If Beyond Wardome or Tournament of Queens had a ladies 1 on 1 match or a ladies title match that could be the stage for the final match between Lyndi Harker and Almighty Dolla. It could have been a career vs title or a career vs career. Harker wanted to end Dolla's reign of terror but was unsuccessful and it cost her career.

I personnaly feel it would be better and more fun to make a timeline of what happened before the 80's so that we the players can book what happens in the playable decades more freely.

Let me try to explain what I think the OP is getting at here.
Have any of you ever played the Champions of the Galaxy card/dice game? They have this entire universe of made-up wrestlers, beginning from some fictional starting point - and you use that to book matches and create storylines while playing the games.
But there are a lot more details involved in the character bios and booklets within the sets, so you are able to know exactly who these characters are, where they came from, and what their wrestling career has looked like leading up to the present.
Creating a similar “history of events” within the 8MW Universe is a little trickier because 1.) we have been given much less background info on the characters, outside of the short write ups on their cards and a few known feuds, and 2.) there are real wrestler parodies mixed in, which actually have real history (like Chet Skye / Jessie Wild), along with characters like He-Beast The Barbarian, who is not an apparent parody of a real wrestler - and therefore has no real backstory.
So in order to be creative like the OP suggested, we’d need to take The Piranha for example, and determine where he came from? When did he start wrestling? In the 70’s? How did his feud with Starboy begin? What connection does he have to other characters in the universe? How did he and Troglo cross paths and become partners? What prompted him to create an alter ego in The Shark?
This would take a lot of work and a lot more creativity to pull off. Perhaps in time, the 8MW devs will provide us with more nuggets of information about its wrestlers and universe. Otherwise, it’s up to us to use our imaginations.

Having like an encyclopedia built in game would be suuuuch a sweet update!

While I would love to do this myself, I think there would be too much debate on certain points in the timeline based around the characters in-game; real life wrestlers, their team ups, feuds, etc.; years of pop culture events; and so on all compared to the years each wrestler card is available to be used. I would hate to see any part of the fantasy and, more importantly, fun of this game be taken out by anything done by my hand.

Touching back on my earlier Piranha example...
Perhaps he was a regular guy, a marine biologist, who fell into a pool of piranhas and was never heard from again ... until he returned to the world, half man/half beast, which led him to the only career path that would have him - pro-wrestling.
Or maybe growing up, Paul Anya’s mother forbid him from wrestling - but he snuck off and wore a mask to hide his identity in the ring. As he got older, and even more savage as a performer, he continues to hide his wrestling secret from his wife and kids - thus The Piranha persona - which keeps his true identity a secret to everyone ... except rival Starboy.
Anyway, we could throw around ideas like this all day. But that’s what our own personal feds are for, to be as creative as you want with storylines. I feel that 8MW gives us just enough to get us started, but doesn’t force us down any one way of booking a character - which ultimately might be for the best.

Even with that said, anything the devs want to do to increase the “lore” around this universe and it’s characters - I would be all for!
