RNR was the top company in the 80s for until there top two stars DR B and O’hooligan faced incredibly horrible injuries forcing them into retiring young in 1988. Not only did this ruin RNR for roster but there reputation as well as up and comers and existing greats refused to sign with them. After A while MR Fantasy took over in December 89 and while a new owner to the wrestling business fixed some reputation and was able to hire the following people …

It's a typical tag match between these two teams until it seems like Destruction has in in the bag and they all come in the ring as Destruction Crash looks to finish it Chance Shoots First 1.2.3.

Yuppie comes to the ring looking confident but soon realizes he was in for more of a challenge than he realized they put on a decent match and through challenge Yuppie  hits him with the Stock Market Crash

These two men have a crazy match throwing everything at each other Copper Commander falls on his leg the wrong way during the match though which allows Bravo to attempt his finisher but through injury the Commander applies the Cobra Clutch making Bravo faint

These two rile up the crowd with low quality but it does what is needed but in the end Violent tendencies is hit through  two tables stacked on top of each other 1.2.3. Micheal is out

These two superstars have a lot of experience which leads them to a great main event match but in the end the thing that retains the belt is the Thunderbird Chop knocking the Thompson out cold.

January Week Two

The show opens down to a table with the tag team Champions Blizzard and Brimstone at it. They barely speak but to see which one is stronger they have an arm wrestling contest but while there busy putting strength into the arm Cutthroat appears behind Brimsone and cloves him in the head and before Blizzard can react Chopper appears behind him and bodyslams Blizzard through the table they were arm wrestling on and hit Mass Destruction on Brimstone. Their music plays as they exit the ring with the limo bodies of the Netherrealm. **

Match One Six Man Tag Rebellion vs Slam Jam and Blitz (Free Agent who will appear sometimes)
These two have a back and forth match with The Scoundrels almost hitting their finishing maneuver as well as Blits and Slam as they used to team in ABCW and after a well fought match Jam Gordon is randomly taking blows when Orion isn’t even touching him and it’s over.

Match Two One On One RPR Vs Spazz

The Pirate king coming into this match rusty after being retired from the biz for a year and this is his comeback match but shows no ring rust as he is crushing Spazz but as the match goes on stamina takes it’s toll on the king and spazz gets a huge flurry of offense in as he thinks he has Red reeling he misses a clothesline and is met with Swashbuckler 1.2.3.

Al “Hello and welcome where I have Caesar Sleaze here and he has a message the the TV champion

Ceazer “Yeah I’ll tell you that Sal listen to me closely Dicky the Thunderbird chop isn’t going to do anything to the Sleaze and once I rock you till you can’t take it anymore twisted mr will end the match your career and YOU!!!”

Mick Rumble walks onto the stage

Rumble “Hello and welcome to The main Event now ARE YOU READY TO RRRRRRRRRUMBLE. Introducing now the challenger weighing in 145 pounds the queen of scary Gothica.”
Gothica comes out to a mixed review with the kids booing because they’re scared of her and the men cheering because of her sex appeal.
Rumble “And her opponent weighing at 178 pounds she is the RNR Woman’s champion MYNX.”
She comes out to a loud chorus of cheers from the crowd.
Fantasy “Look at the audiences reaction and the size difference between these two women both are insane.
Thinker “that’s right fantasy not sure who I’m rooting for in this one. The worst part is that they both usually follow the rules.”
Fantasy “I thought that was good.”
Thinker “Not for me it ain’t.”

MAIN EVENT one on one for the womens champion Mynx(C) vs Gothica

The Ref signals for the bell and the women lock up. Mynx quickly get the advantage because of the size and weight differences between the women. As the are going Gothica get on a roll throwing strikes at Mynx and levels her with a tornado DDT. Gothica sets her up for a superplex but Mynx pushes her off across the ring and she is in the opposing corner oh no Speed Run. She misses and goes into the post. Gothica sets her up for Halloween Dreams oh no she’s gonna hit it. 1.2. Mynx’ foot is in the rope, they still have hope. Gothica is shocked and starts arguing with the referee and she turns around into a Speedrun 1.2.3 Mynx Retains her title.
Winner Mynx. **

Fantasy “what a night especially for that spectacular main event for the womens title Mynx had to put it all on the line to retain her precious gold and tune in next week which will send home the card for Battle Royale and I just remembered if you won any male match this week and werent already booked your in the Battle Royale see you next week.”

Match One Dangerzone Vs Ceaser Sleaze

These two men have a rather one sided fight with Ceaser throwing lots of strikes and utilizing his standing offense. Danger zone is overwhelmed in this style of offense and is quickly zoned out of the picture and once Ceaser has given the crowd enough hits him with the twisted mr and grabs a mic

Ceaser “Dicky this is going to be you laid down on the floor over the weekend and I look forward to doing it and taking your precious gold.”

Winner Ceaser Sleaze. *

The camera cuts backstage to Rex spectrums cameras and TV set up with an excited Dragonfly there and Dragonfly exclaims that he is excited for his first defense and just hopes it’s a good fair match between whoever the company owner chooses.

Soon after the camera is back at the ring with Mercenary entering the ring and Mr Fantasy already in it. After both men get thirty seconds of posing the crowd cheers for Mercenary the most and he wins but when he exits Mr Fantasy ambushes him from behind and tells him that he is going to win the battle Royale and beat him for that gold that he created.

Match Two Tag Team Damage Control vs Destruction

These two teams really know each other well based on past battles and put on a back and forth show with the crowd going wild. It soon becomes clear that Destruction has it under control and start to show their dominance in this match hitting Mass destruction on pharoah and knocking quan off the turnbuckle for the victory.

Mick Rumble walks into the ring for the second time of the month
Rumble “Hello and welcome to the Main EVENTTTTT. Now can the crowd tell me are you ready to RRRRRRRRRRRRRUMBLE. Introducing first weighing in at 156 pounds Bombshell.”
Bombshell enters the ring to mostly boys cheering.
Rumble “And her opponent weighing in at 159 pounds Elfette with her manager the Gargoyle.”
She comes in to really loud boos from the crowd.

Main Event Elfette (with the gargoyle) vs Bombshell

Everybody knew who was going to win this match right off the gate as Elfette is a much better competitor but bombshell put up a small fight however Elfette will face mynx at battle Royale.

BATTLE ROYALE JANUARY 1990
Thinker “Hello and welcome tonight to the Battle Royale I am here by myself tonight as Mr Fantasy suddenly challenged Mercenary earlier this week. Tonight we will open the card with a bang as Mynx and Elfette will Duke it out and stay till the end when we have the Battle Royale to see who faces the champion and Valentines Day Massacre in a month.”

Match One Womens Title match Mynx(C) vs Elfette (With the Gargoyle)

This is a spectacular match as these two women face off and after the first speed run of the match Mynx is pulled out of the ring by the Gargoyle hence he gets ejected from the match and the commotion gave Elfette the time required so when Munx went back for the cover she was met with a steel chair while the red was still distracted with the Gargoyle. Elfette throws the chair out of the ring and goes for the cover 1.2.2.5 kick out. Elfette is shocked and looks to put her in the sleeper hold but mynx flips over hits her with a second speed run and covers her with no more tricks up the sleeves that don’t exist of Elfette.

Winner and still the womens champion Mynx. ***

Match Two Tag Team championship match Netherrealm(C) vs Destruction

These two teams have been feuding for two weeks now and they have never gone two on two. Destruction has some motivation coming into this match as they beat Damage Control earlier this week. These two teams start out with Blizzard and cutthroat however Cutthroat comes in right off the bat pounding on Blizzard and Destruction soon cuts the ring in half making fast tags and bearing him on their side. After like three minutes Blizzard finally is able to tag in Brimstone, his fresh partner crushes both men in the ring against him and almost gets Chopper down for the three count. Brimstone soon realizes though that his partner is in severe pain outside and he can’t keep this up forever and that is where they fall and they then hit Brimstone with the Demolition Derby. 1.2.3.

Match Three Cruiserweight title match Dragonfly(C) Vs Cabb

These two athletic men both out in a great match with high flying basically no rules apply to these men and they put each other through death and back to life again but while they were in death Dragonflies near corpse pinned Cabbs.

Winner and still the cruiser weight champion Dragonfly. ***

Match Four TV title. Dicky Thunderbird(C) vs Ceaser Sleaze

The only thing special about this match was Ceaser getting what he deserved. Five Consecutive Thunderbird Chops and a loss to put his Ego lower than it was.

Match Five For the World Championship Mercenary (C) vs Mr Fantasy

This was another not that great match that just showcased a one man show and Mercenary got so upset he kept the Canadian Cloverleaf on after the bell

Mick Rumble walks out onto the ring

Rumble “Welcome to the main event. Introducing first in the slot of #1 Yuppie VP.”

Yuppies music starts playing and comes out to people chanting and laughing “You Got First”

Rumble “And coming in opposing him at number two Ronny Believer”

Ronny comes out to Box In The Man and mostly cheers hoping he eliminates Yuppie First

Rumble “The rules of this match are that every 120 seconds a new superstar will enter the ring and will keep going until 20 men are in the ring. To eliminate an opponent the need to go over the top rope and both feet must touch the ground and the winner will face Mercenary at Valentines Day Massacre. NOW ARE YOU READY TI RRRRRRRRRRRRUMBLE.”

The Bell Rings and the two lock up. Ronny gets the early advantage sticking Yuppie in a corner and throwing strikes at him and trying to make quick work of him but before he can finish the buzzer rings and Ronny releases Yuppie to se who it is.

Dangerzones music plays and Ronny is ready for him but Dangerzone comes from the crowd shocks Ronny and throws him out of the ring. He then goes to the corner to pound on Yuppie but Yuppie reverses it and sends Dangerzone to the corner and starts striking him the next entrant is an interesting one as in the past he was a good guy but he now seems more focused on killing than discovering animals as it’s Reptile Reaper coming into the ring and he immediately expends energy on Yuppie as Dangerzone has taken a minute and a half of punches and kicks but Yuppie takes a lot of scoop and bodyslams.

Before the crowd realizes it the countdown is starting again and the next entrant is Buzzsaw an accomplished wrestler makes his way to the ring and wipes the floor with everyone in the ring. When he is about to eliminate Dangerzone everyone in the ring piles on top of him and starts raining down punches onto him as he falls to the floor. The buzzer rings once more and the Flawless one comes right into the ring and hits a flawless plex on Buzzsaw immediately. He tells everybody to lift him up and then reptile Reaper with a Flawless DDT they pick him up and stock market crash and they work together to dump Buzzsaw.

The buzzer goes off signaling the next entrant and In comes Bug Buster who goes right after Yuppie VP holding there grudge form a few weeks ago. Flawless one goes after Dangerzone and reptile Reaper relaxes and gets some recovery time. The next entrant busies up the Reaper as he is Jet Set Strutter but not for long because as Flawless on tosses Danger out of the ring he goes after JSS. Yuppie and Buster are in the ropes trying to eliminate one another and Bug Buster ties the score between them via eliminating Yuppie but he spends to much time being proud and taunting Yuppie as Reaper throws him over the top.

Incomes Undermaster a heavy favorite to win this match but with an early slot those chances aren’t as high but this seems to be no issue as he gets right to work on Reptile Reaper almost eliminating him multiple times but he was able to hold on. The bell again rings this time though it is Dark Mauler charging to the ring. His best interest is brought to relaxing for a bit but then Flawless one breaks out of JSS’s hold on him and goes after Dark mauler but he puts up a good effort and when JSS wanted more of Flawless he met Mauler and the floor.

The next person of interest is RPR and he has high hopes for this match and quickly goes after Reptile Reaper but he couldn’t get a hold on it and goes out rather quickly. Undermaster then is able to get the jump on Reaper and sends him out of this match but Undermaster is then met with the incoming Spazz throw him over the ropes and out of the ring. Flawless has in a good spot and throws him out of the ring and Spazz is gone. Mauler is alone with the Flawless one again and as they lock up the music of a debuting Magnifico who uses all of his Athletics to crush the other two. As he is celebrating he is met with Orion Northstar who tells him to get out of the way and Magnifico listens as Orion stares down Dark Mauler. They look at each other and dark starts charging but what now he’s floating and he charges over the ropes what just happened.

Masakari enters the ring ready for some action and he goes one on one with Magnifico and gets the better of him but before he can eliminate him Flawless one breaks it up and the next entrant, Exotic Rick enters the fray and hits an Exotic Awakening on Flawless One and dumps him. Bravo enters the match and goes after Magnifico and successfully eliminated him but Masakari connects with a high flying body splash on him but in the roll through Gallardo picks him up and tosses him out. The next entrant comes in and Magnus goes straight for the Exotic one and is unable to succeed in any eliminations before he is eliminated courtesy of Orion. They all pair up in a three way until Exotic Rick is dumped by the next entrant,Lazer. Another favorite to win comes in a great spot of 19 and immediately dumps Orion who is a bit upset.

The final Entrant is Arizona Chance and he comes in and is really quickly pounded by Rick and almost eliminated from the match Lazer charges Bravo but the Ropes are pulled from under him and Bravo scores an Elimination. And dumps Rick. Arizona and Bravo are the Final two in the match and Bravo gets the advantage and goes to the top but then Lost Ark Lariat on the top rope gets rid of Gallardo and Arizona Chance is going to Valentines Day Massacre against Mercenary.

These two come right in and mess up a ridiculous amount of moves but through the horror that was this match Bug Buster gets the three count

Arizona Chance comes out and grabs a microphone

“Listen guys I know you want to get to more matches so I’ll get to the point. I would like to tell all of you here and those of you at home that I thank you for. DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME! I did all of this by myself and it doesn’t matter what you do I have done what all of you can and Will never ever ever accomplish you all are little pieces of trash that I needed to take out but now everybody else can do it because I don’t give a damn.”

Mercenaries music plays and he comes out with a Mic

Mercenary “Zona calm the hell down you win the battle Royale and now you fight me in three weeks.”

Arizona “You want me to calm down where was your chill when you and psycho won the championship you wouldn’t shut up now it’s my turn to gloat.”

Merc “Yeah and I’ve learned from that.”

Zona “ yeah learned to eat crap”
Arizona attacks mercenary and they fight down the ramp backstage.

Match Three Grand Manga vs Chicano

These two put on hell of a show as they rock back and forth in this match and fight hard until Chicano lifts him up and slams him down with the Straight Edge 1.2.3

Winner Chicano. **

The camera cuts backstage where now security have to seperate the two from each other but not before Mercenary takes a steel chair to the skull

Match Four. Bravo Gallardo Vs Micheal T Wolf

These two have a decent match with them both hitting lots of moves but in the end Gallardo hits the poison frog splash.

Mick Rumble comes down to the ring

Rumble “Hello and welcome to the Mainnnnnn Eeeevent and it is for the Television Championship. Are You Ready to RRRRRRRRRRRRRUMBLE. Introducing first the challenger weighing in at 243 pounds Jet Set Strutter. And his opponent he is the TV Champion weighing in at 235 Pounds Dicky Thunderbird.

Main Event TV Title Dicky Thunderbird vs Jet Set Strutter

These two have a hard fought match and 5 minutes in the match they are splayed out on the ground and JSS looks outside and under the ring and when he pulls it out he has brass knuckles in his hands and he sticks them in his trunks. Dicky then Attacks JSS and he goes for the Thunderbird chop but in midair JSS grabs the knuckles and chops Thunderbird right in the heart with them. While he was stunned on the floor he is pinned however he kicks out at two. A shocked JSS argues with the ref which gives Dicky Thunderbird time to hit a Thunderbird Chop and Retain the belt.

Good Ol Boy “Hello I am the new commentator for Rock and Roll wrestling. We are here tonight and By Gawd what a card we have here tonight Mercenary has gotten upset from last week and has decided to put on an open challenge for the world championship in the main event. We have news about a new tag team picked up from-“

The screen blurs out as that would be copyright to say

Good Ol Boy “Yeah Honest sal will be with them soon. But now we have action at the ring It’s Herman Nerd vs Wing Chun these two men respect each other but who is the better man we find out now.”

Match One Wing Chun vs Herman Nerd Super Spy

These two have an incredible back and forth match and Herman was about to end it but then a debuting new superstar who looked something like Herman’s old friend came out which distracted him and when Super Spy turns around into the Kung Fu Kick.

Arizona Chance appears backstage and really gets under the skin of the fans speaking about how much smarter he is as an archaeological guy.

Match Two The Blade Blasters vs The Hotsteppaz

The Hotsteppers got destroyed however a few minutes in the match they magically manage to distract the Blade Blasters enough to cause a double count out

Mercenary comes out tells anybody who wants can come out… And Zombie Punk does and gets destroyed in under 2 minutes not even to the Canadian cloverleaf but instead to a body slam.

February Week 3

Good Ol Boy "By Gawd welcome back to Rock and Roll rasslin and what a night we have here. This will change the course of Valentines day Massacre however the people involved in the world title match are taking a rest for this weekend. We have a cruiserweight title match involving zen and the defending Dragonfly will be going 1v1."

In a creepy graveyard Undermaster with Drool making his debut is with him. He meets Mort Ishin who tells Undermaster that he is doing very well and he will soon be rewarded. He will also help him become world champion. He then takes Drool back with him and leaves Undermaster.

1: Blade Blasters vs Neon Express

These two teams open the show up with an entertaining match that ends when the Neon Express have the match in control and Chet Skye has Lazer set up for something Jessie Wild tags himself in which draws the Ire of Skye and then they argue which results in Lazer recovering, tagging in Buzzsaw, and the saw taking everybody out and he goes crazy and forgets to go into the ring and ends the match in a countout draw.

2: #1 contenders match for the tag team championship Blizzard from Netherrealm vs Cutthroat from Destruction

This was an interesting way to see the two tag based wrestlers in the ring 1 on 1 but it was a little lackluster to say the least but by the end of the match Blizzard hit the glacier breaker for the win.

The camera cuts back to an adveretisment of the brand new TV show called the Tummy Bubbles which on the first ever episode had the debuting RNR superstar Bombshell on it. She was a natural in the act and even attracted the adults to the show for reasons we will not speak of.

Main Event Cruiserweight Championship Match Dragonfly (C) vs Zen

These two have a spectacular match with a lot of ups and not many downs they have a brawl in the ring and showcase some high flying athletic action as well. Zen was able to pull off thge upset after Dragonfly accidentaly hit the referee and Suicide came in hit his finisher and Zen who was recovering in the corner did not see a thing and hit Dragonfly with Triple Force as the second referee came down and made the count.

Good Ol Boy "We had quite a show tonight with a surprise as now we know who Dragonfly will be facing at Valentines day Massacre and I can assure it won't be his rematch clause. With no word from Arizona Chance and Mercenary this week we wonder how it will all go down over the weekend. We also don't know about the interesting TV championship situation will it be defended or not. Valentines Day Massacre

Good Ol Boy "Hello and welcome to Valentines day massacre and we are ready to get things going for this capacity crowd here tonight but first lets recap some of the action coming up tonight. Coming up first will be a classic 1 on 1 showdown with no real beef between these two they are just looking to show off some of their skills in what is sure to be a great match. Following that matchup we will have a grudge match involving current and former tag team champions. Destruction will be hoping to retain as Netherrealm will be looking for revenge and their rematch clause well used. By Gawd this next match is sure to be great in every way and dangerous in all those ways as well. These too men will fight for their lives in this match in the highly anticipated Burning Ring match between Suicide and Dragonfly. Dragonfly wants revenge after Suicide cost him his cruiserweight championship to zen. While on that topic Zen will be defending his championship against a man who had the most elimination in the battle royale match it's Bravo Gallardo. Then Honest Al has a crazy guest that will have everybody shocked. Then in the semi main event we have three incredible female competitors in the ring for the ladies championship with Mynx defending her belt against long time rival Elfette with the Gargoyle and Bombshell in her first Rock and Roll wrestling match. Then in the main event the match we have all been waiting for since battle royale. The champion Mercenary will be wanting to keep his championship against the newly proclaimed Mungo Kidogo of wrestling Arizona Chance. We'll see these matches right now."

Before the first match an ad pops up with Bug Buster on the screen saying "Come to the newly themed Rock and Rations where you can get the Buster Burritos." then Buzzsaw comes on the screen and says "Or if you want to be american try the Buzzsaw Burgers or my friend Lazers preference the Lazer Lobster." Teeny Norman then comes on to the screen "Or for my little ones over here you guys can get some cool meals to like the Danger Dogs or The Flawless Fried Chicken."

Match One Dandelion vs Femme Fatale 

This was an interesting match to say the least as both women nailed each other straight off the bat and the match only seemed to get faster the longer the women went on. they ended at around the 12 minute mark and left the fans happy with that opener which ended in the Spider Web Trap.

Match Two Tag Team Championship Destruction (C) vs Netherrealm

This was another great match in what was later described as the worst of the two matches they have had but not by to much as these two teams put on hell of a show. They have lived up to their expectations and it ended when the cold day in hell arrived giving us new tag team champions.

Winner and new Tag Team Champions Netherrealm Blizzard and Brimstone.

Match Three Burning Ring Match Dragonfly vs Suicide.

What was later described as what should have been the main event as the best match of the night on several podcasts these two men ceased to disapoint the crowd as they put on the fight of their lives and by the end of the match both men were exhausted and Dragonfly burned Suicide after the bell who suffered severe injuries and will be in the hospital for at least 3 weeks.

Cruiserweight Championship match Zen (C) vs Bravo Gallardo

After Bravo's incredible performance at the battle royale he had high hopes for this match and while putting up an incredible challenge for Zen the latter showed that he can win and hold this championship without an outside interference.

The camera shines back to Honest Al with legend Dude Brohan "Oh yeah I'm here dudes and I will be here forever because Dudeamania never has and never will end and I will make sure of that and be sure to eat your vitamins say your prayers and be a good dude you here me dudes."

Back in the ring the women of the next match have started fighting before the bell even rang and Mynx was in severe pain before the match started.

Womens Championship Mynx(C) vs Elfette/ W The Gargoyle vs Bombshell

Bombshell and Elfette immediatly go after eachother and when a sleeper hold is applied Mynx runs into the corner and nails both women with the Speed Run at the same time stacks them up and covers both of the women to retain her championship.

Main Event for the world championship Mercenary (C) vs Arizona Chance

The bell rings and we see a technical side of Mercenary coming out here and everyone is excited to see this match. Mercenary is in control for the majority of the beginning until AC lands a clubbing blow to the midsection of Mercenary. Arizona controls the match for several minutes and even lands the lost ark lariat but is unable to keep the Champ down for three. Mercenary makes a classic comeback and hits the five moves of canada and is ready to follow up a piledriver with the Canadian Cloverleaf and he locks it in. AC refuses to tap out though as Reptile Reapers music begins to play which distracts the referee which then allows Reptile Reaper to sneak behind the referee and hit a flawless DDT to mercenary and then run to backstage area. Chance then hits him with another lariat and the Last Crusade to secure the victory and the championship.

So I actually want to ask the people who are actually reading this fed I was wondering what you guys would think.

I am thinking that I will do a month in game every 2 weeks or so unless I’m bored then I’ll do it more. I would also like to know what you guys think of some of the story lines I know Valentine’s Day Massacre was kind of mixed up because I took a break mid way through the month and everything from there was kind of sloppy.

To explain my hiatus I wanted to take a little bit of a break from 80s to start exploring MMW a little more. Now I’m taking a hiatus from MMW to do this again and I will probably wait for the new GM game to be released.

Match one Chet Skye vs Goblin Knight Qualifier match

These two put on a great match and when Chet Skye thinks the ref made a false count he attacked him and when the ref got up he saw Goblin Knight hit Chet with a bat and the match ends in a double disqualification.

Match Two Jessie Wild vs Jam Gordon Qualifier

These two lay it all out on the field in this one in another great match and in the end Jam Gordon is going to the tournament

An early match of the year candidate includes Magnifico and RPR and in the end the Swashbuckler ends the match and Red grabs a mic on the outside

Red leaves the Mic and a sword on the floor and disappears

Arizona leaves a crippled Pirate on the floor as he walks away.

Match 1 Qualifier Magnifico Vs Dizzy Lix

Magnifico got lucky as he gets a second chance to make it to the tournament and he makes the most of it getting the three count on Lix.

Main Event Womens Championship

The show was cut short as Red Pirate was not medically cleared to compete in his match tonight but anyways these two women put on a great match with an upset ending with somehow Bombshell managing to capture a three count ending the record breaking 3 and a half year run of Mynx
