I wonder who the four new wrestlers will be? We haven't gotten that many wrestlers in a while. Hopefully they will open up some more slots in the PPVs like they are doing in 80s mania

Predictions:
A Bobby Lashley type.
Old Man Samson.
A Daniel Bryan type, with two first names as his name. Maybe David Matthew or something like that.
And a fighting veterinarian, maybe Dr. Trish Taylor, VMD.

This it probably going to be to long a post but I’m off work and at home and a little high so here goes:
Some of my favorite characters in the game are more ‘archetypes’ than references to specific wrestlers. Like Alexei or Richie Billions or Gunslinger. But with 4 new characters, this is almost like DLC and I think it would be cool to add characters that make some really up-to-date reference of what’s happened in pro wrestling the last year or so (which has been pretty incredible honestly)
So I’m hoping we get a ‘batch’ that’s basically one of everything: an upper mid card that represents a well established name not yet referenced in the game, a mid carder with star potential, an opener who is either a blatant indy fav flippy guy or a pop reference, and a female because we always need more females
For instance:
1) Someone who references a Daniel Bryan or Lashley or Nakamura … big names who have been stars for a while
And
2) Someone like an Orange Cassidy or Hangman Page or Brodie Lee/Dark Order … popular names who have gotten hot and established themselves literally in the last years or so
And
3) A wrestler like a Dragon Lee or a some pop character like Joe Exotic or Lil Nas X
And
4) Britt Baker. Any female would be cool busy based on what has happened the last year and what she’s done for AEW, this game needs a Britt. Maybe she can be a viral pathologist instead of a dentist to make it really current lol

Also. … and this more general and not related to this next update specifically … I’d love to see more lucha references. With Mexican luchadors gaining exposure in literally American company other than mai roster WWE, they feel underrepresented in the game.
How about this: a Midcard Hijo Del Presidente who looks like the successor to the 8MW card then his gimmick is Preidente De Muerte and he can be a combination Mail Muetes/Venom/Los Ingobernables?
