 80s Mania Wrestling Returns is Coming This Summer!
While working on upgrades for 8MW9X we realized that our time was better spent creating a totally unique and fully upgraded "Part 3" for the 80s Mania game franchise.
80s MANIA WRESTLING RETURNS will include everything you love from the original games plus add new cards, new content and lots of new features.
To name a few things that will be included in 8MWR:
-Full transfer of your existing data! Your current collection of cards, cash and tokens will come with you from 8MW9X to 8MWR!
-Google Play and GameCenter integration! This means no more annoying registrations and logins required!
-Daily Rewards! Those who play every day can expect to earn Game Cash and Tokens just for playing regularly!
-New Cards! In addition to all your favorite 80s and 90s cards, you'll see an influx of female wrestlers as well as other brand new wrestlers, tag teams and feuds...decided by you, the fans! (Get your ideas ready to submit!)
-New Match Types, Show Formats and Championship Belts! More details to come on this as we lead up to release!
-New and improved features and functionality! These are all top-secret for now, but trust us...you're going to love what we've got in store!

Ok going to park ideas here so I don't forget Kool half asleep thoughts.
Since tokens and money are easier to come by how about a way to designate our own feuds like how we can raise/lower stats also we use tokens to give wrestlers temp or perm managers licence
We need the Duke's Daisy more so to feud with Boss Hog
2 PPVs with choices special matches that more outwardly affected the match I guess have write up mention stipulations.
School board and Shoney's as a team them chainmail as singles
Weather related characters

Good news. The only app I’ve ever put money into because the developers aren’t greedy. I’ve got some ideas, hope you like some of them. I know they aren’t necessarily in keeping with the 80s but I think they would improve things- saying that you could do nothing and I’d still play:
Introduce Triple Threat matches
Tidy up stats page so only active wrestlers show.
Find a simpler and quicker way to book tag matches.
Allow the user 1 match on a card where they select the winner automatically.
Appreciate the app. Good luck developing the new one

I'd like to begin by saying that, like all of you, I am excited for this next step.This is by far the best mobile game I've downloaded. Everything about it is superb from the artwork to the phenomenal customer support.
That being said, I have a few suggestions for the new update.
#1. The match types from the 80's (No Holds Barred, Flag Match, Bull Rope, etc) cost $50 to play. Meanwhile, match type from the 90's (Casket, I Quit, Iron Man, etc) cost $100 to play. Despite the price difference all the matches provide the same +1 skill/push bonus. I feel either the $100 matches should be reduced to $50, or the $100 matches should have a +2 skill/push bonus.
#2. Either the sponsors gained in the 90's should be worth more, or sponsorship from the 80's should disappear once a player reaches the 90's. I was in 1993 and my matches were being sponsored by Z-Watch and Zeta Max because they're worth more than anything the 90's has to offer.
#3. I just thought of this one while playing last night. I'd like to see certain mic segments provide a small bonus for the next event. For instance, I had Exotic Rick issue a challenge to Lazer during Sunday Night Slam. For Weekend Wrestling I put the two up against each other. I was thinking it would be cool if their Weekend Wrestling match received a small rating bonus due to the hype they'd created on Sunday Night Slam. I was thinking about a bonus for wrestlers used during bragging cards, but I figure that could get out of hand quickly since you can have up to five wrestlers bragging on a single segment. That'd be a lot of bonuses.
#4. Piggy backing off of my above idea, I was thinking about a momentum system. As I said, Exotic Rick called Lazer out during Sunday Night Slam. They go at it on Weekend Wrestling. I give them a break for the Pay-Per-View, and they're back at it again at again on Superstars. Doing so I've created an unofficial feud between the two. It'd be difficult (or maybe not, I don't anything about programming) but I think it would be interesting for the game to take note of that and provide segments involving Lazer vs Exotic Rick with a small bonus. The catch, players have to give the unofficial feud some sort of cool down to avoid boring the crowd and over saturating the story line.

I just thought of two new skit segments.
#1 Fed Commercial: Make sure the kiddies tune in each week, and beg their parents to buy our merchandise.
Instead of a specific class, like Ghoulie or Athlete getting a bonus, give it to Champs, Main Eventers and/or Legendary Wrestlers.
#2. School of Hardknox (Tough Enough): Anyone can wrestle for our Fed as long as they train hard, follow directions, and have heart.
Like the Commerical, dont provide the bonus to a specific class. Provide a bonus to Curtain Jerkers.

The 1st card after a PPV should open with a Segment Event (Interview/brag/brawl/event card).More in line with what WWE has , a champion celebrating their ppv win, good way to start a feud.)
