I read somewhere that Pillman hasn't signed with AEW and is still under contract with MLW, so I don't really mind him losing to Spears. Why would they build up a competitor that works for a rival promotion?

He's been dropping some hints lately though:
- Managed by Arn
- Throwing up the "4" before a championship defence
- Being chummy with FTR on socials
- Being critical of the Elite and Nightmare Family
I think we're looking at a slow-burn heel turn.

I don’t think this is really unpopular but I just want to say the new us title looks amazing. It could have some blue with the stars but it’s good as it is. The side plates could also do a bit of a change but overall I think it’s better than the last us title. It looks more prestigious and actually looks like it is more important

I never liked the previous design of the US title. Thought it looked cheap and tacky. Thiis actually looks like something people might want to compete for. |

Exactly, it actually looks like if you’re holding it you’re considered a real champion as good as the wwe champion. The old one was cool and all but it more looked cartoonish and like a toy rather than an actually award |

Another unpopular/popular opinion on titles. The FTW title in AEW honestly isn’t looking that bad, I think it could’ve had a redesign to make it more fit the modern era but honestly it’s not that bad. I think if treated right it could be like a hardcore title for aew. I’d love to see someone like Darby Allen vs Brian Cage for it or just some hard hitting, violent matches for it. Even have someone like Jon Moxley hold it when he loses the world title. Or Luther or PAC or any of the Lucha Bro’s but just have them put on hardcore matches.

I don't think AEW needs a hardcore title. I think they'll use the FTW title as an interim world title while Mox is gone.
