Sometimes it makes me wonder if they pissed off Vince before being hired, as in, saying something about him or the WWE in an article or on social media somewhere. Let us not forget how Vince got one of Crocket's (Later WCW) top guys and main booker, Dusty Rhodes, and put him in that black with yellow polka-dot gear just because he had caused Vince frustration in the past. Another case in point was with Terry Taylor, who was becoming a solid booker at the time he joined WWF, and I believe he made disparaging remarks about WWF while he was trying to help boost Bill Watts' Mid-South change over to UWF. His punishment: The Red Rooster. Dusty made that polka dot abomination work though. We may find out in a couple decades that War Machine made comments that pissed Vince off on a shoot interview four years before they got hired… or it may be that Rowe and Sarah Logan (Valhalla) actually embrace Viking culture IRL— didn’t they have a Viking themed wedding? It’s may be its just that old trope of “their real selves turned up to 11” in their case. Yeah, all three actually live the Viking life, in a Viking village community when not on the road. They did indeed have a traditional Viking wedding too. But, I believe they could have been used better in WWE IMHO, especially with how agile they are for big men. Granted the injuries didn't help their cause.

Unfortunate, but he's better suited as a soccer commentator. He's a delight on MLS broadcasts.

Hopefully he's gone for good this time!!!

Endeavor are thinking of getting rid of a lot of more people. In particular, those who are close friends to Vince. Also looking further into what's happening, I would say Brock would be gone too.

If the allegations against Vince are even remotely true, which I’m guessing they are, then he should have stayed gone when he left the first time.

I read the “incentive to re-sign for a wrestler” with some anxiety. Is that the Brock link you’re seeing Daisy? I also like Duke’s point. Hopefully TKO makes it that what Vince should do isn’t overruled (as it usually has been) by what Vince wants to do.

The Brock link I saw was that with an add on to what you read saying it was a Former UFC Heavyweight Champion and Former WWE Champion. If my history is correct, I believe Brock is the only one. It would also make sense seeing the relationship between both Vince and Brock with him literally leaving WWE when Vince originally retired.

Considering how others have confirmed it was Brock, I'd say he's gone. Was talking about it with my boyfriend, and he expressed annoyance about how that really taints the passing of the torch he did for Cody at Summer Slam. I told him that if people can separate Benoit's body of work from his heinous actions, I expect people will do the same for Brock. Either way, to anyone, ANYONE, involved in that, whether in the acts or the cover up, Get The **** Out.

I know we're only a small community but it may be worth not speculating, just in case.

I know we're only a small community but it may be worth not speculating, just in case. Agreed. Suffice to say that WWE may be in a better position to recover from something like this on an institutional level on account of buyout, and this clearly being centered around Vince.... than say 10 years ago....which would likely have crippled the entire thing. Scandals in major organizations have become too commonplace for my taste. And makes me think that the things we hear from some former wrestlers during shoot interviews aren't just jealous comments from guys who didn't get what they wanted. IN fact...I fully expect quite a few of them to come out with new ones just to cash in on this.
