I love the new Continuum and Legend matches, it opens up a lot of new possibilities in the game. The introduction of time travel into this game got me thinking about this:

Again this may have been suggested already, but a couple Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would be great to feud with 80s Ginzu. Maybe call them Los Tortugas and make them luchadors.

A Jobber whose gimmick changes based on the month you are in. This could either be one card whose artwork changes from month to month, or a wrestler with 11 Alts that are all only active for one month of the year. For example:
January: Baby New Year
February: Cupid
March: Saint Patrick
April: The Fool
May: The Mayniac
June: The Dad
July: Julius Caesar
August: Helios
September: Fall Guy
October: The Boogeyman
November: The Pilgrim/Gobbledygooker
December: Santa Claus/Christmas Creature
This would freshen up the opener only matches and it also parodies that some wrestlers, like Brutus Beefcake, have had roughly 1.000.000 different gimmicks over the course of their career.
