So with all the crap going around about Marko Stunt recently I was wondering what everyone here thinks. Personally I like him, sure he's small but I don't think that really matters as long as he's used properly. I think Bubba Ray Dudley brought up a great point when he mentioned Spike Dudley. Spike was small but over like crazy in ECW, & if not for him we might not have gotten Devon & Bubba as the legendary tag team they became.

I think het is a great person to have on the roster as long as they book him in a way that is befitting of a person of his stature. He can bump, so he should be thrown around by bigger men like Luchasaurus and can occasionally be made to look resilient against midcarders, in a hard-to-kill cockroach kinda way. He obviously shouldn't go hold for hold with someone like Mox or Omega

I'm in the camp that Marko Stunt has no business being in a nationally televised wrestling promotion in his current state. He looks like someone's child was allowed in the ring. Now, I'm not knocking the kid because I'm glad that he's getting the opportunity to live the dream, but he doesn't do himself any favors with his presentation. Guys like Drave Maverick (Rockstar Spud), Lio Rush, and Rey Mysterio are around the same size, but they look like athletes. Putting on some muscle weight and getting a tan can surprisingly improve one's presentation in the ring. But as he is currently he's really only fit to be used as a mascot for Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus or be tossed around for both his offense and when he's taking a beating.

I can get this but Spike Dudley was a small guy who looked like he came out of some trailer park, but he still felt legit the way he was used. I don't think Marko Stunt should be winning any titles, unless it's the tag with the right partner(Luchasaurus), but he could be a resilient underdog, but I do agree he should put on some muscle, that's my only real problem with him.

I'm not saying he needs to be a top star, but I feel he has a place.

Marko in his current state (assuming he doesn’t gain muscle) is living his best life right now. He is genuinely entertaining, but in a business built on suspension of disbelief, he’s pretty much topped out as far as how he’s being used now. He’s looked great in everything they’ve put him in, but he can’t be anything but the plucky underdog, whereas someone like Jungle Boy (or Jungle Jack Perry, as JR calls him) is more believable in the same role and is significantly bigger, giving the booker more flexibility.
There’s room for Marko just like there’s room for Ace Romero, for Spike Dudley, and for all the non-perfect body types. It’s just not at the top of the card.

I'm a fan, I've heard people say he's too unbelievable in the ring and it takes away but to me they can use that to tell a completely different story than with two guys who are roughly the same size or with some less major size differences. Dude can go in the ring, he's fun and entertaining, and he I think he adds something to the Jurassic Express. Do I think he will ever be world champ? Does it really matter if he's world champion as long as he's enjoyable in the ring?
