With the brilliant addition of Rocco to the game, paying homage to the great Bruno Sammartino...I got to thinking about what it'd be like with other old school stars....so I found a quick list of 15 best wrestlers from the 70s...and here are the suggested names.... some of them are already equived in the game...might need younger versions though Now I'm not sure how it would work to simplify a 70s decade since you won't have all those match gimmicks available but what the hell...
Pablo San Juan (Pedro Morales) - Rassler - Good
Robin Buckingham (Billy Robinson) - Rassler - Good
Arabian Knight (The Sheik) - Rassler - Bad (earlier version of Mad Arab)
Gentleman Nick (Nick Bockwinkel) - Rassler - Good
Feline Fred (Big Cat Ernie Ladd) - Athlete - Good
Handsome Jackie (Jack brisco)- Rassler - Good
Texas T - (Terry Funk) - Rassler - Good (and you could get a ton of Alts over the course of history)
Texas D - (Dory Funk Jr.) - Rassler - Good (and you get a tag team with his brother lol)
Big Banzai (Giant Baba) - Rassler - Tweener
Ken Kansas (Harley Race) - Rassler - Good (maybe throw in a future King gimmick ALT)
Tony Tokyo (Antonio Inonki) - Rassler - Good
Plus younger versions of Dollah, Mad Arab, Rocco, Flex (if he's Billy Graham in fact lol)

I like the idea of having a character or maybe a male and female one based on characters from the 1980’s from kids shows where people dress as animal type characters like zoobilee zoo. I know we have Mighty Leo but that’s a bit different.

Ive always thought that keith blood should have had a 2nd alt for the 90s where he just had longer hair and his ring gear colours changed then he could be brood edge I think the grunge brother should have alts as edge and Christian. But I've always seen Keith blood or ceazer sleaze as gangrel. Kieth Blood is David from Lost Boys the best vampire movie of the 80's. He was played by Kieffer Sutherland, Kieth Blood! |

Maybe they could hold a contest where a few of users are selected, the winners send them a pic and they get turned into the ultimate 80s Mania scrubs. Or maybe take the top 2-3 players who have spent the most on the game and make them jobber cards. |

I really want a Diamond Dallas Page character. He's my all-time favorite wrestler.
I figured his name could be something like Ruby Reno Dave, with a finisher called "Jeweler's Bench." Instead of "good god" he'd say, "goodness gracious." First post, by the way, glad to be here.
