I've had a few ideas. They are as follows
Jacques Marcell: An early 80 to 89 baby face Rick Martell. Tags with Juan Tijuana to make the Firing Squad (Strike Force) . They love girls in cars.
Catwalk Jacques: Heel Rick "The Model" Martell. Turns about '85 to 99. Feuds with Tijuana, also with Reptile Rick like WM VII. Can have a mixed tag with Chaka Crass as the Model Agency.
Flex Adonis: Lex Luger.Would come in about 85 as heel. Could just call him the Adonis like the Narcicist. Could feud with face Jet Set Strutter.
Flex Express: early 90s made in the USA Lex Luger. Feud with Sumo San. Call it body slam challenge.

Freddie Bunk: 80s Terry Funk. Make him Heel. Can feud with a Good Jet Set Strutter, like in there famous I quit match. Can turn him face in the 90s like his ECW run. Tag him and feud with 90s Troglo. Maybe even tag with Ronnie Believer.
"The Brand" Doug Shannon: ECW heel Shane Douglas. Tonnes of feuds with ECW parodies. Tag with Fireball. Maybe even a trio if there is a Chris Candido type created (Craig Candidate?!?). The Threatening Trio!
Corvus: ECW Raven. Heel or tweener. Could be given the story the Grunge brother gone bad. Feud with Ronnie Believer and Beer can man.
