Yeah there's Mister Hollow. Yeah, I suddenly just remembered that and got on here to correct myself. Too bad Konner of The Ascension wasn't around in the 80s/90s. He could have helped make a Splinter rat character wrestler for a trio with the Rumble Buggs to face Foot Stompers.
