For me, I rushed Zed to max stats for Opener staus and had him changed to the Gregorian. I like the idea of a zombie-turned-monk, and the Gregorian looks badass.

Same here, but not by design. Zed just happened to be the first card who got his stats maxed out. I do love Gregorian and I've already pushed him up to the Upper Midcard with plans to elevate him to Main Eventer.
The other cards I've changed are:
- Banger
- Clutch
- Flint Decker
- Gridiron
- Haruki Enyu
- Hijack
- Hotwire
- Hustler
- Intruder
- Shaolin Hero
- Silvergod

Ive only changed komodo to void and that was in part due to paying which i said to myself I'll no longer do. But curiosity got me and I wanted to see how it all worked. I need to start committing to one person at a time, i get too distracted when i try to juggle

My first was Samba,which was cool at the time but hasn’t payed off in the long run.
And then I changed Richie B to Billions and he’s been world champ for 2 years now so I’d say he payed off.
Next up is tank to big tony so I can have all of underworld and because I love tony

Anyone else wish you could change gimmick without changing status? I'd like to change certain peoples gimmick, but still keep them as an opener for example to still have my favourites in an 'opener only' match for example

I just did my first gimmick change. I changed Seraph into Magnifico Jr. I have Diablo and Siberia ready for gimmick changes as well, I just need to upgrade their status.

My fist 3 were Shaolin Hero into Lion Hero (not worth it, Lion has NO feuds) followed by Emperor Enyu, then Abe Buckingham. (both 100% worth it)
