I probably missed it somewhere in the forums, but since I couldn't find info, I made this thread.

What is the deal with Mandonna, particularly the complete voice change between the 80s and 90s versions? They sound so different, and still seem so wrong for the body shape

That's an odd thing to believe for no reason. It is in fact the same voice actor doing both versions of Mandonna. 10 years passing and a complete reinvention of a cross-dressing gimmick can do a lot to a man's voice.

Yes! I just knew Adrian Adonis was part of Mandonna's DNA.

And, sorry. I was only guessing about the voice actor change. It was just a guess off the top of my head.
