Can you (and if so How do you) add more wrestlers to your second Fed? After the initial add, I’d like to add more and can you move them back and forth between feds?

In the backstage section there'll be a section called rosters. From there, you can switch wrestlers between rosters however your heart desires. |

At the end of the year Do you get tokens from both feds as well?
