So despite the fact I have his pop maxed out,he somehow earned an extra point. Checking his card it doesn’t show he has 22 pop,and just shows he’s at 21 of 21. Has anyone else seen this?

Wrestlers still roll for stat upgrades anytime they're involved on a Show, regardless of where their card stats are currently sitting. If the stats are maxed, those rolled points don't accumulate and wait for you to upgrade.
