March Mania Tournament '19 ROUND ONE RESULTS! We had on average 500+ votes for each poll! A couple upsets and some really close finishes! Polls open for ALL ROUND TWO MATCHES on MONDAY!

Let’s Go!!! Left Side I had DVW, Charmeleom and Warhawk going in and the right side.. Grand Manga, Pressley, and the other DVW! Lol I’m kind of disappointed I didn’t poll for Grand Manga  Guess I’m gonna have to destroy this guy they call Colbalt Commander next, and two matches that stand out in this next round are O’Hooligan x Thunderbird (Shocked he didn’t go more over on Piranha), and Reptile Ranger x Exotic Rick |

Lol I’m kind of disappointed I didn’t poll for Grand Manga Do you know how hard of a decision Skullgore vs. Grand Manga was for me? A matchup between the character who defines my identity on these forums going up against a character based on my favorite wrestler of all-time. I ultimately went with Skullgore with the justification that 80s Grand Manga is not at his peak form. |

That’s kind of what has me wondering with the new card, I mean it could be an upgrade or push of some sort in the card especially since the KOTR was to do so for many players back then and this March Madness tournament is most our equivalents to the tournament in game |

The Bug Buster has been squashed. Next up is Mighty Leo, who has already used up one of his lives against the Annihilator. In the next round of this tournament the Slashmaster will claim the remaining eight and prove that there is more than one way to skin a cat.

For me, Flawless One vs. Starboy will be the most difficult choice in the next round.
I think Flawless One is one of the best cards in the game, and he's also one of the few that only has one variation. So getting a new Flawless One card seems very exciting to me.
However, Starboy holds a special place in my heart as an 8MW original who makes for excellent storylines. And a new card, perhaps with some improved stats, could put him in GOAT territory.

When Average Guy wins can we get The Midnight Rider, I got my Silver Dollar waiting While I wish there was a chance that Ronnie Believer or Mercenary had a chance at a new card (Mercenary 90's heel leading New Hart Foundation, or member of Whole New Era would have been amazing), I can definitely support this card being made as I so happily cheered on both, Dusty Rhodes and Cowboy Bill Watts, when they utilized this character when they were respectively kicked from the company they worked for at that time due to losing a "Loser Leaves Town" match, iirc. Speaking of, a Loser Leaves Town match type would be awesome. Wrestler is not usable for a minimum one year period, and can't be paid to bring back like injured wrestlers can. |
