It might be licensed music from a production library. I definitely heard an 8MWR 90s era song in the background of something else. A lot of TV, Film, and Radio programs use music libraries as a cost effective alternative to having music specifically written for them. For example, almost everyone in NXT UK has production music as their entrance themes. Back in the day WCW used production music a lot of the time, and even WWF/E used it for some of their lesser wrestlers.
