(Before Episode 1)
It was distant 2023, and interest in professional wrestling was dying down. The late, great, Mr. Fantasy was reaching his dying days, and with no one to take over the wrestling legacy, it became a lost hope. He had roughly 10 million dollars, but with no one to pass it on to, it seemed to be lost wealth. So he goes to Miles Faraday, a 25 year old wrestler in his company, or, well, Miles was a wrestler. An injury in an Exploding Ring match required Miles to retire a few months before. Mr. Fantasy says "Miles, I have ten million dollars. I want you to take this money away from me, and start a wrestling promotion." Miles was quite confused, as professional wrestling was reaching its dying days. He asks Mr. Fantasy to elaborate on this. Mr. Fantasy tells him, "There is a time machine in Russia, and what I want you to do, is go back into the 80s, and keep your wrestling promotion in fair competition with everybody else. Do not let me take over the entire wrestling world, and buy out every company for my selfish gain." Miles Faraday agrees to such a daring mission, and he takes a lot of time to compile a list of things he needs to do for the promotion. He originally planned to go back until 1980, but seeing as building a promotion from the ground up took time, he said "I got it all planned out." He then leaves with the money, and he packs his bags, as he has a long 20 years ahead.
Miles flies out to Russia and goes to the lab containing the time machine. He says "I wish to go back to January of 1979." The Russians agree to set him into 1979. Miles enters the time machine, and before the time machine starts its magic, Miles simply says, "Let's Rock n Roll."
Miles goes back to January of 1979, and he looks around. WoW and ABCW were all the rage, with countless buy outs for legendary venues like the Empire Gardens, the Puro Dome, and even the legendary Silver Stadium. Miles starts working on the plans for his promotion, known as Rock n Roll Wrestling. He sets up some smaller shows to get a basic feel, in high school gyms and fairgrounds. His shows eventually peeked the interest of one, Mr. Fantasy. Mr. Fantasy goes up to Miles Faraday, and he tells him, "I like to be the commissioner of your company." Miles, of course was shocked by this. He asks how much he would like, and Mr. Fantasy simply tells him "Ten thousand dollars should be a solid investment." Ten thousand dollars later, and Mr. Fantasy was the commissioner of the company that he was trying to have battle ABCW and WoW. Can Miles make a good promotion without Mr. Fantasy taking over the entire wrestling world? Find out this and more, when we go Back n Time, to Rock n Roll.
This is the concept for the federation, and hopefully, I will able to get this off the ground. With that said, any critiques are welcome. Once I choose my roster, I will post that below.

Superstar Saturday- Week 1, January 1980
Live: Boston Arena (Total Rating: **) Wrestler Draw Power: 39 (Sold Out) (TV Rating: 12.88)
Skit- Pumping Iron (Rating: ***)
Dr. B was bench pressing weights going over hundreds of pounds. Queen of Mean was also there, screaming at Dr. B to lift more and more weights, calling him a pig while he was at it. Dr. B, being the bad man he is, lifted it up over his head, and tossed the weights on the ground, causing an earthquake of sorts. The crowd that was watching this was amazed at how much the World Champion could lift.
Promo- 5 Man Bravado (Rating: *)
Reptile Ranger, Brit Buckingham, Exotic Rick, and Mighty Leo were all making claims towards the Television Championship. This caused a huge argument between the 4 of them, causing them to talk over each other, making a mess. Thankfully, Staboy's music hit and he came out with the Television Championship. He simply said, "You want it? Come get it." The other 4 looked at Starboy, with Brit and Exotic Rick looking a bit, mean spirited towards the champion.
Skit- Creepy Vignette (Rating: ***) Fog loomed over a graveyard, as Keith Blood and Gothica appeared in the shadows, as Big Boss Jr. looked on. Keith Blood looked at the camera and said "Rock n Roll Wrestling, I see your fear. Red Pirate Rogers, he fears me. He will soon meet the new Cruiserweight Champion, in Keith Blood." Gothica gives Keith Blood an evil kiss as fog covers the screen.
Tag Team Match Neanderthals (Troglo & The Piranha) VS 8-Bit (Zen & Max Attack) (Rating: **)
The Piranha and Troglo start off by trying to intimidate their opponents with their sheer size. Max Attack and Zen, however, were not afraid. Max Attack went in for punches on Troglo's stomach, to no avail. It seemed as though Max Attack was no match for the mighty Troglo. However, Troglo seemed to slow down, and he lost stamina against the fast speed of Max Attack. Troglo tagged in the Piranha, and Max saw the perfect opportunity. Max went for a flurry of punches, followed by the Bodyblow. Finally, he called for Zen to hold The Piranha, hitting not one, but two uppercuts. The Double Uppercut put the Piranha down, and Troglo was too tired to save his partner from the pin.
Winners: 8-Bit (Zen & Max Attack)
Singles Match (Openers Only) Dungeon Crawler VS Goblinknight (Rating: ***)
Goblinknight made the Dungeon Crawler nervous at first, saying "I'm gonna get you" as he moved towards the Dungeon Crawler. However, the Dungeon Crawler got courage, and the two of them went on to have a solid matchup of good versus evil. However, when the Dungeon Crawler leveled up, he went for a hack, a slash, and impaled the Goblinknight with the Dragonlance, for the 3 count. (Note: There was no actual impaling in this match.)
Winner: Dungeon Crawler
Singles Match Arizona Chance VS Great Ginzu (Rating: *)
Arizona Chance and Great Ginzu were wrestling two completely different styles that didn't mesh well with one another. The crowd was mild for this matchup for the most part, until Arizona Chance charged in with the Lariat. After the Lariat, Arizona Chance nailed the Last Crusade, getting the 3 count.
Winner: Arizona Chance
Singles Match (Mid-Card Only) Skullgore VS He-Beast the Barbarian (Rating: ***)
These two rivals stared each other down and battled each other for a fight of supremacy. The crowd was enjoying every second it would seem. They loved cheering the heroic He-Beast the Barbarian, but suddenly, Skullgore pulled off a slink behind his opponent, before landing the Crossbone Body Block, for the 3 count.
Winner: Skullgore
After the match, the evil Skullgore laughed in the way he knows best, knowing that he has defeated his arch-nemesis, for now.
Ladies Match Mynx VS Mother Russia (Rating: *) Mother Russia didn't actually wrestle in this match. Instead, she distracted the referee, allowing her boyfriend, Hammerhead an opportunity to attack Mynx from behind, essentially ruining the match. Mother Russia then goes over to a down Mynx, before picking her up for the Soviet Slam. She covers Mynx for the 3 count.
Winner: Mother Russia
Main Event: Triple Threat Match Ace Arcadium VS Dark Invader VS Ninja Star (Rating: ***)
The three main event players of the promotion battle it out, for what seemed to be 20 minutes, and the crowd enjoyed it. However, the Dark Invader had a sinister plan in mind. In particular, he decided to use the force, to pull out two steel chairs. Ace Arcadium and Ninja Star were duking it out, and the referee was down. The Dark Invader thinks about using the force to smash the chairs into his opponents, but he notices the referee getting up, and he puts the chairs into hands of Ace Arcadium and Ninja Star. The referee sees this and disqualifies both men.
Winner: Dark Invader
After the match, Ace Arcadium and Ninja Star look at Dark Invader, furious at him for using such a cheap tactic to get the win. Dark Invader just moves away from the arena as the camera fades to black.

Sunday Night Slam- Week 2 January 1980
Live: The Ballroom (Total Rating: **) Wrestler Draw Power Total: 38 (Sold Out) (TV Rating: 10.30)
6 Man Tag Team Match- Starboy, Red Pirate Rogers, & Moon Man w/Mr. Bonsai VS The Piranha, Troglo, & Great Ginzu (Rating: ***)
This match showcases a personal feud between Starboy and the Piranha, as they battle back and forth, eventually going away from the ring, causing both of them to be absent throughout the rest of the match. Red Pirate Rogers and the Moon Man try their best to take on Troglo, but to no avail, as he clubs both of them in the head, gives Moon Man the Caveman Stomp, and then picks him up for the Prehistoric Piledriver. Troglo pins Moon Man for the three count.
Winners: The Piranha, Troglo, and Great Ginzu.
After the match, the cameras go backstage to see Starboy and the Piranha being separated by security. A feud certainly is this.
Skit- Music Video (Rating: ***)
Princess Starbright was about to sing her song, Star Light, Star Bright. However, Pelvis Pressly and Soul Daddy came on stage to try and play a funky tune as Pelvis sings about his Blue Suede Shoes. Arizona Chance and Mighty Leo weren't having any of that as they pull the two intruders out of the video. Princess Starbright was able to finish her song without anymore problems (thankfully for her and the kids).
Tag Team Match- The Dobermans (Doberman Denny & Doberman Duke) VS Anti-Americans (Brit Buckingham & Hammerhead) (Rating: **)
The match goes back and forth, with Brit and Hammerhead seemingly trying to take shortcuts, but the Dobermans were able to block a good majority of these sneaky attempts by our Anti-American friends. However, after a double team from the Dobermans, the referee gets distracted with Duke, allowing Brit to hit Denny with a Low Blow, and land the Britain Bulldog. Hammerhead then hits Duke off of the apron as Brit gets the 3 count.
Winners: Anti-Americans (Brit Buckingham & Hammerhead)
Promo- Trio Trash Talk (Rating: *)
Gothica and Keith Blood appear in the ring along with a new ally in Goblinknight, with Keith Blood again calling out the Cruiserweight Champion, Red Pirate Rogers, saying everything about fear he did in the Vignette. However, without the fog and gloomy atmosphere of the graveyard, the promo starts to fall apart, and the crowd is left silent instead of fearful.
Singles Match- Reptile Ranger VS Exotic Rick (Rating: ***)
Reptile Ranger and Exotic Rick battle it out, as one of them might be in line for a Television title opportunity if they win. Exotic Rick tries to use dirty tactics, but as he prepares to call for the end, Reptile Ranger suddenly hits Exotic Rick with a Short-Arm Clothesline. He then grabs Exotic Rick in a front facelock, before hitting the Down Under DDT. Reptile Ranger pins Exotic Rick for the 3 count.
Winner: Reptile Ranger
Promo- 4 Man Boast (Rating: ***)
Ace Arcadium is in the ring alone, calling out Dark Invader for the dirty tactic he deployed the previous week. Dark Invader complies and he makes his way to the ring. He states that honor is not the path to glory. The true path to glory is through dirty means. Of course, he says it in a way that adds a bit of mystique. However, Dr. B eventually heard enough, and along with his girlfriend, the Queen of Mean, he gets on the microphone. "You think you fools are worthy of my title? Sure, Dark Invader's a bad man, but he wasn't causing a clubbering, like I do. I don't have time for fools with personal problems. You fools need to straighten out your problems before thinking that you stand a chance against me." The Queen of Mean gets on the microphone and calls the two rivals, get this, pigs.
Singles Match (Mid-Card Only)- Zen VS Iron Mask (Rating: **)
Zen and Iron Mask put on a decent match, with Iron Mask in control for most of the fight. Eventually, Zen fights back against this rival. However, Zen charges at Iron Mask, and Iron Mask throws Zen over the top rope with both feet touching the floor. Since this was the 80s, this was grounds for Disqualification.
Winner (by DQ): Zen
After the match, Iron Mask comes out and continues the assault on Iron Mask, with the crowd booing him while doing so. Max Attack comes out and makes the save on his partner, but not before some damage was done. Max Attack calls out Iron Mask to face him on Weekend Wrasslin', in which Iron Mask agrees to.
Skit- Dramatic Promo (Rating: *)
Ninja Star was in Japan, during the night of course. "Rock n Roll Wrestling, I am Ninja Star. Last week, I fought Dark Invader, and Ace Arcadium, in a battle. However, I am not discouraged by their actions. Dr. B, I am coming for you, and your title. I will be the champion, and I will, be a legend." The fans are excited about this future title match, but they don't have to wait to see a title on the line.
Main Event- Tag Team Championship Match- Neon Express (Jessie Wild & Chet Skye) (c) VS Frat Boy Bullies (Ruffian & Johnny Kobra) (Rating: **)
The Tag Team champions showed perfect synergy as these bullies were no match for the mighty Neon Express. While Johnny Kobra went strike for strike with Jessie Wild, the combination of Jessie Wild and Chet Skye proved too much. Chet Skye hits a Superkick like it is 2018, and Jessie Wild goes up top, before landing the Torpedo Dropkick. Jessie Wild pins Johnny Kobra for the 3 count.
Winners and STILL R'n'R Tag Team Champions: Neon Express
After the match, the Neon Express celebrate their first successful title defense of 1980, as the Anti-Americans show up and eye their championships. The Neon Express await their next challenge as the camera fades to black.

Live: Boston Arena (Total Rating: **) Wrestler Draw Power Total: 36 (Great Crowd) (TV Rating: 14.06)
Promo- 1 on 1 w/Honest Al (Rating: ****)
Honest Al interviews Reptile Ranger, the #1 contender for the Television title. Honest Al asks Reptile Ranger for his thoughts on Star Boy, and Reptile Ranger simply says that he will enjoy the challenge. Through Honest Al's lie detector, Honest Al determined that what Reptile Ranger was saying was the truth.
Ladies Match- Mynx VS Chaka Crass (Rating: **)
In a simple encounter, Mynx and Chaka Crass fight each other in what many would call a cat fight, but after Mynx threw Chaka into the corner, she charged in with the Speed Run, knocking the wind out of Chaka Crass and getting the 3 count.
Winner: Mynx
Singles Match- Max Attack VS Iron Mask (Rating: **)
Max Attack attempts to punch out Iron Mask throughout most of the match, but after he misses a big uppercut, Iron Mask is able to slip behind Max Attack and slip in the Arms Deal. He wrenches on the arm more and more, and Max Attack is left with no choice but to tap out.
Winner: Iron Mask
However, after the match, Iron Mask doesn't let go of the hold, causing more and more pain to Max Attack. After a little while, Zen comes out to save his ally from harm, and he drives Iron Mask away, for now.
Skit- Hometown Pride (Rating: **)
Mother Russia, Hammerhead, and Brit Buckingham come out to the ring with the England and Russia flags. Mother Russia gets into the ring and calls out the "American losers", and they proclaim the two as the futures of the world. America will soon be no more under the hands of Mother Russia. Does this make the crowd furious? Of course it does, this is 1980 after all.
Promo- 5-Man Bravado (Rating: **)
Dr. B comes out to the ring with Queen of Mean, and he calls out Ninja Star for the Dramatic Promo he performed on Sunday Night Slam the previous week. Also, Queen of Mean calls out the Ladies Champion, Princess Starbright, calling her an ugly pig. Both Ninja Star and Princess Starbright come out to the ring, as they get straight to the point. Ninja Star says that he will be ready to fight the champion, come the Super Duper Show. Princess Starbright and Queen of Mean will get into a singing competition on the Super Duper Show (what a joy that will be). As Dr. B and Queen of Mean leave, Great Ginzu shows up from the crowd with a microphone, pointing at Ninja Star. "Ninja Star, make one mistake, and you'll be a disgrace to Japan." Ninja Star and Great Ginzu stare down for a little while before the next match.
Tag Team Match- Insectoids (Mark Bugg & Mike Bugg) VS Slave Drivers (Big Thuggee & Lil Thuggee) (Rating: **)
The Insectoids try to attack the Big Thuggee in the ring, but to no avail as the big man is able to overpower them with ease, and toss them around like ragdolls. The big Thuggee eventually puts both of them in the Heart Claw, causing both of them to tap out at the same time.
Winners: Slave Drivers
Singles Match (Mid-Card Only)- Star Boy VS The Piranha (Rating: **)
Star Boy and the Piranha continue their personal feud, as they battle in what many would call a fist fight. Eventually, The Piranha throws Star Boy into the ropes, not thinking about what could happen afterwards, as Star Boy lands the Flying Cross Chop. Star Boy is able to pin The Piranha after the blow for the 3.
Winner: Star Boy
After the match, Troglo comes out to attempt to attack Star Boy, but Reptile Ranger steps in just in time to save Star Boy from a dangerous assault. The duo of Troglo and The Piranha eventually leave, as Reptile Ranger and Star Boy shake hands, in preparation for their encounter at the Super Duper Show.
Skit- P4V Commercial (Rating: **)
Speaking of the Super Duper Show, a commercial plays showing that Ace Arcadium and Dark Invader will battle against one another inside the squared circle. The commercial also shows that the Dobermans will be at the P4V event as well, live at the Empire Gardens. The commercial gets everyone excited for this Pay-4-View.
Main Event- Cruiserweight Championship Match- Red Pirate Rogers (c) VS Keith Blood (Rating: **)
Red Pirate Rogers enters the ring with no fear shown on his face, but as fog illuminates the stage and Keith Blood makes his way to the ring, Red Pirate Rogers seems to have second thoughts on having no fear. As the match progresses, Red Pirate Roger tries to fight the fears, but Keith Blood outsmarts Red Pirate Rogers at every turn, and making him feel more and more powerless to what's about to happen. Keith Blood (literally) flies around the ring, and eventually hits the Crucifix on Red Pirate Rogers, getting the 3 count, and the Cruiserweight Championship.
Winner and NEW Cruiserweight Champion, Keith Blood
After the match, Gothica makes her way to the ring, with Goblinknight close by, as Gothica gives Keith another kiss, as the two of them leave the body of Red Pirate Rogers behind. The camera then fades to black.
