Why in 80s mania if you buy a bonus segment you can make a championship match on that show but in MMW it doesn’t give you that option any reason for this?

MMW only has the "pre-empted" option for booking, whereas in 8MWR you can choose between Classic Mode and Monthly Mode.
You can only book ad-hoc title matches in Classic Mode.
