I’ve been thinking for a little bit now and I’m wondering if I should get MMW because i love 80s mania and im about to finish my first play through. If you guys could tell me differences and comparisons that would be great.

80s Mania is fun for the nostalgia, but there ultimately wasn't enough game underneath to hold my interest. MMW, to me, is the better game. The ability to shape your fed in any way you choose is the big appeal. You can choose to push anyone you want, and all their stats increase as you move them up the card, unlike in 80s where if you move a jobber up the card their stats are still going to be terrible.
I'm on my fourth playthrough, and my fed has been totally different each time. The biggest stars of one playthrough might change gimmicks or even sit out entirely in the next playthrough. It keeps the game fresh.
And hey, the game is free, so there's no reason not to give it a shot.
