So I assume most people's head cannon for the games is after 80MWR some years pass by and then MMW basically happens. I have always had the same thought and it's cool that past wrestlers from 80MWR have like a kid or some form of themselves get passed down to MMW but what if I told you there's a wrestler who is sort of the opposite. Before reading further I would just like to clarify this is my head cannon but figured I would share it since I think it's a good idea.
As we all know in MMW there is The Professor(also known as Sir Fauntleroy and Professor When). I've always imagined he started off as Sir Fauntleroy then became Professor When or The Professor, or vice versa. Since it's implied that he can travel across space and time WHAT IF Professor When traveled back in time, got old, and became Professor Gigawatt!
They both are involved in some sort of time travel and although it is easy to say well professors are supposed to wear a coat but both Professor When and The Professor have him wearing a bow tie while Professor Gigawatt wears a tie. So I don't think it's crazy to think that during the events of MMW, Sir Fauntleroy is born, grows up, becomes a professor and gets time travel powers, either on purpose or accidentally gets sent back in time and spends his life becoming a crazy professor who helps Michael T. Wolf in the 80s/90s.
Again this is just my head cannon but I think if the devs made this something official or suggested it then it would be a fun easter egg or way to bridge the gap between the two games just a little closer.
