I know a lot of ppl probably aren't gonna care, but I was playing WWE 12 & noticed they had dean Ambrose fcw entrance. do you think that means at some point they planned on having him & other fcw wrestlers in the game? Also, in svr 08 they had Kendrick & Londons entrance & everything, but they (weirdly) weren't in the game, despite being the top tag team at that time. I remember reading something where they said some characters didn't make it in, cuz they were too busy removing Benoit from the game. Don't know if it's true.

Ambrose entrance was most likely just a cool little Easter egg. & Kendrick & London I believe we're meant to be in 08 but didn't make it for one reason or another, & dlcs weren't a thing in the games back then. I don't believe wwe games started having dlcs till the next game, svr 09. |

How was Nikki not getting paid enough. She just recently hit the main( OK it's been a minute but not that long). that was waaay after the game came out. |

2k15 was the last time any important people were missing I'm pretty excited for 2k20, & hopefully they don't make the same mistake as 2k19. It really disappointed me Spanky wasn't in the game.

I'm going to be the weirdo and point out they rereleased the NES game WWF Steel Cage as WWE Steel Cage for plug and play and completely removed Hogan and replaced him with Warrior, what's weird is it's super obvious that they didn't put any work into it at all even though it's an 8 bit game. It does annoy me though, if they are going to do that why not add in more people that are on legends contracts that where active at the time? Beef up the roster a little more.
I remember in one of the N64 or Playstation games they had coding for a few wrestlers that didn't make it to the actual roster, I think it was Big Show and Shamrock but that has been many years ago so don't hold me to that. They had models and moves all made up but just got left in the coding. I can't remember what game it was though.

I remember in one of the N64 or Playstation games they had coding for a few wrestlers that didn't make it to the actual roster, I think it was Big Show and Shamrock but that has been many years ago so don't hold me to that. They had models and moves all made up but just got left in the coding. I can't remember what game it was though. It was the second Smackdown game. You needed a GameShark or a similar device to play as them. However, Big Show could show up if you did a Royal Rumble. It was basically just using assets from the first game. By the time the second one rolled around, Shamrock had left and Big Show was sent to OVW to get in better shape. On a related note, Big Show was not in Wrestlemania 2000 for N64 for the same reason. Of course, he was 1/4th of that year’s main event so they did the most logical thing possible: they replaced him with Stevie Richards. |
