Who do you guys think should jump to AEW? Personally I think Jordynne Grace would literally destroy the roster. I'd love to see her against Nyla Rose. Female hoss fight!

Kairi Sane jumps out to me. She's been doing jack shit in WWE and it makes a lot of sense for her to go to AEW where she could do more.

Stardom has very restrictive contracts (IE: why Bea Priestley and Riho don't appear on AEW much), but I think Syuri Kondo would be a great fit. She has a legit MMA background they could play up, and she's excellent at "playing to the cheap seats" in that her facial expressions and movements are perfect for American wrestling.

I know this is going to sound weird but Carmella. She can talk on the mic and put decent matches. After her championship reign, all she has done is teamed with R-Truth. And R-Truth is never going to leave WWE since he’s like 40 now and he’s already wrestled for a long time but Carmella is still young. I think she can become a great wrestler just needs to be given the time and good booking to be one.

How about "The Queen of Strong Smile" Rachael Ellering? WWE let her go back in April or May while she's been recovering from a knee injury. She's a second generation talent that I can't believe WWE couldn't figure out what to do with.

I'm not sure if they're signed or if the tag tournament is a one-off, but AEW may have added two standout female competitors, one of whom I suggested and another I would have suggested had this thread been posted more recently.
Rachael Ellering and "Lil' Swole" Nicole Savoy. (NOTE: Lil' Swole is an AWFUL name, probably worse than Big Swole, which is also the worst).

I was surprised that AEW let Bea Priestly go, she was one of their better female workers (small pool).

I was surprised that AEW let Bea Priestly go, she was one of their better female workers (small pool). She’s very good. I would assume it had to do with her availability during Covid rather than her in-ring work... or perhaps her association with Will Ospreay during the Speaking Out campaign. They let Havoc go at the same time, and he was a name that was caught up in that as well.

Could possibly be Stardom related, as I noted above they have very restrictive contracts and even though she's not actively competing there right now due to COVID-19, it could be an issue of her not being allowed to work outside of Stardom for the time being.
Then again, Stardom stripped Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter of their tag belts, so my theory could be complete bunk for all I know.

Then again, Stardom stripped Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter of their tag belts, so my theory could be complete bunk for all I know. While things may have changed when Bushiroad took over, there is nothing to indicate that Bea’s contract with Stardom has anything to do with her release. Jamie Hayter does not have a contract with Stardom, but obviously COVID-19 is keeping her from traveling to either company. Stardom only stripped them of the tag titles because there is absolutely no indication of when they will be allowed to enter the country. Jamie has also turned down deals from WWE and AEW, indicating to them that when the restrictions are lifted, she plans on moving to Japan and signing with Stardom. Even with contracts, how much they’ll be allowed to work outside of the country. They have been ramping up the number of shows they run annually for the past couple years and the Bushiroad acquisition will at the very least keep up that pace. So, trips outside of Japan will definitely be fewer. No one wants a repeat of what happened with Toni Storm when she had the World of Stardom Championship (completely unplanned, was made on the fly when Mayu got injured in their match) and her future schedule was so busy she was hardly there to defend the title. That was a big factor in them deciding to lock up Bea Priestly once she became the top foreigner to a deal in the first place.

I watched through Toni’s run with the belt pretty recently and I agree it was a weird period for the company. At least Io Shirai was there to make the White belt the de facto top title.

Not ashamed to say I have a bit of a school boy crush on Toni Storm.
She's FAF, great in the ring and a massive Motley Crue fan! If she's into beer, Manchester United, Calgary Flames and darts too she'd be the perfect woman lol.
