I always question the validity of claims made by famous people on commercials including pro wrestlers. I hear all these good things on DDP Yoga and yet I have yet to meet one human being who has ever used it

I hear all these good things on DDP Yoga and yet I have yet to meet one human being who has ever used it I have friends who have done it. They were already in pretty good shape, though. Just viewed it as something different to change up their routine.

I hear all these good things on DDP Yoga and yet I have yet to meet one human being who has ever used it I used it. It was like $70 for the DVD Set when I got it. It includes a diet plan, about 12 different workouts, and he actually brings in the normal looking people he helped to be the instructors on the videos. I did it for a few months, got better cardio, lost weight, and felt better. Then life happened, I quit doing it regularly and gained weight back. I’m going to try it again and I’ll see if I can post results. It’s probably more real than most things in wrestling and it does help.

I've never tried DDP yoga as I was a indy wrestler up until a couple years ago and still maintain pretty good shape (got to make your gym membership worth it) but judging by my friends that have used it it seems to work pretty well. It does truly feel like one of the most real things in wrestling (Sorry AC)

It does truly feel like one of the most real things in wrestling (Sorry AC) No need to feel bad for me. I’m actually close to the best shape of my adult life right now. At age 22 I weighed near 400 pounds after hurting my back playing football and still eating like I was a collegiate athlete. I dropped 110 of it a few years ago, and have managed to stay near my college playing weight of 285 since then. Don’t get me wrong, I recognize that I fill up a doorframe, but when you’ve been used to carrying around the equivalent of a teenager more than you weigh now, it actually feels pretty decent. Ideally at 6’3”, I should drop about 60 more, which I’m sure if I followed DDP exactly I could do. (Weight charts will tell you I should drop another 90, but the people on the weight charts can’t leg press 800lbs.)

See...
I'm completely against this whole "getting into shape" buisness.
More mass is what this world needs. Toast those turkey legs and dribble ale down your chin.
Yoga never will feel ^ that good.

It is legit... I know several indy wrestlers that are into their 40's and said that DDP yoga worked wonders with flexibility, joint movement, and other ailments that come from old age. I have DDP yoga, but I have never tried it... guess I'm not old enough yet lol
