I don't care for the linear booking with all the #1 contenders matches. I only play classic in 80s. I'd love to see this option brought over to modern mania

I'd be all for this. While Linear booking is easier for newer players, I feel that the classic nature of 80s Mania booking allowed for some more fun things to happen without giving them away before the P4V (like maybe you want to debut a new wrestler to challenge for the World title or maybe a hoshposh tag team). Whatever the case may be, linear booking does have it's drawbacks.
The only thing the modern team would have to do is come up with ideas for the matches each P4V will have and a set of cards chosen at random (similar to how 80s Mania does it).
