay 4 view. They make a good team, getting the win. WINNER: Hammerhead/Mr. Tycoon 5) WOMEN’S TITLE: Lyndi Harker © vs. Almighty Dolla – The steel cage is lowered, locking in the two rivals. Harker tries to wrestle a clean match while Dolla is using every dirty trick in the book and is throwing Harker into the steel as often as she can. Harker eventually snaps, tossing Dolla headfirst into the steel, which makes Dolla start to bleed. Harker hits her finisher and then calmly climbs out of the cage to get the win. WINNER: Lyndi Harker 6) Dude Brohan/Enormous Pierre vs. Reptile Ranger/O’Hooligan – It is Pierre’s turn to not tag in as he ignores his partner and takes out Ranger/O’Hooligan. WINNER: Brohan/Pierre 7) Chief Buffalo/Exotic Rick vs. Hammerhead/Mr. Tycoon – Communication is lacking at the end of the match when Chief Buffalo accidentally connects with a Buffalo Charge on Hammerhead and pins him for the win. Mr. Tycoon berates him after the match. WINNER: Chief Buffalo/Exotic Rick 8) Valedictorian is interviewed. He seems quite surprised by the outcome of the previous match. 9) Dude Brohan/Enormous Pierre vs. Chief Buffalo/Exotic Rick – Brohan and Pierre actually work together during the match and make for a very solid team. The end of the match sees Brohan hit the Big Bro Leg Drop on Exotic Rick he takes a step back and Pierre tags himself in. He hits a big splash on Rick and gets the pin. Brohan and Pierre stare each other down after the bell rings. Eventually, Brohan sticks his hand out. Pierre shakes it and the crowd goes wild. Brohan turns toward the crowd and is getting them to get louder. Pierre grabs him from behind and slams him to the ground. He hits a big splash on Brohan and leaves the ring. Mr. Tycoon appears at the top of the ramp. He is laughing. WINNER: Dude Brohan/Enormous Pierre. WEEK 4 RATINGS ABCW 18.86 RNR 18.78 WOW 16.06

JULY 1980 WEEK 1 ABCW 1) The Empire (Dark Invader/Cobalt Commander/Iron Mask/Red Pirate Rogers) boast about how they will make Memphis Prince wish he never step foot in ABCW 2) Moon Man vs. GoblinKnight w/Zombie Punk – GoblinKnight gets help from Zombie Punk and gets the win. WINNER: GoblinKnight 3) Damon Van Winkle vs. The Schmuck – Van Winkle gets an easy win, despite The Schmuck complaining to the referee about everything. WINNER: Damon Van Winkle 4) Starboy vs. Piranha – Starboy gets the win, but doesn’t seem happy about it. WINNER: Starboy 5) Devin Van Winkle vs. Big Thugee w/Lil Thugee – Van Winkle gets a roll up pin. He is attacked after the match by both men until Terry Van Winkle makes the save. Piranha comes down and the brothers are once again outnumbered. Damon rushes down and the heels retreat. A new feud is born. WINNER: Devin Van Winkle 6) CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE: Skullgore © w/ Succubus vs. Zen – Zen is able to overcome Succubus distracting the referee and gets the pin. WINNER: Zen – NEW CHAMP RNR 1) The Conglomerate (Jet Set Strutter, El Presidente, Vladimir the Cruel, Great Ginzu) are celebrating their title wins. Strutter does most of the talking, telling Ginzu not to worry and that he’ll get his belt back soon. 2) Max Attack vs. Cutthroat Carter – Max Attack uses his technical expertise to beat Carter. WINNER: Max Attack 3) Average Guy vs. Ruffian – Average Guy beats Ruffian, making Home Team 0-2 for the card. WINNER: Average Guy 4) Crash vs. Brute – Both Massacre and Drool get involved in the match. Crash isn’t able to overcome Brute’s size and power. WINNER: Brute 5) Aurora vs. Countess – Countess uses a bevy of underhanded measures to get the win over her longtime rival. WINNER: Countess 6) Warhawk vs. Troglo vs. Bobby Blitzworth – In a contest to see who the next challenger to Ninja Star’s United States Title would be, Troglo pulls out the win. He is smiling like a crazy person, but gets a few cheers. WINNER: Troglo WOW 1) Mr. Tycoon/Enormous Pierre are in the middle of the ring. Tycoon talks about how his plan is going perfectly and soon he’ll be the world heavyweight champion. Pierre gets the microphone and announces he is no longer Enormous Pierre. He is Pierre… the Enormous. 2) Zap vs. Zeke Mullet – Zap comes to the ring with Boombox, Chameleon Kid and Soul Daddy. They are all dancing to hip hop music, which Mullet does not appreciate. He tries to overpower the smaller Zap, but comes up short. WINNER: Zap 3) Soul Daddy vs. Yuppie VP – VP comes out with Papa Chopper. The Mullet Cousins come out as well. Yuppie gets the pin and then it’s a melee with all 8 men in the ring. The faces clear the ring and, much to the crowd’s delight, dance to their music. WINNER: Yuppie VP 4) Juan Tijuana vs. Mercenary – The two rivals have an excellently executed match that is greatly appreciated by the crowd. WINNER: Mercenary 5) Spunky Sparks vs. Queen of Mean – Winner gets a title shot against Lyndi Harker. Queen of Mean almost gets disqualified, but lets up at the last second and gets the pin. WINNER: Queen of Mean 6) Dicky Thunderbird vs. O’Hooligan vs. Reptile Ranger – This match is for the #1 contender spot to Exotic Rick’s International Title. The three men are very evenly matched, but ultimately it’s Thunderbird that pulls out the win. WINNER: Dicky Thunderbird. WEEK 1 RATINGS WOW 17.60 RNR 15.03 ABCW 14.57

JULY 1980 WEEK 2 ABCW 1) Madame TIki/Princess Starbright/Sgt. Shipley vs. Elfette/Succubus/Valley Girl – Six woman elimination match with the stipulation that whoever was left on the winning team would then get a shot at the title. Succubus is the 1st to be eliminated as she just leaves the ring instead of fighting. Valley Girl is out next, pinned by Tiki. Elfette puts up a good fight, but can’t overcome the odds. The three winners will have a match to determine the number one contender. WINNER: Madame Tiki/Princess Starbright/Sgt. Shipley 2) Dungeon Crawler vs. Keith Blood w/Slashmaster – Blood grabs the ref and turns him around, which allows Slashmaster to absolutely destroy Dungeon Crawler. WINNER: Keith Blood 3) Skullgore, GoblinKnight and Zombie Punk are in a dark, creepy room. They are all talking to an unseen person, saying that they’ll do whatever the master wants. The camera pans to show they are talking to a picture of Succubus. 4) Van Winkles (Terry/Damon) vs. Big Thugee/Piranha – In a continuation of last week’s fight, The Van Winkles emerge victorious. WINNER: Terry/Damon Van Winkle 5) The BladeBlasters (Lazer/Buzzsaw) are shown working out on the beach. Lazer asks Buzzsaw if he ever considered wearing lighter colored face paint. 6) WORLD TITLE: Memphis Prince © vs. Dark Invader – The Empire comes to the ring with Invader. Memphis hits a piledriver on Invader and goes for the pin. Iron Mask jumps up on the apron and the referee gets up to remove him. Cobalt Commander enters the ring and tries to clothesline Memphis. Memphis ducks and then tosses him over the top. Red Pirate then climbs the top rope and tries to hit Memphis with a flying drop kick. Memphis moves out of the way and Rogers falls to the ground. Memphis then grabs Iron Mask and pulls him in. He hits a piledriver on him as well. He’s in the process of tossing him out of the ring when Dark Invader sneaks up from behind, turns him around and hits the Star Destroyer and gets the pin. WINNER: Dark Invader NEW CHAMP RNR 1) He-Beast/Mighty Leo/Ninja Star vs. El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel/Great Ginzu – Six men who have been feuding for the majority of the year continue in the opener. The match goes all over the arena. Troglo makes an appearance, once again trying to prove his worth to the Conglomerate. He tries to hit Ninja Star, but hits Great Ginzu instead, who then eats the pin. WINNER: Morning Soldiers/Ninja Star 2) Max Attack vs. Slugger Johnson – In a pre-taped interview before the match, Johnson boasts that he’ll take care of business for Home Team. The result is the same as last week though, as Max Attack wins. WINNER: Max Attack 3) Teeny Norman hosts an episode of Teeny’s Playhouse. His guests are the other three members of Home Team (Bobby Blitzworth/Cutthroat Carter/Ruffian) Norman asks them why they keep losing, which puts his health in peril. Blitzworth grabs the microphone from him and says that while they may be losing now, things will change soon. 4) Drool/Crash vs. Gladiators (Brute/Massacre) – Crash makes up for his loss from last week by pinning Brute in the middle of the ring. WINNER: Drool/Crash 5) Average Guy is interviewed. He says he is having the time of his life right now and doesn’t need a title to be happy. For now… 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jet Set Strutter © vs. Michael T. Wolf – Strutter overconfidently messes around and takes Wolf lightly. It nearly bites him in the butt as Wolf rolls him up for a 2 99/100ths count. Strutter then focuses and locks Wolf in the six figure leglock to retain the title. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter WOW 1) The B-Boys (Boombox/Zap/Chameleon Kid) vs. Mullet Cousins/Yuppie VP – The crowd loves the B-Boys and their antics. They love them more when Zap pins Cletus Mullet. WINNER: Boombox/Zap/Chameleon Kid 2) Doberman Duke vs. Exotic Rick – Rick comes to the ring, asking for a warm-up before he has to defend his title again. He waits a couple of seconds before saying “No one? I’m not surprised” Duke’s music then hits and he rushes to the ring and the fight is on. Rick squeaks out a victory, but is worse for the wear. WINNER: Exotic Rick 3) Dude Brohan is interviewed. He is saddened by the fact that someone he considered a bro has turned on him. He says Pierre is like a “brother” but like family, if one gets out of line, it’s up to the other to beat some sense into him. 4) Gepetto Rocco vs. Pelvis Pressly – Rocco isn’t impressed by Pressly’s stalling and other dastardly antics. The two men both end up getting disqualified after hitting each other with a guitar and chair at the same time. WINNER: Double DQ 5) Valedictorian is attacked backstage by Mr. Tycoon and Pierre the Enormous. He is left in a significant amount of pain. 6) TAG TITLE: Anti-Americans (Hammerhead/Mad Arab) vs. Haka Tonga/Dicky Thunderbird – Haka had challenged the champions to a match earlier in the night and introduces his partner as his “island brother.” The two nearly pull off the upset, but fall short. The champs do, however, look concerned at the quality of their opponents. WINNER: Anti-Americans WEEK 2 RATINGS

JULY 1980 WEEK 3 ABCW 1) Madame Tiki vs. Sgt. Shipley vs. Princess Starbright - #1 contender’s match for the Ladies Title sees Sgt. Shipley come out with somewhat of an upset win. WINNER: Sgt. Shipley 2) Moon Man vs. Keith Blood – Blood gets the win with help from other members of the House of Horrors. 3) Dizzy Lixx gets in Cesar Sleaze’s face and challenges him to a match at the P4V. Sleaze accepts. 4) A promo for the upcoming P4V is shown. It features Dark Invader, Memphis Prince, Slashmaster and Ace Arcadium 5) Van Winkles (Damon/Devin) vs. Slavedrivers (Big Thugee/Lil Thugee) – The Van Winkles get another win over the Thugees. WINNER: Damon/Devin Van Winkle. 6) Valley Girl vs. Succubus – Earlier in the night, Valley Girl gets in Succubus’ face about walking out on their match last week. Succubus just smiles and asks if she wants to settle it in the ring. When the bell rings, all the lights go out. When they come back up, Valley Girl is down in the middle of the ring with Succubus standing with one foot on her. Surrounding the ring are all the members of House of Horrors (Slashmaster/Keith Blood/GoblinKnight/Skullgore/Zombie Punk). WINNER: Succubus. RNR
1) Fireball vs. El Presidente – El Presidente gets the pin in a surprisingly clean match. WINNER: El Presidente 2) Waldo the Dweeb vs. Johnny Kobra – In a shocker, Waldo beats Kobra. Afterward, he gets beaten up pretty badly by Kobra, which surprises no one. WINNER: Waldo the Dweeb 3) The Gladiators attack Crash backstage. 4) The American Heroes (Warhawk/Dangerzone) vs. Vladimir the Cruel/Great Ginzu – The Conglomerate continues their winning ways, beating the popular duo of Warhawk and Dangerzone. WINNER: Vladimir the Cruel/Great Ginzu 5) Jet Set Strutter is interviewed. He is talking about the possibility of adding another member of the Conglomerate, maybe someone holding a title belt. Gorgon Tokoro steps into the shot. Strutter lets out a little yelp and says quickly “It’s still in the discussion phases.” 6) UNITED STATES TITLE: Ninja Star © vs. Troglo – Troglo is wearing a suit again to the ring. During the match, he absorbs a tremendous amount of punishment. No one expects Troglo to win, but that’s exactly what he ends up doing. WINNER: Troglo NEW CHAMP WOW 1) Reptile Ranger vs. Brit Buckingham – Buckingham comes out telling the crowd that they are inferior to the British crowds. They are booing mightily. Ranger interrupts Brit’s ranting and proceeds to dominate the match. WINNER: Reptile Ranger 2) Exotic Rick says that the title match between he and Dicky Thunderbird won’t be on the P4V, but they will be fighting the week after in a very special match that will tear the roof off. 3) Insectoids (Mike Bugg/Mark Bugg) vs. Big Money (Pierre the Enormous/Mr. Tycoon) – Tycoon doesn’t even get in the match. Pierre destroys the Buggs. WINNER: Big Money 4) Doberman Denny vs. Spazz – The two powerhouses from their respective teams go head to head with Denny ultimately getting the upper hand. WINNER: Doberman Denny 5) Lyndi Harker cuts a promo on how she isn’t afraid to take on anyone, friend or foe, and will hold onto the belt at the P4V against Queen of Mean. 6) LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Chameleon Kid © vs. Cletus Mullet – Chameleon Kid holds on to the title in a match that had more action on the outside with people not involved than inside. JULY 1980 WEEK 4 PAY 4 VIEW ABCW
1) TAG TITLE: BladeBlasters (Buzzsaw/Lazer) © vs. Scoundrels (Chance Solar/Hairy) – The champs continue their dominance over the Scoundrels. Hairy gets hurt late in the match, leaving Solar to battle both his foes. He nearly gets the pin, but falls in the end. Lazer gives him a brief nod of respect. WINNER: BladeBlasters 2) Ace Arcadium vs. Slashmaster w/Succubus vs. Zombie Punk – Succubus announces that the match will be turned into a triple threat. Zombie Punk comes out, laughing. Ace is furious. The match itself is Falls Count Anywhere. Ace and Slashmaster fight all over the arena while Zombie Punk just sits in the corner of the ring. Eventually, the two make their way back to the ring. Slashmaster rolls in first and as Ace is trying, he is grabbed from under the ring. The ref doesn’t see this happening since Zombie Punk has now laid down in the middle of the ring and Slashmaster pins him with ease. WINNER: Slashmaster 3) The Van Winkle Trio cut a promo on how The Thugees and Piranha won’t ever beat them. 4) CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE: Zen © vs. Skullgore – Zen’s music hits after Skullgore is in the ring. No one comes out. The announcer calls his name again. Still nothing. Suddenly, House of Horrors music plays. Succubus leads out Keith Blood, Zombie Punk and, carrying an unconscious Zen over his shoulder, Slashmaster. Zen is tossed into the ring and Succubus screams for the ref to ring the bell. The “match” lasts about 5 seconds with Skullgore getting the pin. WINNER: Skullgore NEW CHAMP 5) The Neon Express and Dr. B are backstage talking about teaming up to help even the odds for Memphis Prince against the Empire. They are attacked by Red Pirate Rogers/Cobalt Commander/Iron Mask, who are all wielding metal chairs. 6) WORLD TITLE: Dark Invader © vs. Memphis Prince – Prince nearly wins his title back, but ultimately falls to Dark Invader. All the members of the Empire stand in the middle of the ring to close the show. RNR
1) TAG TITLES: El Presidente/Vladimir the Cruel © vs. Morning Soldiers (Mighty Leo/He-Beast) – The challengers overcome a virtual training course of cheating and regain the tag titles. WINNER: Morning Soldiers NEW CHAMPS 2) Average Guy vs. Bobby Blitzworth vs. Ruffian – Average Guy gets the win in a bit of a sloppy match, pinning Ruffian. After the match, Slugger Johnson and Cutthroat Carter come to the ring. There’s some argument and Blitzworth says that they need to take this backstage to discuss. Ruffian nods, but then says he’d rather handle it out here and attacks Blitzworth. There’s a brief hesitation and then Johnson and Carter attack Blitzworth as well. Average Guy, who had left ringside, comes running back in and runs off the heels. WINNER: Average Guy 3) Mynx challenges Gorgon Tokoro to a title match. Tokoro laughs in her face, but accepts. 4) CRUISER TITLE: Johnny Kobra © vs. Waldo the Dweeb – Kobra avoids a repeat of last week, making quick work of Waldo. WINNER: Johnny Kobra 5) Troglo is on a local talk show. He talks about how he’s happy that he’s champion, but he really just wants to hang out with his friends in the Conglomerate. Great Ginzu comes out and tells him that he can hang out with them as much as he likes, but first he has to give Ginzu a title shot. Troglo quickly agrees. 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jet Set Strutter © vs. Ninja Star – The match lasts over 45 minutes as neither man can get enough of an advantage to get the win. Strutter locks in the six figure leglock. Ninja Star lasts over 2 minutes with it locked in and almost makes it to the ropes before tapping out. WINNER: Jet Set Strutter WOW1) TAG TITLES: Anti-Americans (Hammerhead/Mad Arab) vs. Dobermans (Denny/Duke) – The champions once again hold on to the title. WINNER: Anti-Americans 2) Dude Brohan vs. Mr. Tycoon vs. Pierre the Enormous – #1 contenders match for the heavyweight title. Mr. Tycoon’s plan to get a title shot by using Pierre to squash Brohan fails. Brohan clotheslines Pierre over the top and then hits Tycoon with a leg drop for the win. WINNER: Dude Brohan 3) The B-Boys (Boombox, Zap, Soul Daddy) cut a promo about loving the fans and music and partying. 4) LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Chameleon Kid © vs. Pelvis Pressly – Chameleon Kid comes out with trumpets and fanfare. Pressly gives him a good match, but it isn’t enough. WINNER: Chameleon Kid 5) Dicky Thunderbird cuts a promo, accepting Exotic Rick’s challenge. 6) HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Valedictorian © vs. O’Hooligan – Mr. Tycoon, Pierre and Yuppie VP come to ringside. Both men in the ring are distracted. Valedictorian starts arguing with Mr. Tycoon and has his back to O’Hooligan. O’Hooligan takes advantage and rolls him up for the pin. After the match, O’Hooligan hightails it out of the ring and the three heels come in and start to beat down Valedictorian. Dude Brohan rushes to the ring and clears it. Brohan and Valedictorian shake hands. WINNER: O’Hooligan NEW CHAMP WEEK 4 RATINGS WOW 17.73
