FYI, the symbol used is called a hamsa. It is seen as protection from the evil eye. Could it be connected to Serpentina Stone? What about a Tolkien-inspired character? I don’t feel either of those guesses are particularly strong, though.

I feel like this one's going to be a more pop-inspired than wrestling-inspired one. I'm not a fan of those, but I know a lot of people are. It's heavy on the wrestling-inspired ones for a while now.

October often yields a March Madness back up card (Krool in ‘20, Henchmen for Hire in ‘21). So I think this could be a Ladies card. With the emojis I think something fantastic and pop-culture is likely which leads me to a Miss Cleo 90s Alt for Auntie Voodoo or Madam Tiki.
I don’t see where they would have feuds or teams so I could be way off, and as a niche pop culture reference I don’t think she would be any better than upper midcard, so I could be way off but that’s my reading of the tea leaves (fortune telling joke unintentional).
