I'm sure there's potentially a worse one than the four you selected. I voted for 12 because it's totally a one match show. Personally I'd say 15 is worse than any of the four on this poll though.
Mania 9 had one of the coolest arena setups (Caesar's... Parking Lot) though.

Like eleven I think it’s forgettable except for micheals and diesel (and I only remember that because of 2K14) 12 I think is a two match show because Diesel and Taker was a pretty good match. 15 I think was good because Austin and rock never had a bad match with each other.

7 has to get a mention surely.
Other than Warrior/Macho.

For as much crap as Wrestlemania 9 gets, the worst one by far, in practice and even in concert, was Wrestlemania 2.
Hogan v Bundy in a cage was the headline match, which isn’t exactly the most exciting match on paper, and it turned out to be exactly what you’d think— punches, kicks, Hogan slams Bundy and lolHoganwins. The build up to the match was far better than the match itself. The tag title match was the only good match on the card (Bulldogs v Valentine & Beefcake), but the biggest problem was the concept: three venues. So, if you bought a ticket, you only saw four of twelve shows live, and the other eight would have been broadcast to your arena.
Imagine being in the Nassau Coliseum, paying for Wrestlemania, and the only matches you saw live were Paul Orndorff v Magnificent Muraco to a four minute double countout, Macho Man v George the Animal Steele in a five minute match, Jake the Snake over George Wells in three minutes, and the Piper v Mr T boxing match.

I always assumed that each venue had full cards and they only televised a handful from each, had no idea they had to watch the rest on TV lol.
