New Game+ One time purchases?

I finally finished my first lap of the decade, and had a lot of fun!

But starting my second run, I hit a couple of snags. I wanted to buy the WWW (now that I understand the mechanics better) but have no tokens (and I couldn't access the card store from the fed selection screen)

I thought "oh well, at least I bought Mr. Fantasy the first time around so he'll be unlocked." Except he isn't, and I was prompted to spend a token again.

Is this working as intended? It's going to be a major pain saving up for anything without Mr. Fantasy.


I would've loved to access the store and spend cash on a token to get the WWW too :/

Hmm, Mr. Fantasy should be unlocked once you've purchased. We'd recommend waiting for the 8MW9X release, which is coming real soon, to proceed.
