Doberman Denny, winner of the 1988 Battle Royale, scores the upset at Survival of the Fittest 1988! Jet Set Strutter had never lost a match since debuting at and Winning the Battle Royale in January 1986. He defeated RoboElectro for the World Title at Valentines Day Massacre the next month. For over 2 years he reigned as undefeated champion defeating both federation good and bad guys like Dr. B, Hammerhead, Arizona Chance, Chet Skye, Brute, Bug buster, Star boy, He-Beast the Barbarian, Rod Nada, and many others. It appears as new generation of talent is on the cusp of overthrowing the old guard as we approach the 1990's!

I am in 1989 so I am about to hit 1990 for the first time. What happens to a title if a wrestlers who holds it is no longer active in the year your in? I was praising Doberman Denny as the new generation champion, but in reality he was just part of the old guard himself and he will be retired in 1990!

I am in 1989 so I am about to hit 1990 for the first time. What happens to a title if a wrestlers who holds it is no longer active in the year your in? I was praising Doberman Denny as the new generation champion, but in reality he was just part of the old guard himself and he will be retired in 1990!
He will still show up for title defences as log as he’s holding on to that title. You will not be able to use him for any skits, mic spots or any other matches though. |

He will still show up for title defences as log as he’s holding on to that title. You will not be able to use him for any skits, mic spots or any other matches though. Since no one can defeat Jet Set Strutter and Exotic Rick they may go on until year 2000 as tag team champions! |

He has a really cool alt in the 90's that if you can get it will further this storyline to great lengths |
