Hey guys,
Yesterday I got back the results of my test and it seems like I've tested positive for COVID. This means I'll be confined to my house for at least the next two weeks and I already know that I'm going to get annoyed by this at some point. I assume some of you have already been quarantined over the past year. What do you do to keep yourself distracted?
I'm putting this in Nostalgia, because I hope all of this will be in the past sooner rather than later.

I've been lucky enough not to have contracted it yet, but we've been through 2 lockdowns in the UK so far, and where I live has been in "tier 3" for the last couple of months too, which is basically like a lockdown only with shops open.
I'll be honest, I've really struggled. My job means I can work from home and we have been since March. I've only going into the office 1 day a week since September. But that's the only social interaction I've been getting, other than via a Skype call with a few mates every Saturday night.
I've hammered my DVD collection...and Netflix so it's got to the point I'm beginning to re-watch stuff.
PS4 and PC have kept me entertained to a point too but it's also meant I've been able to read a lot, which I've not done much of the last couple of years.

I've been looking forward to some time off from work, but it hits different when I get that free time due to getting the virus. I still have quite the backlog on the PS4 and I was planning to ramp up my workouts, but my body continuously feels like I just put in 4 hours at the gym and I can't get myself to actively do something.

I've been watching BattleBots Netflix and Youtube (I was playing on my Switch but it somehow bricked itself and I can't connect it to the internet)

I had a good mate who got it and he was very much the same. It wiped him out for first 3-4 days then he would be breathless doing simple things like walking up the stairs. Take it easy but try to keep the mind active.

I watched every Stardom show from August 2017 to today. I started in April when Japan locked down and there weren't going to be any new Stardom shows for a while. I just recently finished and Stardom started up again full time in August after a start/stop due to someone getting sick in July.
Unfortunately the world isn't back to normal yet so now I'm just trying to find things to keep busy aside from working from home.

I've mainly been doing school, which I do from home to allow me to work more. Unfortunately the pandemic hasn't allowed me to get a job. I've also been playing tons of video games with the boys, and watching youtube.

I’m the worst person to ask, because I’ve been busier during pandemic than any other point in my life. That being said, to avoid going stir crazy the next couple weeks, here’s a quick to do list:
1. Repeat what 600,000 people did on Jan 4, 1999 (a night I remember so fondly) and watch the first hour or so of the Nitro from that day, wait until Schiavone utters the line, “That’ll put some butts in the seats,” and then watch the Raw from that same date.
2. Hallmark Christmas Movie drinking game. One drink each for when the big city girl makes an embarrassing mistake, she’s forced to go to a small town, she meets a moderately handsome craftsman (bonus if they have a shared past), she is shown by townsfolk how to be kind, the big city boyfriend/fiancé shows up and creates trouble, she breaks up with said fiancé, rejoins the craftsman, finds love, and learns the true meaning of Christmas. Plastered in two hours.
3. Post a couple of times over on the RP board. Miss you over there.
4. Read The Silmarillion. That’ll kill half your quarantine right there.

It's like the bible, but set in Middle-Earth.
