Voice: Tables… Bungee Cords… The Entire Arena… Championships will be decided and fates will be sealed… all because these brave and bold competitors seek one true prize…

(Cut to inside the building. The camera sweeps across the arena, showing a packed house full of fans cheering and showing off their homemade signs. We cut to another camera that slowly pulls in on Mick LeRay and Sean Beeman at the commentary position)

LeRay: Hello wrestling fans, this is the JWA coming to you, live and direct on pay per view with our flagship event - Fortune & Glory! I’m Mick LeRay, joined as always by “Savvy” Sean Beeman.

Beeman: I almost can’t believe it’s already time for Fortune & Glory again. Where does the time go?

LeRay: Let’s not waste any time telling you what’s in store for tonight’s card. And here to do that, as always, is our own Toni Cruise. Take it away, Toni!

(Cut to Toni Cruise standing in front of a screen with graphics for the matches displayed behind her)

Toni: Fans, as usual the JWA has an incredible card put together. Let’s look at tonight’s matches. First, we’ve got what will now be a Tables Match between JWA newcomer Omega Satyros and Chief Buffalo. It didn’t take long for this thrown together match to turn personal over the past few weeks. We don’t know much about Satyros, but we do know that the big Chief can be a rampaging animal in the ring. Which man will successfully put the other through a table first? We’ll find out later tonight!
Then we have a highly anticipated Falls Count Anywhere Match between Tommy End and Red Pirate Rogers. These two men have had some epic battles in the past, and tonight should be no exception as they’ll have the entire arena at their disposal. Will the Dutch Destroyer once again stand tall in victory, or will the Crimson Captain swashbuckle another victory off to the high seas?
Following that is another first time ever match in JWA, as the JWA Women’s World Championship will be decided in a Bungee Cord Match! Winter Hex will defend the title against the persistent and plucky thorn in her side, Sakura Watanabe. Who will still be standing on the platform at the end of the night as champion, and who is going for that long ride down? We know that Daisy Turner and Miss Jessie will definitely be in attendance and keeping a close eye on the outcome of this match.
Then it’s the main event - one fall, 60 minute time limit - for the JWA World Heavyweight Championship. “Relentless” Conor Caine defends the title against “Lord” Taylor Thorin. We saw Thorin use several tricks to defeat Caine in a Strap Match to earn this opportunity, and Thorin has had the stipulation added that Caine can lose his title if he gets disqualified. His Lordship claims this is to protect the integrity of the championship, but I think we can all agree he likely has an ulterior motive. Will this stipulation lead to a new JWA World Heavyweight Champion, or will the Relentless Era continue? Fans, we’re about to find out tonight at Fortune & Glory!

(Cut back to Mick and Sean at the commentary position)

LeRay: Thank you, Toni. A stacked card, as always.

Beeman: Speaking of “stacked”…

LeRay: SEAN! You can’t talk like that!

Beeman: What? I was about to say that the ring crew is stacking tables at ringside for the opening match! WHAT?

LeRay: You seem to have a personal issue with Omega Satyros, which is impressive even for you, considering the man only just arrived in JWA.

Beeman: Just you wait. I’m going to expose that fraud!

LeRay: I take it you’re rooting for Chief Buffalo, then?

Beeman: None other! I can’t wait to watch the big Chief crush that masked imbecile back to wherever he claims to be from!

LeRay: How about the falls count anywhere match between Tommy End and Red Pirate Rogers?

Beeman: That’s actually a tough one. Normally I would side with End but in this type of match we might see some real ingenuity from that Poppycock Pirate.

LeRay: Who do you think will win the Bungee Cord Match for the JWA Women’s World title?

Beeman: I still can’t believe that Winter Hex is being subjected to this nonsense. Or that we’re going to have to watch it. And you and I have to call it, Mick! What has this business become?

LeRay: Alright, who do you have in the main event?

Beeman: We’re going to see a new World champion here tonight, Mick, mark my words! That bonehead Caine is going to slip up and break one rule too many and that’s going to be his downfall. What an incredibly smart move it was for m’Lord to add the stipulation that Caine can lose the title on a disqualification!

LeRay: I’ve seen Caine wrestle countless times, and I know that he can get the job done within the confines of the rules. That being said, Thorin is a crafty sort and I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow Tembleberry got involved.

Beeman: Think you so little of m’Lord? The man is practically royalty, Mick! Show some respect!

LeRay: It’s going to be another one of those nights, I see. Fans, let’s get down to the ring and kick this show off right!

(The polls will be open for at least 24 hours. It doesn't matter who you vote for, just that you participate!)

*Big Waves is at Killie's watching Fortune and Glory with fans and Troglo is acting as a bouncer for the fans who are super rowdy*

*a fight breaks out outside which spills into the parking lot*

Troglo: STOP FIGHTING *he grunts and puts on Mr. Troglo and subdues the hooligans with ease with the Larnyx Grip* *he sees that one of the hooligans dropped a chili dog and he eats it* Mmm.....

OOC: Might be bending the no violence rule at Killie's a bit 

[Daisy Turner]

Toni: I'm here with Daisy Turner. Now Daisy, your buddy Sakura Watanabe is currently 140m high off the ground on a metallic platform with a bungee cord strapped to her waist competing for the JWA Women's Championship against the champion Winter Hex. What are your thoughts?

Daisy: Well all I have to say for Sakura is I wish her all of the luck tonight as that is something anyone has seen in pro wrestling since like 1992. So this is kinda fresh to some of us. However I just want to shift the conversation a bit because I have something I want to get off my chest

Toni: Sure. And what would that be?

Daisy: I just want to remind everyone that I have not competed in a Super Glory match or a Pay Per View since Carnival Crash. To me that seems like a long time ago and it's about time I make that change. The only way I can guarantee the likeliness of a spot on the card is if I am Women's Champion, hell I could make it if I was Tag Champion or maybe even the World Champion. But I have to face the facts that I am not champion which is why I need that to change. I want to send a message to the locker room in specifics the Champions: Conor Caine, Big Waves, especially Winter Hex, or Sakura depending on what happens tonight, the same is said for Conor and Thorin. I want everyone to know, that I am on a gold rush and I will do whatever it takes to relive those glory days (pun intended) and become champion once again.

Daisy leaves

Toni: Alright then. Mick and Sean, back to you two

[Duke Mongoose]

Honest Sal: Fans, what a night we've seen so far, but before the action continues please welcome my guest at this time... DUKE MONGOOSE!

(The fans turn hostile as Duke makes his way to the interview area next to Sal)

Sal: Duke, you've got a big tag team title match coming up next week and you've selected Penguino as your tag team partner. Would you care to explain why you made that choice?

Duke: Sally boy! Let's face facts. That little bird brain has caused me more frustration and aggravation over the past year than almost anyone else here in JWA, with the exception of ol' Brad Luck. So when I needed to choose a partner, I decided to stop trying to beat Penguino and join him instead. Birds of a feather - Mongoose and Penguin - you know, that whole deal.

Sal: I'd like to point out that a Mongoose is NOT a bird.

Duke: Don't you think I know that? It's wordplay!

Sal: That being said, do you think Penguino will go along with it? And what about his manager and friend, your longtime rival Johnny Kobra?

Duke: If Penguino knows what's good for him, he'll put aside any animosity he has toward me and take advantage of this championship opportunity he's been gifted. As for Kobra, he needs to look no further than our history, or re-read Rikki-Tikki-Tavi, to find out what happens when a cobra challenges a Mongoose!

Sal: While I've got you here, who do you think is going to win the main event tonight for the JWA World Heavyweight Title?

Duke: None of that matters, because that title will eventually be coming home with Big Daddy Duke. Call your grandmother, Sal! This interview is over!

(Duke leaves the interview area again to a chorus of boos)

Sal: Mick, Sean, back to you.

[Penguino]

“Where My Mouth Is” By Taking Back Sunday comes on after the opening match to a massive pop from the crowd and Penguino and Johnny Kobra walk down to the ring.

Beeman “Let’s hope he’s making the right choice here”

Penguino soaks in all the attention from the crowd after his long hiatus. The crowd is chanting Pen-GUI-No repeatedly.


Penguino “So It’s been a while. (He takes a dramatic pause) I wish I had more to say to you guys but I’m afraid I really don’t have much. Except for the fact that I’M COMING BACK AND TEARING THE ENTIRE JWA UP FROM SEAM TO SEAM!”

Johnny Kobra “Yeah we have got a lot to do including winning the JWA world championship. We may or may not have a female recruit and we might take the women’s title.”

 Penguino “Yeah but before we can get to that we need to get somewhere and that somewhere is unfortunately Duke Mongoose. I may not like having to team with him but unfortunately you can’t hold the tag titles without a partner even if you beat them single-handedly which is what will happen next week. So to answer your question yes Duke Mongoose!”

Penguino leaves the ring as the music hits again

[Thumper Moore III]

The arena goes dark, but the screen above the entrance ramp stays on. It displays a vast desert, and a crisp wind is blowing sand across the huge dunes. The camera slowly pans down over the dunes and focuses on a small caravan of camels pulling wooden carts into a camp near an oasis.

The camera zooms in further, and focuses on two of the hooded, masked riders as they speak to a Bedouin man as they negotiate over the contents of the cart. The negotiators shake in agreement, and the Bedouin pulls back the blanket covering the contents of the cart— it appears to be an assortment of trophies and championship belts. The Bedouin takes the cart and rolls it away, as the two members of the caravan remove their masks. It’s Veronica and Arizona Chance.

“You sure, Zona?” Veronica had a look of genuine concern.

“It’s time to let the past be the past, Ronnie. I don’t need to rest on my past accomplishments, and I’ve lost sight of one thing: Nobody CHASES the gold like Arizona Chance.”

The camera zooms out as a chyron reads:
