So I've already spent some money on this game and as well done as it is I won't mind spending more. With that in mind, should I pretty much buy all the cheaper cards when they pop up to make sure they don't show up again? Iv'e seen the same card two out of the last three shop resets.
Just curious what people think.

Yeah there was a period where I just bought up every card I saw so they’d stop showing up but idk if I’d recommend it. It’s good to have enough money where you can buy a Main Eventer without having to use a token ya know.
It just depends on what the card is. My first playthrough (I’m only three years in to my second one) I didn’t buy any ladies wrestlers bc of how little they’re used. And I check the wiki to see feuds and tag teams. If there’s a card with average stats and doesn’t have a tag team or any feuds then I’ll just save my money

It depends what sort of player you are really. Are you playing the game to create stories, etc or are you a collector/achiever.
The former I'd just buy what you feel would add to your fed. The latter...gotta catch 'em all!
But remember, the less cards less to buy (so the more cards you own) the more likely it is those rarer ones will pop up.

My advice would to be go through all the openers/mid carders to bulk out your roster, then once you have them, save up your in game money for when the higher level cards become available and will feel more 'special' within your fed during there run, untill you sign your next big star, and they get there run. Feels more organic that way.

That's what I'm doing now. I'm gonna buy those cards eventually anyway, so might as well.

Yeah, I went on a spending spree and spent like $30 bucks on cards and now kind of regret having so many.

I buy anything I can afford currently. I can decide if they are worth playing with after I own them and free up store space.

If you're a Type 1 completionist....Quantity over Quality (buy anything you can afford)....starts easy...ends hard.
If you're a Type 2 completionist...Quality over Quantity (buy cards that will help you earn more so you can buy the rest)....start hard.....end easy.
If you're a Type 3 completionist...One step at a time....(Do a type 2 for the 80s until you get everything for that decade, then do a clean 80s (or 85) run for cash only, then jump into the 90s doing a Type 1, use hearts to set up your deck and play on).
