I'm talking about MUSSEL Things, the little wrestling and alien hunks of plastic. In Japan, they were made of softer plastic/pencil eraser material. Magnes Mussel is the tribute to these toys.

Pretty sure it is M.U.S.C.L.E. Super7 recently made some Street Fighter/Mega Man/Masters of the Universe ones which are pretty sweet.
