Apparently they want to change NXT too...sounds like it's going back to being development.
They're basically killing the only good thing about WWE.
I wondered why the next Takeover was only being held at the CWC...now we know. Vince, Khan and co just wants it back to looking minor league.

Out of the entire list, I think I kinda agree with letting Eva Maria and Nia Jax go. Eva has been more or less worthless since she's returned (although we got Piper Niven on the main roster), and Nia has just been an evergreen dangerous worker for years. Some of the NXT people who didn't get much TV time I also understand to a degree.
I'm baffled by Kross, Lee, Franky, and Ember. Repackaged and released. Why bother?

Morrison I get because they fired his wife and they basically forgot about him when Miz left for Dancing with the Stars.
Poor Tegan Nox couldn't catch a break in WWE/NXT.
Drake Maverick can't be too shocked by this, considering he was cut last year.
Shane Thorne was pretty much forgotten once RETRIBUTION was disbanded so this isn't a shock. I was actually surprised he wasn't let go during the last round a few weeks back.
Jaxson Ryker... whatever. It's not like he was on television every week for the past month (*cough* Hit Row *cough*)

My hope is that whoever ends up buying this thing goes the AEW route and tries to course correct and doesn't make it even worse. |

(I know I’m late on this) I’m not sure if this is an unpopular opinion but I hope most of these November releases don’t go to AEW since their roster is already bloated
