I was hoping for cena,and ended up with a retcon that undermaster was never his name and now he was always slashmaster his whole career

I find it interesting that he is going by Slashmaster and not Undermaster. Of all the things to change, this seems like the one thing that you wouldn't change, but, it's nice to see that the legends will be in this game as well. I wonder how these will reflect on the stats of each wrestler.

Hold on... I just thought of this.
The Undermaster's card says "Slashmaster is finally dead" in the card bio. Maybe, the reason why this is called Slashmaster and not Undermaster, is because maybe, the Slashmaster still lives on in the hearts of the fans, just like how the Undertaker, despite being a dead man (in gimmick), lives on, in the hearts of the WWE Universe (For God's sake Vince, just let him retire peacefully).

This is the absolute best news I could've asked for. When they said they were going to announce a legend I was expecting the WWE's invisible man, but this is so much better! You'll never get rid of me.

Now if we just get Kane(in mmw & 80smwr) this'll be perfect. Also, thanks for adding the pic!(I assume it was Mr. Fantasy).

With that said, I do kinda want to give my thoughts on what his stats will be, given that foils might still be in the game.
Skill: This is probably going to be around 10 to 12. He could put on good matches, but mostly because of the other wrestlers involved, especially when he was only appearing at Wrestlemania.
Mic: Hmm, I say 12-13, he could still cut a good promo around this time.
Pop: 17, no doubt. He was always a mysterious presence, making it work great with the Creepy Vignette. He has to have 17 Pop, or else this wouldn't be Undermaster.
Push: 15 to 16. He was still winning more matches than most of the other guys in the WWE, especially with "The Streak".
(Side note: I also found out why he looks a bit chubbier. Since 90s Extreme, he's gained a whopping 5 pounds.)

I have to say.. the art for this game consistently impressed me. I think the design is perfect. I wouldn’t bat an eye seeing something like this in any comic book. It shows he’s aged but i mean.. the characters drawn like he has the strength to throw a bus. Fricken perfect

Red and black resembles Freddy's sweater. I would be comfortable if he has a hocky mask belt buckle. |
