Alexi Monstro is currently holding both the World Title and TV Title.

New Japan did something similar with the double gold dash a few years back. The champion would defend both the heavyweight and intercontinental at the same time.

I think it would be cool in a future update to be able to decide if both belts could get defended in the same match. (of course it would have to be 2 singles titles, and weight requirements would have to match)

Also, just to add to this, I have always been a fan of the three-way matches with 2 belts on the line. The ones where the first person pinned or submitted walks away empty handed, then the other two fight with the winner getting the main belt and the second loser getting the secondary belt.
