I wonder how foil tag cards work, I avoid purchasing foils because feuds and tags don't work with them. This could be game changing for me!! Nice

I think in order to unlock them... 1) You must form a normal tag team between legal cards. 2) Once you do so, form the tag team with foil versions of the characters. And that should be it.

I usually avoid foils, but I'm keen for the elimination tag team matches!

I hope itll be the option of having a foil card of both members and combining them to make the foil tag team. I'd prefer it that way, as I currently have no use for foils. They have a bigger draw, but can't used for any flavor cards. Im hoping this update changes that. Maybe we get some foil fueds in the future

What is an Elimination Tag Team? let's say it is a 3-on-3 match. when the first person gets pinned, he leaves the match making it 3-on-2. the match continues this way until only one team is remaining. Survivor Series has always featured 4-on-4 elimination style matches.

Survivor Series has always featured 4-on-4 elimination style matches. You know, the 5-on-5 matches have probably actually been done more at this point. The first two were that way and I'm pretty sure it's been that way for at least the past decade. I'm not saying this to be Mr. Know-It-All: "Well, actually..." Having that realization was just one of those moments where things that happened in your childhood felt like they lasted a lot longer than they actually did. Like, WCW only lasted 10 years, but it has been gone for almost 18. I do work with a lot of adolescents and younger adults. When they find out I'm a wrestling fan, it is always crazy to me now that they have very little, if any, memories of WCW. So, this stuff hits me a lot.

I have no excuse, except that I'm 48 years old, and was more into WWF and it's Midwest preseason AWA than WCW.

You are correct sir, it was in 1989 (the third survivor series) that they switched to 4-on-4 and started giving team names. Not sure what they do now since i havent watched WWE in over 12 years.
