As far as I know the iOS version hasn't been released yet.

I’ve gotten so desperate then I’ve been trying to look up how to download Google Play store on iPhones I don't think that would work. Android uses APK files, iOS uses something different (IPA I think?) |

It’s not working for me and by the time modern mani comes out for iOS I’m going to be rolling in my grave |

There's something called Bluestacks, which lets you play android games on a pc. Maybe you can try that?
I haven't tried it myself, but I often see the name pop up
