There was a lot of protental wrestlers/parody subjects which were probably left out of the first game, because you only have room for so many. We have Cob...err, Copper Comander and Warhawk (G I.Rambo), but no wrestling Transformers.

Story: This guy might be the crime lord who killed T. Ray's sensei, killed T. Ray and Al. D.'s father, kidnaped T. Ray and Al D.'s sister, kidnaped T. Ray's girlfriend, and more importantly kicked T. Ray's dog. Or not. Anyways, he is powerful.

Based on: Jotaru Kujo from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders and also in Diamond Is Unbreakable.
