Game Mechanics

I’m curious. Does anyone know how the mechanics for matches work? I read somewhere else on this site that it’s basically a d20 roll modified by Push and other things. However, during matches, I’ve seen moves followed by +1 or +2. Do these actually affect matches and/or ratings?

Also, what about mics and skits?
