& I actually like Corny so don't know where that came from Don’t sweat it bro, you was just passionately defending something you like. No crime in that. I think I was just trying to troll? I'm not sure, like I said I was on some shit

I ended up watching Full Gear, and honestly, I liked it a lot. A lot of the matches were solid works and it made sense given the circumstances.
As for the Janella and Shawn Spears match, the events that transpired it actually happened on AEW Dark, where Shawn and Tully tried to pull out Joey Janella's tongue after Janella "made fun" of Tully. I see why people wouldn't know why the match was happening, and the match itself was nothing to write home about, but they did need a match somewhere to fill in the time, so, I guess this was it.
As for the Lights Out Match, I went in having seen the 2 other Lights Out matches already, so I knew what to expect, but they went beyond that. For a feud closer, it was the perfect level of violence and chaos that was necessary. It didn't go over the top like a CZW Deathmatch and it didn't have the whole "brawl for the sake of a brawl" feel, but it didn't have to. I understand why people would hate it because of how silly some of it seems, but hey, at least it didn't have 200 light tubes and barbed wire ropes, or even an explosion. The barbed ware board was a fun spot, and it helped show that they'd do anything to get a win, even if it means sacrificing their own body.
Other than that, I agree with a lot of the sentiments made about the show as it is, so I won't divulge into those.

There was more psychology in that match than most people, myself included, picked up.
It had to be pointed out to me that in Omega’s Undertale entrance two weeks ago, his best friend abandoned him. That, of course, was Kota Ibushi, his Golden Lovers partner. The move that cost Kenny the match was the missed Phoenix Splash— Ibushi’s finisher until recently.
In my opinion, we get a badass Mox and a Cleaner on the verge of a mental breakdown which will let him tweak and develop his gimmick as he does from time to time. It’s very consistent storytelling, well thought out, and is three levels above any booking I could have done myself.

Well on the next episode of dynamite these guys better be coming out bandaged up to the high heavens and at least selling the fact that they went through a war.

"Mark" was kinda a new insult back in the 90s, it hits boomers harder than millennials though and Gen X don't care for it much but are too cool to really show much one way or the other.
What?

speaking of new insults What's a "boomer" It's short for "baby boomer". An attempt at the younger SJW crowd to insult anyone older than them.
