Modern Mania All Base cards Tier List

This is the tier list I made. I used the Total Draw each wrestler would have maxed out as Legendary as my base for this list. I feel like this is the best way to make this list as unbiased as possible.

Slash having such low draw surprises me

A lot of people who come to the show to see me never make it into the arena, which messes with the numbers
