DAY 16
CHAMURU TRIBE
Robert and Caroline spent much of the day trying to sniff out who exactly in the old Finu group isn't completely loyal, and they've determined it to being either Nathan or Alexa, as Hayley and Mat seem to be pretty close, while Alexa and Nathan don't seem to be as clingy towards Mat as Hayley is. Meanwhile, Mat spends his day pondering what to do. Part of him wants to win the challenge, part of him wants to trust Nathan, while another part of him wants to get Teddy, Robert, or Caroline to jump on board in voting out Nathan. I guess we'll just have to wait and see...
FINU TRIBE
Brandon's strategy is to try and endear himself to Stacy, Hayden, Jenny, and Randi, when in actuality, he is annoying the entire tribe with his antics and attitude, being too arrogant and cocky towards everyone. Hayden also spends most of his day apologizing to Jenny and Randi for flipping on Caitlyn, stating that it wasn't personal, and obviously just something he had to do. Jenny and Randi forgive him for now, but they are keeping a close eye on him.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE
"The tribes must place twelve poles of varying lengths into their holders to form a staircase, and then run up it. One at a time, three ride a zipline to a pontoon, grab a bag of puzzle pieces, and swim back, then all three climb a ladder back to the platform, where the final three solve the puzzle, a timeline"
Chamuru wins immunity, keeping Mat one step closer to the merge, while Finu heads to tribal.

DAY 17
CHAMURU TRIBE
On Chamuru, everyone can start to breathe easy knowing that tempers won't have to flare at tribal council. Also, Mat finds an idol, and Nathan rats out to Teddy that he doesn't actually really like Mat, which gives Teddy great power within the game.
FINU TRIBE
Brandon is continuing to put forth the motion to vote out Adrian and Macy, but in turn is actually just putting a target on himself. Adrian and Macy confer with Stacy, Hayden, Jenny, and Randi to see if they're actually in trouble, and it doesn't seem like it. One thing seems certain though, Brandon's about to get a major blindside.

CHAMURU TRIBE
With the new knowledge that Nathan is the one that isn't solid with Mat, Robert and Teddy are attempting to put a plan together with Nathan to vote out either Mat or Hayley, whichever he prefers. The power is now on Nathan to decide whether or not he wants Mat to make the merge as an ally or not, as Mat staying or going has both its positives and negatives.
FINU TRIBE
Coming off of tribal, the tribe is more unified now that the cancer eating away at the tribe from the inside has been removed, and they are mostly just looking forward to the next challenge now in order to stay strong heading into the anticipated merge.

DAY 19
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE
"There were 21 flags placed in a circle. Alternating turns, the tribes were allowed to gather one, two, or three flags at a time. The goal was to be the tribe to get the last remaining flag. The tribe to get that flag would win immunity."
Finu wins immunity, possibly proving that Brandon was the problem, while Mat is in deep water headed into tribal.

CHAMURU TRIBE
Before tribal, Nathan is still the one to decide whether or not it is Mat that stays or goes home. Meanwhile, Mat is starting to get a feeling that Nathan is plotting against him, and although he doesn't know Nathan may vote out Hayley, Mat still has an idol.
FINU TRIBE
The tribe celebrates by eating a raw fish, which executive producer Pierre The Enormous warned against multiple times. We're sorry that Survivor players are stupid. Please don't sue us.
