The lights dim, spotlights hit the ramp:
Seph Kobane steps onto the ramp, his white sunglasses on, flannel hanging off his frame, his drawn jaw chewing, Converse laces trailing under the cuffs of his torn jeans.
Beeman: You'd wonder why this man is even coming here, if he has no chance to win the J1 at this point. LeRay: Because he's a schmuck! Beeman: Well, schmuck or no schmuck, he's about to step into the ring with one of the most fearsome beasts the JWA has ever witnessed!
As the lyrics hit, Seph strolls to the ring, gazing lazily at the crowd around him.
Rod C: Entering the ring first, hailing from Grey Harbour, Washington, he is the man formerly known as The Truth, Seph Koooooooobane!
Seph wipes his feet on the apron out of respect, enters the ring and strolls over to the opposite turnbuckle, his sunglasses still on. He hops up onto the turnbuckle, sits and watches the entrance as his music fades, waiting for Buffalo...

Buffalo stance plays and big ol Buffalo stomps to the ring. He takes his usual step over the top rope and stares down Seph the bell rings and he mouths “bring it on twerp” letting Seph start the match.

Seph tentatively steps towards Buffalo and the big man flinches in response, sending Seph tumbling backwards, away from him. Buffalo laughs a running guffaw, one without kindness and tilts his head hither and yon with a grinding crack. Seph tries to circle his opponent but Buffalo is fast and gets Seph by the shoulder, shoving him against the ropes.
Seph fights back, swinging blindly but the blows bounce off Buffalo. With a roar, he launches Seph away in a wicked Irish whip that sends the smaller man careening over the opposite rope and onto the apron with a crash. Buffalo strides over, grabs both of Seph's legs - one above and one below the bottom rope - and pulls backwards, sending Seph's sensatives into the taut rope. Finally, with a screech, Seph falls backwards, slithering onto the floor with a ragdolled tumble.

buffalo sees kobane outside and goes for broke, running and flying out splashing on top of seph on the concrete.
he stands up and yells at the audience, a small child scolds him from the front row and buffalo steps up to push the kid back. he takes a big fake stomp toward him and the kid flinches and hides behind their mom. buffalo laughs 'heh...like sephy bear here! cmon sephy wephy...back in you go..."
He rolls seph back in and keeps jawing at fans, but seph surprises him with a roll up that gets a 2 count...and makes buffalo mad.

Seph can't get over it! He almost had him!
He stomps Buffalo once or twice and grips him by the head to lift him up but-
Buffalo is too quick.
He swipes away Seph's hands, hits a jawbreaker and lifts Seph up in a Gorilla Press, tossing him out of the ring. The man formerly known as the Truth clatters against the concrete with a skidding thud. Buffalo is after him, gripping him by the hair and lifting him up to crash down onto the concrete again and again and again.

Buffalo has Seph in his grasp and with a lurching roar, flings him into the ring. Seph is struggling to his feet as Buffalo releasing a howling chant into the sky. The bigger man gets to the apron and Seph is on him, hitting him with a smack to the face. Buffalo is not to be stopped, however, and gains the higher ground by stepping on the bottom rope, slamming fists down on Seph's shoulders and back. The wildman might have won it if not for his right foot, which precariously laid weight onto the second rope.
Bret's rope. The most dangerous rope.
A slight wobble allows Seph to take an even slighter advantage. He heaves Buffalo's weight up, dropping him backwards into a Superunknown, miraculously hooking Buffalo's knee with his own knee.
As soon as the one-two-three is hit, Buffalo is up, enraged, but Seph has already skittered away, leaving the ring and up the ramp before his music even plays.
