Although I expect this would be massively complicated and probably not feasible, I’d like to see some sort of crowd reaction bar per card.
When a wrestler is over, the bar moves up, boosting their stats, and in turn boosting match ratings.
When the crowd aren’t behind them, their stats suffer, as would the match.
Boosts for their “over rating” would come from having high rated, varied segments, win streaks, titles etc.
Things that would reduce it would be losses to lower ranked opponents, repetitive segments, poorly rated matches, mismatched cards etc.
Having a bar, where at a glance you could see that you might want to give a card a rest, or exploit it for a while would be an interesting dynamic.

Also, a heel/face turn option... maybe at a cost of 1 token for a 1 year period. I know some cards have alternates, but this would keep thing a bit more consistent.

There should be an option to vacate a title, although it should cost in-game money or a token in order to remove it. The vacated title will then go to the wrestler of your choosing (except the wrestler you forcibly vacated it from).

The P4V Commercial card should come with the bonus of increasing the attendance, if it is used in the same week before the P4V.

Mic Spots for wrestlers that aren't Showman/Bigmouth.

Expanding on the role of a few PPVs to boost champions, i.e. Battle Royale, March Madness, Cruiserweight Cup, Tag Team Invitational, Survival of the Fittest winners will have the option to challenge the title holder of their choosing, which will be guaranteed at the next P4V after that event. This can be an optional choice selected at the start of the game.

Three kinds of injury: Minor, Severe, Mortal. Minor injuries are quick to heal, just over a few shows, and you can still use the wrestler, but it's best not to use them in high-injury chance matches, or else it'll make the injury worse. To add to this, the Push for a Minor injury wrestler will go down one, to represent how it affects them. Severe injuries will take the wrestler out of action for a couple shows, and makes them unusable until they are healed back up. Minor injury wrestlers can turn to Severe if they're put into high-injury chance matches. Mortal injuries will permanently injure the wrestler, requiring you to use money to bring them back; to offset this, only extreme matches, such as Barbed Wire or Burning Ring, can cause this type of injury. Just like with Severe injuries, Minor injuries can become Mortal if put into an extreme match.

It's a little thing, but I would like it if inactive wrestlers weren't displayed in the win-loss list (unless they're injured), otherwise if I want to see how much wins someone has, I may have to end up scrolling through a list of 90s wrestlers...

I'd like the ability to replay the match animations, and also the ability to see more in depth about the event, IE see which wrestlers had managers with them, the names of the tag teams, I'd also like the descriptions of the winning to be a bit more varied, more moves and such, and if it's a gimmick match, including the gimmick would be awesome (IE Chet dove off of the ladder).

1995 should have a hardcore title/division, Loners and Ghoulies.

I'd like more variations on where events can be held, I basically use the same 4 over and over again, at a certain level there's no need for high school or fairground unless you've managed your money terribly.

I think every once in a while a British/European PPV should be thrown in, or somewhere else.

I'd like there to be more match options too, a Hell in the Cell style one, a street fight and more.
