Do I think this is permanent? No. Do I think this could be one of the most important things in wrestling for a while? Yes! While this has been mildly talked about in “Vince McMahon is in big trouble” this feels like it deserves it’s own thread. Furthermore, Stephanie taking over after she stopped having power over WWE is ironic to me and does sorta make me chuckle.

He's still in charge of creative as of right now, which for us as fans is the job that would make the biggest difference in the product, so I wouldn't expect anything other than "business as usual" for the time being.

And the current booking where there's 5 or 6 potential legit challengers is actually pretty damn good. Whoever beats Roman is made for life...until WWE screw it up like WWE always screws it up.

Really not sure what to think about VKM's appearances on SD & Raw the last couple of shows.
Part of it is clearly him being him, but part of it almost seems like a goodbye. He's made a point of thanking the fans on both shows.
Strange.

He's made a point of thanking the fans on both shows. Strange. Like he knows that the writing is on the wall for him Nah, this is a classic play from the Vince McMahon playbook whenever he or the company comes under fire. Go out there and show you are having a good time. How could a person act like that if they were guilty of some malfeasance? It must not be true if he can strut out with a smile on his face! And listen to the crowd cheering; they wouldn’t cheer a guy if he was that bad! The main thing is to make everything appear that it is just business as usual. I’m very skeptical that he will face any serious consequences out of this. It certainly doesn’t appear that the incident that has come to light in the past week will be enough. John Laurinaitis will fall on the sword, glad-handing yes-man that he is. I think a lot more revelations have to be brought to light before Vince is in any real jeopardy.
