April 1980 Week 3 Canada Centre
Honest Al greets everyone for another card full of action but, before the action begins, he has Dark Invader for a interview to discuss his shocking loss a few weeks back in the March Madness tournament. **
Match 1: Stunt Men v The Executioners The action gets started with a high flying Tag team match. Crash starts things off with a lot of high flying high risk moves and Rad Racer carries that momentum. For a majority of the match, The Executioners seem unable to wrestle away control of the match. Finally. Spazz is able to connect with a few high impact shoulder blocks and the tide turns. In the end, Mercenary is able to get Crash into a Canadian Cloverleaf for the win. **
Match 2: Magnus Muscle v Skullgore Magnus really hasn’t wrestled much this year and is now ready to showcase what he can do against the sinister Skullgore. After a seasaw battle, Magnus is able to Brawl his way to a position of strength. From there, he stuns Skullgore long enough to climb to the top rope and connect with a devastating flying shoulder block, which enables him to grab the pin fall victory. **
The screen then cuts to a creepy graveyard where Mither Russia is wondering around in the fog looking for Auntie Voodoo. Yards away, and concealed by the fog, Auntie Voodoo is seen lighting some bones on fire over a grave. When Mother Russia gets close a hand pops up from the burial site. And grabs her ankle. It’s Zombie Punk and he looks hungry. **
Match 3: Devin Van Winkle v Pelvis Pressly ^Cruiserweight Title Match^ Pelvis Pressly is a wily opponent who deserves a opportunity and he pushes Devin early in the match. However, Devin, is able to draw upon all of his wrestling savvy and strikes when Pressly is showboating and least expects it. The turn of events leads to a Van Winkle Claw and just like that Devin Van Winkle retains his cruiserweight crown. *

April 1980 Week 4 (Champ Clash P4V)
Match 1: Warhawk v O’Hooligan ^TV Title Match^ Warhawk has been looking pretty solid so far this year and has earned a shot a title with a couple victories. Both men trade blows early on. O’Hooligan’s Bar Room brawling style comes in handy in this style of fight and he is able to wear down Warhawk before hitting the Bar Room Brawl to end the match. *
After the Match Mother Russia comes out with a mic to remind everyone how much better Russia is than America and how her man, Hammerhead will be ready to prove it in the coming weeks. Towards the end of her rant, the lights dim and when they come back on she is gone and a cackling is heard. **
Match 2: The Dobermans v Wall Street ^Tag Team Title Match^ Wall Street comes out halting the show and refusing to leave the ring until the Dobermans give them a rematch for the titles. The Dobermans agree, refusing to back down from a fight. The Dobermans were fired up and took control for most of the match. Denny in particular was a house of fire before tagging in Duke. Duke carried momentum initially but found himself closed off from his partner and Wall Street was able to take advantage as his stamina waned. With steady and consistent tags, they kept Duke isolated and then Mr. Tycoon was able to lock in the Money Maker while Yuppie VP held Denny at bay as Wall Street reclaimed the Tag Team titles back. **
Match 3: Chief Buffalo v Jobber Joe After the match, a voice says....”I’m here” and stampeding hooves can be heard. Out comes the man calling himself Chief Buffalo. He demands someone from the locker room come out. Though he certainly isn’t the most skilled fighter, the brave Jobber Joe charges down to the squared circle. Jobber’s foolish dash to the ring led to him immediately being met with a Buffalo Charge from the Chief and in a blink of an eye Chief Buffalo got his first win. *
In the locker room, Mr. Fantasy is meeting with Devin Van Winkle. Devin is told that despite defending his title last week, he must put the title back on the line tonight. The Piranha is back there and say, he look, Ive worked in the industry for too long to be getting put on the shelf like Inhave been. Devin needs an opponent and I’m just the guy. Mr. Fantasy agreed and both men head down to the ring.
Match 4: The Piranha v Devin Van Winkle ^Cruiserweight Title Match^ Devin Van Winkle started out like a house of fire. However, The Piranha weathered the storm and was eventually able to ground the energetic Van Winkle. The technical grappling of Piranha slowed down the match a for the next several minutes it seemed like the veteran would score a surprise victory but, Van Winkle was able to regain the upper hand and after a series of thunderous drop kicks, The Piranha was disoriented enough to walk into a Van Winkle Claw. ***
Next, the screen turns on and we see Fireball talking about how he is deserving of a title shot, despite not winning any big matches this year. He says that his tough life on the mean streets on New Jersey toughened him up. He then has footage cued up of the rough inner city he grew up in. **
Match 5: Princess Starbright v Valley Girl Starbright hasn’t really had to defend her title much and so Mr. Fantasy wanted someone to put her through her paces. He chose and older rival, Valley Girl. While not a vintage struggle, the two ladies delivered a sound match. Initially, the ladies battled back in forth until Valley Girl ran Starbright’s eyes over the ropes while in a head lock. This left the Princess blinded momentarily and Valley Girl was able to deliver some serious punishment. Once Starbright got her vision back, she was in a dire position and need to notch a quick pin off a schoolboy for the victory. **
Match 6: Dr B v Dark Invader v Mighty Leo ^Triple Threat Match for #1 Contendership - Falls Count Anywhere^ With Dicky Thunderbird getting a shot a the World Title, a new number one contender will be needed. These three men are all looking to cash in on a golden ticket. Dark Invader started the match asserting his strength over the other two combatants. After 7 minutes of Dark Invader dismantling them, The only way Mighty Leo and Dr. B could stop him was to work together. Leo nailed Invader with a running lariat that spun him into a right hook from Dr. B. With that Invader went down and both Leo and Dr. B slung him into the guard rail along the outside of the ring. From there, Leo was caught off guard with a jab/hook combo that opened him up for a crushing Upper cut. After that Dr. connected with the Clubber and scored the pin. **
Match 7: Jet Set Strutter v Dicky Thunderbird ^World Championship Title Match - Lumberjack Match Since the title is the number one prize in the federation, everyone is eager to be at ringside so that they can pick apart whoever may emerge as the title holder. Everyone in the locker room is there, even some faces who have yet to appear on TV. Jet Set tried to take his time during the fight and even ducked out of the ring before Dicky could land any blows but, with the lumber jacks outside, there was no where to run as Zap and Boombox toss him back in. Strutter then takes a few stiff rights from Dicky before he was able to sweep Thunderbird off his feet and kick him out of the ring. There he was stomped and kicked by numerous individuals including Ruffian, Johnny Kobra, Great Ginzu, and El Presidente. At one point, Max Attack and Zen tried to fight some of the attackers off but they were hit with steel chairs by Dizzy Lixx and Caesar Sleeze. Eventually, Thunderbird shambled back into the ring. With each man having experienced the danger outside the ring, the fight managed to stay within the squared circle for quite a bit. Neither man seemed able to gain a significant lasting advantage in the struggle. Then Dicky started to mount an offensive. At one point, he went to the top turnbuckle and Stutter dove shaking the ropes. Thunderbird lost his balance and plummeted to the outside where he was savagely attacked by several wrestlers. Chet Skye and Jesse Wild, with a few others, attempted to stop the attack but, their efforts failed and Dicky is only returned to ring after a devastating pile driver from Brit Buckingham. This rendered him unable to fend off Strutter who locked in a Six-figure leglock for the submission win. ****

May 1980 Week 1 Empire Gardens
Match 1: Brit Buckingham v Waldo the Dweeb Brit Buckingham opens the show bragging about how it was his pile driver that put away Dicky Thunderbird. Waldo the Dweeb interrupts him saying, “ You shouldn’t be proud of being a coward and taking advantage of the fact the he wasn’t Dicky’s actual opponent. I might not be as strong as you or Dicky or half the locker room but, at least I have the courage to fight someone when they are expecting it.” While he might have courage, the Dweeb’s lack of strength and wrestling prowess certainly showed. The bell rang and quickly Buckingham was dealing out punishment. The ref tried to stop the fight after a minute to check on Waldo but, Brit used it as an opportunity to hit a low blow. With Waldo doubled over, Buckingham was easily able to a Britain’s Bulldog to set up an pinfall win *
Match 2: Chief Buffalo v Pop King Chief Buffalo is backstage with Mr. Fantasy and he is told that despite his tribal heritage, he has to work his way up to a title shot like anyone else. He can start by winning every fight he should win and with that Mr. Fantasy tells him his next opponent is waiting in the ring. It’s Pop King. Chief Buffalo immediately charges after him and runs Pop King right out of the ring, up the aisle, and out to the locker room. Both men are Disqualified by count out. *

He says that he is hear to bring a sophisticated approach to the ring. He claims, My time on Harvard’s football team prepped me for success and my education proves that I have the superior intellect to devise a winning strategy.” Yet, from the moment he climbs between the ropes Tijuana starts delivering a flurry of forearm strikes. Ruffian tries to get back up but each time he is met with a booming drop kick or diving forearm. Ruffian finally is able to mount a little bit of a comeback. The Harvard grad musters all of his energy to grab Juan and hit a spine buster. It buys him time to recuperate. He the runs Juan’s head into a turnbuckle. Afterwards, he tries to Irish whip him to the opposite turnbuckle but, Tijuana’s momentum carries him off the ropes and gives him extra force to deliver a wicked clothesline. Next, Juan Tijuana climbs the top rope and hits a flying forearm and pins Ruffian.
Match 4: Mighty Leo v Dark Invader Dark Invader heads to the commentator’s desk after Ruffian and Tijuana’s match. He exclaims, “ I have come here to conquer the Federation. The only times I have lost was when I have fought multiple opponents in the same night. NO ONE can defeat me by themselves. Soon I will beat everyone here and then move on to the next Federation.” A Lion’s roar stops him in his tracks and Mighty Leo rushes out with a mic of his own. You haven’t beaten me!” yells Leo. “Have someone ring the bell and I’ll change that,” responds Invader. With the bell ringing, the two men start throwing vicious punch after punch. The two continue trading crushing blows without backing down. Finally, Mighty Leo bounces back off the ropes and charges at Dark Invader, connecting with a powerful flying cross body. As they rise, Invader strikes with a couple of knife edge chops. These drive Leo back and allows Invader to smash Leo’s head into the turnbuckle. Leo then fights back with elbows to Invader’s mid-section. The two men continue to battle back and forth with Dark Invader managing to return each of Leo’s attacks. Leo again drops back to sling himself off the ropes but, he is greeted with a drop toe hold. Then Invader picks up Leo by the neck for a choke lift. He ler’s Mighty Leo dangle there before following it up with a Star Destroyer and covers Leo for the 1-2-3.
Match 5: Skullgore v Devin Van Winkle ^Cruiserweight Title Match^ Devin Van Winkle is relaxing in the back, being massaged by the trainer after two weeks of grueling title defenses. Then, Mr. Fantasy and Skullgore barge in. “Get ready, Devin. Skullgore here has issued a challenge for your title and I’ve decided you NEED to defend it again.” Skullgore simply lets out a sinister laugh. After a commercial, the two men make their way out to the ring. The two men lock up to start the match and a sore Devin musters all of his might to push Skullgore back. While on the mat, Skullgore sweeps the legs from underneath Van Winkle and tries to surprise him with a roll up for the win but, Van Winkle kicks out at 2. Skullgore than gets to his feet first and has a drop kick waiting for Devin. Skullgore again looks for a pin and as the ref counts, Skullgore is able to put his feet on the bottom rope to get just enough leverage to deny Van Winkle’s kick out. The crowd is stunned as Skullgore claims a surprising, quick win. *

The Schmuck moves to grapple him but, Chief Buffalo ducks out of the way then charges back at him from the other direction and plows him over with a Buffalo Charge. Before the anyone could blink the match is over and Chief Buffalo stands tall and victorious again. *
After the match, the Dobermans come out with a mic. Duke starts out, “Wall Street got lucky to beat us. We are still the best tag team in the Federation.” Mr. Fantasy interrupts and says, “Boys, don’t worry, if you are truly the best, then you’ll get a chance to prove. I have a list of 10 Tag teams. Beat them all and then I promise you’ll get another a shot at Wall Street. Until then, stop interrupting the show and get out of here.” DUD
Match 2: The Ruffian v Chameleon Kid After the commercial break, Ruffian comes out and addresses the crowd, “You low-brow citizens don’t understand true intelligence and wrestling stratagem. To prove to you that I am superior, I’m going to ground one of your favorite high flying buffoons.” Chameleon Kid comes out in his usual carefree upbeat manor, totally unconcerned with Ruffian’s remarks. He enters the ring by grabbing the top rope and slinging himself over it. Ruffian backs away to the opposite corner as the bell rings. He walks around the ring trying to gain a superior angle before lunging towards Chameleon Kid to lock up. Ruffian then attempts a standing hip toss but, Chameleon lands on his feet and connects with a spinning heel kick. Angered, Ruffian hops back to his feet and grabs at Chameleon’s waist. He’s looks to go for a belly to back suplex but, once again Chameleon lands on his feet and this time brings Ruffian to the mat with a drop tie hold. Ruffian, sewing his efforts just fueling Chameleon Kid’s confidence, slyly rolls out of ring to regroup. When he comes back into the ring he extends his hand for a test a strength and Kid takes the bait. Once Ruffian has both of his hands, he kicks at Chameleon’s abdomen. With his opponent hunched over, then Ruffian hits a few double ax handle smashes. With Chameleon Kid in the mar, Ruffian stomps away. This inflicts some punishments and allows Ruffian to sustain a flurry over hard hitting strikes. It looks as if Ruffian is going to Brawl his way to a win when out of nowhere, Chameleons Kid manages to drop to the splits while unleashing a well placed uppercut to the Harvard alum’s abdomen. Both men return to their feet and Chameleon is able to catch Ruffian with a standing huricanrana into a pin for the win. **
After the fight, Dicky Thunderbird comes out and issues a challenge to Brit Buckingham. “Buckingham, you don’t know what it is to fight honorably. You strike when your opponent is not expecting it. These kind of ambushes are not strength but, merely taking advantage of a situation. Come and arm wrestle me if you are truly worthy of respect.” With that Brit come at and responds, “Winey Americans. Back in the 1700’s you complained about taxes now you complain when a man see an opportunity and strikes. Well silly American, the world doesn’t wait. I have no need to prove anything to you.” Mr. Fantasy then interrupts. “People of Chicago, what do you think? Do you want to see these two go over the top and arm wrestle?” The crowd erupts. “There you have it. You two will arm wrestle and the winner gets a shot at the TV title.” Brit smiles and reaches into his trunks. When he brings his hand out, it almost glistens in the lights. Some substance is on it but, the ref doesn’t see it and the two men grip each other’s hands. As the arm wrestling contest starts Dicky seems to gain an edge until Brit’s wrist bends a little. With that, Dicky’s hand slides a little and his grip loosens. This gives Brit the chance to slam Thunderbird’s hand to the table. *
Match 3: Neon Express v Wall Street ^Tag Team Title Match^ The match starts out with Wall Street waiting at the ring, Mr. Tycoon having a mic in his hand. “Hahaha....The Tag Team Titles are back where they belong....Around VP Yuppie’s and my waist....Hahaha...” He gets interrupted by Chet Skye, “ Those bets were originally ours...” Jesse Wild chimes in, “ And they will be again!” With that the bell rings and all four men start wailing away at each other. After a few moments, the ref is able to gain control and VP and Jesse are deemed the legal men. The two lock up and Yuppie whips Jesse into the ropes but, Jesse takes that momentum and uses it propel him into a wicked clothesline. Immediately, a shocked VP gets back up and locks up with Wild again. This time it’s Wild who whips VP towards the ropes. VP tries to counter with a clothesline of his own but, Jesse ducks under and connects with a drop kick as Yuppie returns back off the other side. Yuppie then rolls back to his corner and tags in Tycoon. With the space given, Wild tags in Skye as well. Tycoon goes to grapple with Skye and is able to get in a hip toss. Tycoon picks him up by his hair and tosses him back down with a fast snap mare into a chin lock. This keeps the high flying Skye grounded as Tycoon inches closer to the corner. Wall Street is able to use this position to keep Chet and Jesse separated. After a few tags Yuppie gets sloppy and taunts the distant Wild. This gives Chet a chance to get to his feet. With that he is able to land some fire arm shivers and drive his opponent away. Next, he gathers himself to sling of the ropes and deliver a drop kick. Back to his feet he leaps to tag in Wild. However, an over eager Jesse comes in without actually making contact with Chet’s hand and starts delivering a flurry right hands and a couple of running clotheslines to VP. With the ref distracted by trying to waive off the zealous Jesse Wild, Tycoon is able to grab Yuppie’s briefcase and strike Chet in the head. Chet’s our cold and the ref is able to shoo Wild to his corner. Yuppie then covers up the unresponsive Chet Skye for a 3 count win. *

His response was, “Al, as you all saw, I grew up in a rough New Jersey suburb of NYC. I fought in back alleys trying to scratch by until Mr. Fantasy came to Atlantic City. That night, I was fighting in a bar near one of the casinos and beat 2 other rough guys. Mr. Fantasy liked what he saw and brought me out here to be the toughest guy here. “ Honest Al then follows that up by asking if Fireball is so tough, what will it take for him to get a marquee win and establish himself as a player in the title race. Fireball simply answers, “Tough guys don’t need to talk to likes of you anymore. Consider this interview over.” *
Match 2: Lil Thuggee/Big Thuggee/Mad Arab v Dangerzone/Warhawk/Bobby Blitzworth Lil Thuggee and Big Thuggee come out saying and Lil Thuggee speaks. “America needs to quit being so greedy. Lil Thuggee continues, “We are the Mad Slave Drivers and we won’t stand for any superpowers trying to impose their will.”
With that Warhawk’s music plays and he emerges standing with the All-American Football hero Bobby Blitzworth and Dangerzone. Warhawk has a mic of his own and interrupts, “America is a superpower....sure. However, America got there through hard work. You cannot simply arrive and expect to be number one.” With that Blitzworth emphatically raises his forefinger and the crowd chants U-S-A! Blitzworth gestures to his ear as if to say he can’t hear them and the chant grows to a deafening volume. As Blitzworth pumps up crowd, his patriotic partners charge down to the ring. The bell rings as Dangerzone climbs the turnbuckle and drops a double axe handle on Big Thuggee. Meanwhile Warhawk slides in the ring and starts pummeling Lil’ Thuggee with his fists. Seeing the Slavers being waylaid, Mad Arab grabs Dangerzone by the head and walks him over to Warhawk. With his off hand, he spins Warhawk around and smashes Dangerzone’s head into Warhawk’s. With that Blitzworth notices his partners in distress and he rushes to their aid. Once hitting the ring, he attempts to greet Mad Arab with a running lariat but, instead is met with a lowered shoulder block from the giant Arab. The six men continue to Brawl uncontrollably for a few moments before the ref is finally able to get everyone but Dangerzone and Lil Thuggee to their corners. Dangerzone then looks to assert himself with a flurry of running clothesline’s. After the second one, Lil’ Thugge anticipates the third and uses his momentum for a hip toss. With Dangerzone seated on the mat, Lil’ Thugge delivers a low drop kick to the small of his back. Dangerzone springs up withering in pain. While doing so, he is able to extend his hand for a Tag to The Blitz. Blitz comes into the ring like a house of fire delivering rights to all three Mad Slavers before going back to the legal man with a 3 point stance shoulder block. Blitzworth then picks up Lil ‘ Thugge and drags his face across the top rope until they reach the All-American’s corner. Then Warhawk is tagged in and he started pummeling his fist from the top turnbuckle to his opponent below as the crowd counts out 10 punches. Then, Warhawk makes a crucial error and Irish whips Lil’ Thuggee to his own corner and that gives him the opportunity to tag in Mad Arab. Mad Arab then makes a tag to Lil’ Thuggee and he connects with a cultist kick. Blitzworth’s head bounces hard off the mat and seems unconscious as Lil’ Thuggee covers him for the win. *
After the match, doctors rush in and The Blitz is hauled off on a stretcher.

With his opponent doubled over O’Hooligan is able to connect with a high knee that sends He-Beast to the mat. From there he is able to position He-Beast into a surfboard stretch. Eventually, The Barbarian musters the strength to power out of the move. With both men standing, He-Beast begins striking O’Hooligan with knife edge chops. This is followed by an Irish whip into a clothesline. He-Beast then picks up his opponent for a scoop slam. He-Beast than picks him up looking for an animal slam but, O’Hooligan is able to slide out and hit a drop kick. He-Beast buckles to one knee and that gives O’Hooligan the opportunity to lock in an abdominal stretch. The Barbarian appears to really be feeling the pain until he is able to elbow out of it. Once he is back to his feet, He-Beast beats O’Hooligan away with a head butt. This gives him a shot at turning the fight in his direction. After a few elbows to the head, he finally is able to pick O’Hooligan up for Animal Slam. With that, He-Beast is able to score the 1-2-3 win for huge victory. **
Backstage, Damon Van Winkle is signing his contract. “I told you I came here to settle family business. I’m here to stay.” At this point another person emerges. It’s the third Van Winkle, Terry. “Hey, brother, I think I should join you and Devin. We can tear this Federation up like a Texas Tornado!” “Just stay out of my way, Terry. I got somethings to take care of,” warns Damon. They are interrupted by another new signee. “You Van Winkles think you are so great with your family tradition and all but, tradition isn’t sexy, tradition isn’t Ravishing. Exotic Rick, on the other hand, well, I’m simply Ravishing.” Mr. Fantasy then comes in to the locker room with three contracts. “Fellas, there will be plenty of time to prove yourselves next month. For now just sign the contract. We got a show to keep moving.” *
Match 4: Wall Street v Stunt Men ^Tag Team Title Match^ The Stunt Men are already in the ring stretching and warming up, while Wall Street makes their way to the ring. We got these old Hollywood hacks tonight.” Mr. Tycoon responds, “Veep...you can’t blame him. He’s a smart business man and he knows that WE are the real money makers here. There is no way he could leave us off the card tonight.” With that, they hop into the ring. The bell rings and Star Boy starts off against Yuppie VP. Star Boy locks up with VP and transitions to a side head lock followed by a running bulldog. Quickly, Star Boy the moves in position and applies a seated chin lock. However, they are within an arms reach of Mr. Tycoon, who tags in. Tycoon delivers a European uppercut to the seated Star Boy and with that, he and VP are able to pound away at Star Boy while keeping him isolated. The champs pick apart Star Boy while making quick tags. As they start to really wear him down, Wall Street gets sloppy on Tag and they inadvertently allow him to crawl to Moon Man for a tag. Moon Man enters the ring fired up and starts nailing Yuppie with running lariat after running lariat. He then turns to Mr. Tycoon but, the wily millionaire drops down to the apron and that gives Yuppie a chance to recover. VP then comes up behind Moon Man for a belly to back suplex into a bridge for only a 2 count. A annoyed VP tags in Tycoon and he puts the disoriented astronaut into the Money Maker for a knock out win. **
Match 5: Dark Invader v Zen Dark Invader comes out with a mic in his hands and say, “I am here to conquer and I’ve heard about a supposed PRINCE. Well, if there is a kingdom to be conquered I’m here to take it. Come on out Zen and prepare to be vanquished.” Zen doesn’t hesitate and looks ready for a fight. As the match starts, Zen looks to play to his strength, agility. He avoids a test of strength and simply ducks between Invaders legs. When Invader turns he is waiting with a drop kick. Unfortunately, it just staggers the man in black instead of taking him off his feet. Next, Zen slings himself off the ropes looking to connect with a flying shoulder block but, nearly gets his head taken off by a standing clothesline from his opponent. Invader picks him up and laughs at the crowd before lifting him up for an electric chair drop. Zen, stunned, manages to roll out of the ring to gather himself before trying to launch another offensive. When climbing on the ring apron, Zen goes to the top turnbuckle hoping to fell the massive Dark Invader with a flying cross-body. However, his heroic attempt only gets him caught and on the receiving end of a wicked sides slam. At this point, Dark Invader figures it’s time to put Zen out of his misery and concludes the match with the all too familiar Choke lift and Star Destroyer combo before collecting the pin fall win. **
Match 6: Jet Set Strutter v The Annihilator ^World Title Match^ Jet Set Strutter comes down to the ring and sits at the commentator’s desk. He says, “Well folks, thanks for coming out. You hard earned dollars will keep my paycheck coming...”
He is interrupted however by, Mr Fantasy. “Jet, since you are the big draw, I’ve decided to give this crowd one more match. One involving you. Ohhh, and if you lose, not only do you lose the belt but, You will be kicked out of the weekly poker game.”
With that announcement, The Annihilator comes down to the ring. The bell rings and the two lock up. Annihilator tosses Strutter pack and Strutter on his knees backs up while begging for space to regain his footing. The Annihilator doesn’t oblige and picks him up by the hair and puts him in a side headlock to hit a bulldog but, the sneaky Jet manages to push his way out. With The Annihilator in a sitting position, Strutter connects with a swift kick to the back of his head. Strutter then picks his opponent up and drops him back on the mat with a snapmare takedown. The submission master, Jet Set, places his knee in the back of Annihilator while keeping him in a chin lock. Eventually, Annihilator gets a finger on the ropes but, Strutter makes sure to keep the hold locked on until the ref reaches four before breaking. Once both men are back to their feet, Annihilator strikes with a few rights and drives Strutter far enough back to sling himself off the ropes for a running lariat. However, the slick Jet, evaded him with a drop toe hold. Again, with his opponent grounded, Strutter takes the chance to showcase his submission skills by applying a cross face. Annihilator grimaces and even looks like he is going to tap before he barely gets his hand on the ropes, forcing another rope break. Once the men stand up, Strutter starts with knife edge chops that turn The Annihilator’s chest beet red. After that, Annihilator decided he must attempt another offensive. He starts punching his way out of the corner then flips Strutter over his should with a snapmare of his own. With Strutter seated on the mat, he kicks Jet Set in the middle of his back twice. It looks as if Annihilator might be turning the fight around. He picks Strutter back up to his feet and grabs his head and slams it into a turnbuckle. Then he runs with Jet Set to the opposite turnbuckle to do it again but, this time Jet Set uses his hands to block the blow. Strutter than launches a fury of elbows to Annihilator abdomen. With Annihilator doubled over after the elbows, Strutter grabs him for a bulldog. This positions Annihilator with his feet towards the center of ring. At this point, Jet Set is able to lock in the 6-figure leg lock. The Annihilator has no choice but to tap out. **

June 1980 Week 1 Mile One Centre: St. John’s, NF (Canada Centre)
Before the show, Mr. Fantasy has an announcement. Tonight we are from Mile One Centre in St. John’s, New Foundland. That’s right, we are taking the show on the road.
Match 1: Officer Chip v Max Attack A police siren blares, announcing Officer Chips entrance into the arena. He has a mic in his hand and addresses the crowd, “All of you Felons in the audience had better be careful. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has official deputized me.”
“Hey stop abusing your power and leave all these great Canadians alone. Back in the day, I had a boxing match against Soda Popinski here and this city rallied behind me. I came back and scored knockout win in the 5th round that night. You should can it before the same happens to you,” interrupted Max Attack.
With that, Mr. Fantasy uses the PA system to address the two wrestlers. “Guys settle it tonight in the ring.” The two combatants make their way to the ring and start with a lock up. Max whips Chip into the ropes and then leaps over him. After his feet hits the mat, he bounces himself off the other rope. As they charge at each other, both men go for a flying cross-body and collide in the air. Max gets up slightly quicker and nails Chip with an elbow to the head. Then Max bounces of the ropes and connects with a flying forearm right as Chip gets back to his feet. This causes Chip to stagger back and tumble over the top rope. With his opponent down outside, Max Attack is able to hit him square in the chin with a baseball slide. Trying to capitalize on the momentum, the scrappy southpaw catapults himself over the top rope towards the Officer, who scramble out of the way. Max hits nothing but metal guardrail.
While on the outside of the ring, Officer Chip is able to stomp away at his winded opponent before rolling him pack into the ring. Back in the ring, Chip grabs Max Attack by the hair and drives his head into the turnbuckle repeatedly. Feeling in control, Chip then steps back and taunts Max by putting his hands up like a box and prepares to land a left-right combo. However, the staggering underdog manages to bob and weave each punch. With each dodge, he seems to come more to coherency until he eventually lands a left hook of his own. Max follows it up with another before winding up for a big uppercut that misses. Chip adeptly steps back and then moves in for a devastating side slam. Then he picks the southpaw up and puts Max down with a cop drop. This gives Chip the opportunity to cover for a 1-2-3 pinfall. *
Match 2: Jobber Joe v Terry Van Winkle Like with most other new signees, Terry Van Winkle gets scheduled a “warm-up match” against Jobber Joe. However, it isn’t that simple. Joe gives him a fight from the start. A fired up Jobber Joe is looking for a win and displays great footwork trying to use is boxing/brawling background and quick feet to stay away from the family educated grappler. Joe looks like he might win and tries to put down Terry with a big right hook to the rib cage. Terry winces and grabs his mid-section as he drops to the mat. Both the ref and Joe lean in to check on Van Winkle when he reaches between Jobber Joe’s legs and rolls him him up. The ref counts to 3 and Terry wins however, he is clearly nursing a rib injury. *
Match3: Robo Electro v Ruffian After the match, Ruffian is seen back stage taking both Waldo the Dweeb and Herman the Nerd’s boots and tying them together and throwing them up to the rafters. With their proper attire, neither can wrestle in what was supposed to be a handicap match against Ruffian’s Tag team partner, Johnny Kobra. Seeing this, Robo Electro grabs a microphone and scolds the sophomoric Ruffian, “Ruffian, you are nothing but a bully. It time you face a nerd capable of disgracing you. Someone who can stand toe-to-toe with you and show everyone watching that being a bully doesn’t pay. That someone is me. So come out here, you coward.”
Ruffian casually strolls to the ring laughing the whole way. He rips the mic out of Robo Electro’s hands. “My father paid for my Harvard education. You know what that means? It means I’m and always will be better than you and your friends or you and your wannabe futuristic geek helmet.”
Mr. Fantasy again decides to make his presence known, “Guys, let’s make this a little more interesting. Whoever wins this match will be entered into a match next week for the TV Title’s number one contender.”
With that the bell rings to sound the beginning of the match. Both men circle the ring sizing each other up. After few minutes both men lock up and cocky frat boy is able to push RoboElectro back into a turnbuckle and knees him in the abdomen. With RoboElectro doubled over, Ruffian uses a snapmare takedown to drop him to the mat. Next, the frat boy connects with a low drop kick to the back of Robo. Robo gets to his feet and musters strength for a clothesline that turns the tide of the fight.
RoboElectro is able to repeatedly Irish whip and drop kick Ruffian. Each time is more emphatic than the last. After 5 drop kicks, Ruffian goes to roll out of the ring but is snatched up by RoboElectro, who then delivers a punishing swinging neck breaker. This prompts Robo to go for a pin that would result in a 2 count near-fall. Stunned, Robo delays in getting back to his feet. This gives Ruffian an chance to arise from the mat. The two lock back up and this time, Ruffian Irish whips Robo. Upon Robo’s return he is greeted with a stiff shoulder block. Ruffian than picks him up and takes a swing with a Wild right that misses. With that, the door is open and RoboElectro nails him with a discus punch. The stunned Ruffian then is an easy victim of a Sci-fi Slam and Robo claims the 1-2-3 pin-fall win. **
Match 4: Damon Van Winkle v The Schmuck In Mr. Fantasy’s office, The Schmuck is visibly annoyed. “I don’t see why I have to get in the ring with one of those Van Winkle brats. This girly Canadians don’t deserve to witness my skills. I could be used so much better than this.”
“Just get out there and do your job,” barked Mr. Fantasy.
Already at ringside, Damon Van Winkle is warming up as The Schmuck makes his way to the ring. As soon as he enters, Damon pounces on him with a flurry of knife edge chops capped off with a European Uppercut. Then he hooks up Schmuck for a hip toss, followed by a low drop kick that catches Schmuck in the back. Van Winkle then throws Schmuck’s back to the mat and goes for a pin that ends in a near-fall with Schmuck managing to get a foot on the lower rope.
This escape seems to fuel the frustrated Damon Van Winkle, who picks him up and power slams him back down towards the center of the ring before locking in the Van Winkle Klaw for a convincing win. **
Match 5: He-Beast the Barbarian v Great Ginzu w/Ryan Regret ^TV Title Match^ Ryan Regret comes down to the ring with a microphone after the commercial break. “I have brought a true contender to this Federation. He is a man of little words but, impressive power. You’ve seen him before but now, he has someone who can lead him to the greatness he is capable of. Let me introduce to you my newest client, from Japan, Great Ginzu.” As Ginzu comes down to the ring, Ryan continues, “He fought in the Battle Royale and March Madness tournament. He was also flown in to challenge for the title once but, now after signing to be represented by me, he is here to stay. I’ve already talked to Mr. Fantasy and he agrees that Ginzu is such a special talent that he deserves a shot at a title immediately. So He-Beast, you savage, come out and defend your new title.”
With that said, He-Beast the Barbarian charges to the ring and the bell rings. The two combatants circle the ring trying to gain an advantageous angle on each other. Finally, He-Beast lunges at Ginzu’s waist but, is side-stepped by him. The Barbarian winds up with his shoulder buried into the turnbuckle and Great Ginzu follows up with a body guillotine senton. Next, Ginzu whips the Barbarian to the opposite turnbuckle and charges after him only to be greeted with a back elbow. After staggering back to the center of the ring, Ginzu is out to the mat with an arm drag take down. He-Beast then tries to wear Ginzu down by locking him into a kneeling chin lock. Several moments pass before Ginzu is able to muster the strength to return to a vertical base and elbow his way to freedom. However, He-Beast doesn’t let the fighter from Japan build momentum. Instead, puts him in a side headlock; walks him over to the ropes; and runs his face a long the top rope. After that, the Barbarian is able to shoulder block Ginzu through the ropes to rings edge. Next, he applies a inverted face lock and starts delivering a flurry off inverted forearm clubs to Great Ginzu chest. He-Beast breaks the hold once the ref reaches four and Ginzu gets back on the right side of the ropes reeling after those strikes. From there, He-beast is able to use a snapmare to put Ginzu back on the mat. Trying to seize the opportunity, He-Beast goes to pick him back up but, is surprised with a sit out jaw breaker. The Barbarian falls to the mat and Great Ginzu nails him with a somersault splash. Both men gingerly get up from the impact but, He-Beast is the more disoriented of the two and this allows Great Ginzu to land a series of reverse knife edge chops before connecting with a devastating foot to the face. With He-Beast the Barbarian our ice cold, it’s an quick 1-2-3 pinfall win for Great Ginzu. ***

June 1980 Week 2 Olympic Stadium: Montreal, PQ (Canada Centre)
Mr. Fantasy opens the shows addressing the crowd, “Fans I have a treat in store if you tonight. Canada’s own Executioners are challenging for the Tag Team Titles. However, before that, let’s get the ball rolling with Exotic Rick’s in-ring Debut.”
In the ring is the always eager and ready Jobber Joe. Making his way to the ring is the new bright signing of the Fed, Exotic Rick. He gestures to have his music cut off. He scans the crowd and sees a really attractive 20-something lady with her boyfriend in the audience. He winks at her walks in front of them and flexes his muscles before blowing her a kiss and then hoping up to the ring apron.
When the bell rings, Exotic Rick puts Jobber Joe in side headlock and starts wrenching away. Joe breaks it by pushing Rick from his hips into the ropes. On the way back off the ropes, Rick connects with a lariat. Stunned, Joe gets back up and Irish whips Rick into the ropes. As Rick bounces off the ropes, the southpaw bends down as if to back toss his opponent but, the Exotic one simply stops his momentum and grabs Jobber for a swinging neck breaker. Rick then goes for a pin and, while covering Joe, spots the stunning lady from earlier. When the ref reaches two, Rick lifts Joe’s shoulder off the mat and makes a kissing face towards the lady in the crowd. He picks up Joe as he gets up and then gyrates his hips while standing back to back with his foe. Just like that he hits the move he calls the Exotic Awakening and pins Jobber Joe for the win. As Rick exits the ring, he walks over to the lady in the ring, offers his hand and pulls her over the guardrail. Afterwards, he cold cocks her man in the audience and then head backstage with the lady in hand. **
Backstage, Exotic Rick and the lovely lady from the audience walks past, Honest Al is there with Chief Buffalo. Al asks, “So Chief, what is it that motivates you to perform at such a high level in the ring.”
Chief Buffalo responds, “You know what, I am here to garner respect for my people. I am here to trample over anyone that stands in my way. Your people always puts obstacles in my people’s way. The white man doesn’t want my people to succeed. The white man just wants to disrespect Native culture and Mother Earth. I am here to teach the white man a less in the ring.” Disgusted by the question, he then stomps off. Dud
After a commercial break, Mad Arab is in the ring preparing to address the crowd. America has disgraced itself with a foreign policy that supports Israel. The American infidels think it’s okay to underpay Arab nations for petroleum and sell weapons to our emerges. I am here to bring Jihad to the ring. He is interrupted at this point by Warhawk’s entrance music.
Warhawk has a microphone and his music cuts out, “Mad Arab, if you don’t like what we do and want to make a scene at a wrestling event over politics, than you go back home.” Warhawk then charges down to the ring.
Once Warhawk hits the ring, the bell sounds and he opens up a flurry of haymakers before Irish whipping Mad Arab. Upon his return, Arab is met with a stiff clothesline. Once Mad Arab returns to his feet, the patriotic grappler goes for another Irish whip only to have it reversed. Coming off the ropes, Mad Arab greets him with a spinning back elbow. Now in control, Mad Arab picks up the American and racks his eyes before smashing his head into a turnbuckle. With Warhawk in the corner, Mad Arab The drives his shoulder into Warhawks mid-section three times. Winded, Warhawk staggers into Mad Arabs clutches for a scoop slam. With that the Arab goes for a pin but, only gets a two count before Warhawk musters enough strength to kick out.
Both men rise and lock up. Warhawks is unable to turn the tide and is hip tossed to the mat. Mad Arab then goes to stomp on his opponent but, Warhawk eludes him by rolling under the bottom rope and out of the ring. The escape gives Warhawk a chance to gather himself. When he returns to the ring, he locks up with Mad Arab again. This time, he drives Mad Arab back to a turnbuckle hard. With that, he mounts the second rope and starts pummeling his opponent as the crowd counts out the strikes. After the reach ten Machine Gun fists, Warhawk dismounts and connects with First Blood enabling him to cover Mad Arab for a 1-2-3 pinfall win. *
The crowd is then shown a scene of Soviet Union members Hammerhead and Mother Russia in a gym. Hammerhead is bench pressing while Mother Russia spots. After he busts out a quick 10 reps he ask, For Comrade Stalin, we must add more weight. Another 50 pound weight is added to both sides before Hammer proceeds to lift the impressive amount. Afterwards, Mother Russia laughs and the Clean and Jerks the same amount. Everyone is stunned. ***
After that, The Executioners come out waving Canadian flags and the crowd erupts. Spazz reaches the ring first and grabs a microphone. “Tonight we are going to make Canada proud. Tonight we are going to show Wall Street that Excellence cannot be bought.”
With that, out comes Mr. Tycoon and Yuppie VP brandishing their Tag Team Championship belts. Once they arrive at ringside, the bell rings and Yuppie VP and Spazz start things off locking up. Yuppie tries to Irish whip Spazz but, it is reversed and Spazz puts him down to the mat with a crushing shoulder block. Yuppie rises back up and is met with a series of four right jabs that connect square of the chin. This enrages Yuppie, who slings himself off the ropes and charges at Spazz. Spazz counters with a drop toe hold. Spazz then tags in Mercenary and he puts Yuppie in a abdominal stretch. While in the hold, Mercenary inches close to the Executioners’ corner and extends his free hand to his partner to increase the leverage in the hold. One the ref looks up they let go and this cycle repeats until finally, Mercenary tags in Spazz. Then the Executioners each grab an arm and Irish whip VP. When he returns, they connect with synchronized middle drop kicks. This prompts Spazz to cover for a two count.
Frustrated, Spazz makes a crucial error and whips VP to Wall Streets corner. As Yuppie’s back slams against the turnbuckle, Mr. Tycoon is able to tag himself in. Spazz, not paying full attention, charges after Yuppie and is surprised by a lariat from Tycoon. With his opponent down, the richest man in the federation mounts Spazz and applies a seated chin lock. Spazz manages to reach out for a rope break but, he is definitely feeling the effects of being stretched. Once both men are back to their feet, Tycoon takes Spazz by the head and rubs his eyes over the top rope. This gives Tycoon a chance to sit Spazz in the corner on the turnbuckle and then he repeatedly drives his shoulder into Spazz’s abdomen. Yuppie, from the ring apron is able to smash his elbow into Spazz’s upper back in-between each shoulder delivered by Tycoon. After the cycle repeats about 5 times, Mr. Tycoon tags Yuppie VP back in. Yuppie then uses a snapmare takedown to get Spazz on the mat. With Spazz sitting on the mat, Yuppie goes for a sleeper hold. Spazz begins to appear to fade when Mercenary begins chatting Can-a-da. The crowd quickly catches on and Spazz feeds off the crowds energy to fight off the hold. He finally escapes it using a sit-out Jawbreaker.
This gives Spazz an opportunity to crawl to his partner. With a hot tag, Mercenary enters the ring and is a house of fire striking both members of Wall Street with forearm shivers. Fired up, Mercenary then hip tosses Mr. Tycoon into the ring and nails both members of the defending tag team champs with a missile drop kick. With both opponents down, Mercenary locks in the Canadian Cloverleaf. Mr. Tycoon comes to and tries to break the hold but, Spazz enters the ring and charges at him with a clothesline that carries both men over the top rope and down to the concrete floor below. With no help from his tag team partner, Yuppie VP has no choice but to tap out. After the match, Mercenary and Spazz leads the crowd in singing O’ Canada as the show ends.

June 1980 Week 3 Alfond Arena: Orno, ME (The Ballroom)
The shows opens with Honest Al on a Bar stool in the middle of the ring. “My guest tonight shouldn’t need much of an introduction. He is the current World Champion, Jet Set Strutter!” opens Al.
Jet Set Strutter strolls down to the ring filled with bravado. He emphatically snatched a mic from one of the production guys. “Wooo! Al, you said it. There ain’t nobody on this planet who doesn’t mknow who I am! I’ve beaten the best and know I have proven I am the best. A perfect 7-0! I mean c’mon, name someone else without a loss. I’ve beaten Dr. B, Dicky Thunderbird, Bobby Blitzworth....the list goes on.”
He is interrupted at this point by the playing of the Soviet national Anthem...Out comes a trio waving the sickle and hammer. It’s Hammerhead, Iron Mask, and Vladimir the Cruel. “Typical American arrogance. You have no clue what it is like to work. We can’t wait to get a chance to strip that title from your waist.”
At this point, security comes down to escort the 3 Europeans out of the arena. ***
Match 1: The Dobermans v Nerd Alert Next, the camera shows the Doberman’s in the locker room lacing up their boots as Mr. Fantasy strolls in. “I’m giving you guys another test of your abilities. Tonight you guys got Herman Nerd and Waldo the Dweeb. So get down to the ring. They are already waiting for you.”
The Doberman’s look angry as the March of on the way. Clearly the are upset about being put through the ringer against all the other Tag teams instead of getting another shot title shot.
In the ring, Nerd Alert is stretching. The Doberman’s come down with a scowl and it’s Doberman Duke who enters the ring to start the match against Herman. Duke locks up with him and whips him into the ropes and goes for a hip toss that send Herman straight over the top rope. Herman takes a second before re-entering. Again, the two men grapple and this time, it’s the Nerd who whips Duke. Doberman Duke then returns with a devastating running lariat. With Herman on the mat, Duke tags in Denny and they whip Herman into the ropes. When he comes backs, they nail him with a double middle drop kick. The Nerd is out cold and Denny runs over to Waldo, who is waiting in his corner. Denny grabs Waldo and lifts him up over the top rope and holds him up high on his shoulders before delivering a match-clinching Doberslam. Denny then lines the two Nerds side by side and put on foot on each while the ref counts out a pinfall win. **
Match 2: He-Beast v Ruffian After the commercial, Ruffian comes out with a microphone. “The federation is rife with barbaric imbeciles. People who couldn’t last a day at an Ivy League school. I have decided to go to war against the idiocy that exists here and I’m going to start with one particular savage. He-Beast, you miscreant, get out here.”
A fired up He-Beast the barbarian runs to meet the challenge. As soon as the bell sounds, the two men lock horns. He-Beast Irish whips Ruffian into the ropes and greets him with a stiff shoulder block. He then begins to deliver repeated double ax handles as Ruffian struggles back to feet. Another Irish whip from He-Beast results Ruffian being back body dropped. Ruffian grabs his back after the landing and He-Beast takes advantage with an abdominal stretch. However, the Harvard educated Ruffian eventually is able to break the hold with a hip toss. Undeterred, The Barbarian gets up and grapples with Ruffian again. This leads to Ruffian being put into a side headlock. He-Beast then smashes Ruffian’s head into each of the four turnbuckles. Yet, when He-Beast looks to continue his momentum with a bulldog, Ruffian counters by sliding out and pushing He-Beast into the turnbuckle. Ruffian then brings the barbarian to the mat with a snapmare. The Harvard alum uses that as an opportunity to apply a headlock of his own.
After a few moments of being on the hold, He-Beast uses a sit-out jawbreaker to get free. Once both men are back to their feet, the barbarian Irish whips Ruffian and levels him with a running lariat. Then he grabs Ruffian and drags him to a turnbuckle and lands five thunderous chops across the Harvard alumni’s chest. Withering from those, Ruffian is easy prey for a Animal Slam and a 1-2-3 pin. **
After the match, Cutthroat comes to the announcers table and addresses the crowd, “Back in my days as an Oakland Raider, I was one of the strongest guys in the trenches on any given Sunday. I’m here to prove my strength against someone that should definitely be considered a credible opponent. So, Dicky Thunderbird, let do this. Arm Wrestle me!”
Dicky Thunderbird answers the call and charges down to ring side. He responds to Cutthroat, “I respect you having the guts to face to want to prove yourself face to face. Some people around here don’t have that courage.”
The two men lock arms and prepare for the arm wrestling match when the lights cut out. When they come back on, one man is standing, it’s not Dicky or Cutthroat but, it’s Brit Buckingham. He has a microphone and the other men are laid out. “Dicky, I still have a leg up on you. I always will. Cutthroat you are just Bloody victim,” he exclaims throwing the mic down. *
Match 3: ^Crusierweight Title Match^ Skullgore v Warhawk Skullgore comes out next and has a few words ready. “It seems like every week there is an American flag waving fool that comes out here and acts like some sort of pathetic patriotic hoax. Well, it needs to change. I’m going to beat the patriotism out of you, Warhawk!”
With that, the true American hero comes out to the ring with the national anthem playing in the background. He means business and immediately gestures for Skullgore to bring it. Skullgore keeps his distance until the bell rings. At that point Skullgore moves to lock up with Warhawk and is met an arm drag takedown. Warhawk repeats this two more times before Skullgore stops and stalks the ring before locking up again. This time Warhawk backs him up to the turnbuckle before the ref breaks them up. After the break, Skullgore takes advantage takes Warhawks eyes. This momentarily blinds the patriotic wrestler. Skullgore capitalizes and whips Warhawk into the turnbuckle. He then repeatedly shoulder blocks him against the corner. Skullgore follows that up with a standing hurricanrana into a pin for a two count.
Once both men get back to their feet, Skullgore doesn’t waste time and uses a snapmare to bring Warhawk back down. With his opponent’s back to him, Skullgore continues his momentum with a drop kick before placing him in a headlock.
After a few moments, the crowd starts to chant U-S-A and this fuels a Warhawk breakout. Once Warhawk gets back to his feet, Skullgore tries to immediately put him in a standing arm bar only to have it reversed. Warhawk then stomps emphatically as he twists Skullgore’s arm around and then behind his own back. Skullgore resorts to breaking the hold with a mule kick. The ref doesn’t catch the low blow and Skullgore tries to take control again by Irish whipping Warhawk to the turnbuckle. Skullgore follows this up with an attempt at a spinning back elbow but finds no one home. From there, Warhawk mounts the middle rope straddling his dazed opponent. He follows this up with 20 Machine Gun fists, each one counted out loud by the audience. After that flurry, Skullgore is finally subdued by a First Blood and Warhawk takes the victory. **
