I'm hoping for a Dande victory so we can get a Trish card this year. I'm using Bomshell as a stand-in for most runs.
I'd also settle for a Peggy Bundy alt for Succubus.
Also I was just thinking about this: Is Elara Nexus supposed to be Alundra Blayze?

I know, but the feud with Gorgon makes me think she's mashed up with Alundra.

A Madusa card is the main one missing for me. Although if you think "Attitude Era" there's a fair few names there too:
- Trish Stratus
- Ivory
- Jazz
- Jacqueline
- Sable
- Luna Vachon
- Sunny
- The Cat
- Terri (manager card)
Nice to see this happening for MMW too.

A straight up Madusa variation would be nice.
I'm only guessing the Elara feud might be that's there a hint of alien in Gorgon but you never know with these things.

I've been made to assume that Elara Nexus was an amalgamation of Samus/Alundra Blaze with a later Pink Ranger too in her alt.
To be honest, and I know this goes way back, but Leilani Kai, Judy Martin, or Rockin' Robin from the 80's wouldn't be bad either. But Leilani could be her own and not an alt of someone, and have her own alts as her character did change. Maybe in a later patch we get a Jumping Bomb Angels and a Glamour Girls and can have one of the rare 80's female tag team feuds.
An AWA/WCW Medusa version of of Elara Nexus, where she actually has some blonde snakes for hair, and her bio is she was infected by one of the aliens and turned evil, might not be a bad idea here.
But we have to remember it's the winning female that gets an inspired new wrestler, so vote for who you think is best (or could best inspire another character).
EDIT: After rereading the main blurb, it doesn't say "inspire a new female card", it says "inspire a new wrestler card", so there's way, .way more options I had not considered

I would love to see someone have an alt of Babe, the Farmer's Daughter, for more GLOW representation. So, any other GLOW wrestlers you want to see? Wallflower?

Alundra Blayze/Madusa is the one for me....plus won't mind Teela as a tag partner for Aurora being added along with a Ladies Tag Belt! Yeah kind of thinking the same thing, even though women's tag belts were not often used in the 80's nor 90's. But that's why I was thinking Glamour Girls, Jumping Bomb Angels, plus I know there were more that just don't spring to mine. And we can have some of the current women become full female tag teams instead of just mixed. |

This year’s tournament should be interesting. In past tears, I feel like the possibility of the inspired cards really dictated the final rounds and eventual winners. Most of those were easy to predict, but I feel like that is going to be harder with this year’s field.
